I got some extensions from The Hair Shop and they were a total disaster! They were cut all blunt and looked like garbage. I reached out to their customer service to see if they could send me a replacement, but they said they didn't have any good stuff to send out. It seems like they're just trying to scam people online. Here's what they said to me:

"We don't have any sellable merchandise to send you."

Seriously, don't waste your money here. All of their hair is messed up! And if you open the package, they won't let you return it. Their manager told me that all of their stuff is damaged.
