What a great company. The scheduling, repair, and follow up were incredible. They truly care about customer service. Very friendly. The work was extremely professional. Excellent craftsmanship. I would give this company ten stars if I could.

We had their team come out and make some grout repairs on our kitchen floor along with cleaning and sealing it. They were hard working, on time, and affordable. They left us with aftercare instructions and answered all our questions. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Excellent work completed by the Grout Medic team. All work was completed professionally and the floors look great. They repaired a large kitchen/laundry/bath area and it looks like new. They also tiled another bathroom for us. Maintenance and care were thoroughly explained, so we can keep the floors looking like new. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

We had a bad shower bar install and, after going back and forth with the plumber and contractor, gave up on getting it installed by them. I looked up "tile repair St. Louis" online and found The Grout Medic. I was a little leery of a franchise, but I was wrong. They appropriately kept me up to date. The Grout Medic was hired to clean and repair our tile/grout in 2 small bathrooms. They were very professional and quite dedicated to cleaning the tile despite difficulty doing so. They used several approaches until the grout looked like new. We were extremely pleased with their attitude and work. We would definitely hire them again and would suggest their company to friends. The price was also very reasonable.

Could not be happier! The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis saved me tons of money. I had gotten estimates on replacing my shower because of gross tiles and a leaking door. The Grout Medic thoroughly cleaned all tiles, even removing some, cleaning them, and replacing the backboard behind those tiles. They even figured out why the door was leaking and had me buy a $7 rubber seal, which they installed. All of this was done for a fraction of the cost of a new shower! I couldn't be more pleased.

The service I received from the Grout Medic was truly fantastic. We were having an ant problem in our kitchen due to compromised grout on our backsplash. They ended up finishing a job early and came the same day. Not only did they remove and replace the grout with a much better product, they also resealed our granite countertops, and re-grouted one of our showers. These guys were professional, fast, and they cleaned everything before they left. Highly recommend.

The Grout Medic did an excellent job on our master bath shower, walls, and floor. Everything looks clean and new again. They are a very professional company and great to work with from the office to the technician. John was our technician, and he was very prompt, professional, and cared about his work results. Set up I called the company to install tile in a bathroom. The person on the phone confirmed that this was a service the company provided and set up an appointment for an estimate. The day before the appointment the company called and indicated they do not have the personnel to do this service. When I told them I was told they could the person indicated that "that was the franchise call center" I am sorry. If the company cannot provide the call center with there capabilities then I would not want to do business with them.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Zach from The Grout Medic in Greater St. Louis. He was prompt, professional, pleasant, hard working and conscientious. My ceramic tile 2 bathrooms and the Master Bath shower look brand new after he performed the work promised. He answered questions when asked, showed what was a problem and how he would be taking care of it, and gave printed instructions and verbal instructions about care of the floors and shower. I highly recommend using THE GROUT MEDIC from Greater St. Louis.

They ripped out and replaced our bathroom floor and rebuilt our shower base, which was failing due to the prior owners using improper tiles. The entire process was great - They told us what they were going to do and when and then they executed well. They answered all of our questions leading up to the work and when I had a few questions after they were done, the representative from The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis was out the next business day to chat with me and make a few adjustments. Can't speak highly enough of the experience. Doing good work is obviously supremely important, but this team also communicates really, really well, which made the whole experience that much easier. Very highly recommend.

I would recommend The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis 100%. I was dreading the entire process. I mean, how many times do you have your tub/shower re-grouted and re-caulked? I've lived in my house for 19 years and both bathrooms were a mess. I made the first appointment and their representative was there as promised. He went over all of the details what needed to be done. I received an estimate that afternoon and called to accept and schedule the appointments (one for each bathroom). The technician was out as scheduled and did an impeccable job. It really looks like a brand new bathroom. From start to finish, they are professional, courteous, easy to work with, and they do an INCREDIBLE job.

After years of scrubbing the tile in our bathrooms, we had to choose: find a way to clean the tile/grout or remodel the bathrooms. We had years of buildup, caulking that was damaged, and grout that had no seal therefore retaining any/all stains. Remodel is easily 20k, so I searched for help with repairing/cleaning. Thankfully, I came across Grout Medic! Professional and quick estimate, scheduled our service within a couple weeks, and we are thrilled with the results for our bathroom tile. Estimate was straightforward and itemized, without having hidden fees/charges. Owners were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Definitely recommend calling Grout Medic if your tile or grout needs repair!

These guys did such a great job in our two bathrooms (floors and shower), I called them back to handle our kitchen backsplash! We have a 1960s ranch with the original 2x2 tile, which means a LOT of grout, much of it badly discolored and cracked. After their work, it looks nearly brand new (steam clean & color sealing, which I highly recommend). They also replaced all the caulk lines, which makes a huge difference too. The kitchen looks nearly brand new also as the tile and grout were never sealed, so they got severely discolored, especially right behind the sink. Everything is bright-white and clean looking, and it feels good knowing it's now sealed properly and will last. While it does cost (we spent ~$1700 for two bathrooms and kitchen), it's very minor compared to what replacing tile would be! Their work makes such a difference in our home - I highly recommend Grout Medic.

The Grout Medic team is very professional, does outstanding work in a timely manner and is committed to customer satisfaction = 5 STARS. We had them do three projects, which included redoing/refinishing the grouting and tile floors in our kitchen and guest bathroom as well as re-caulking our entire kitchen backsplash. The owner of this business is professional, and was very timely in coming to discuss the projects. He explained exactly what they would do, ensuring our satisfaction. The owner made sure we had their proposal via email the same day we met with him. She also is very professional and always responded to my various inquiries/questions in a timely manner. The team arrived a little early, are very professional, and reviewed the three projects with us. They then immediately started their work. Upon completion of the three projects, they reviewed their work with us to make sure we were fully satisfied. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB EXCEEDING OUR EXPECTATIONS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the owner and his Grout Medic team to everyone.
