Garage door looks and works great. I'm big on good customer service and competitive pricing and both Calvin and Matt provided both. Door was installed quickly within one day of quote. Definitely recommend the Garage Door Depot. 5 stars!

I had a very good experience with The Garage Door Depot - Calgary. The staff member I interacted with was very helpful in answering my questions. Although the technician was running late, he showed up at 5:30pm on a Friday night, serviced and replaced parts in my garage door opener. I appreciate the job he did for me.

The Garage Door Depot is the place to call for help if you have a problem with your garage door. The people were all very polite and helpful, from the person that took my call to Carlo who replaced a broken part and serviced the door. The quote I got was the price I paid!

Inquired about a replacement part. The employee was polite and friendly, insisting I double check the correct part number. They had it in stock. She set this part aside for me and confirmed where it was located on pick up. The part was $10 cheaper than expedited on Amazon. The part was exactly correct and immediately fixed my garage door opener.

They were very prompt from the onset. The salesperson who did the quote, got me quote in hours and was early for the measurement appointment. The installer was right on time and was done installing my 3 doors in about 4hours. They did a great job on cleanup. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend the Garage Door Depot to friends and family.

I had an issue with my garage opener and required a part for it. They were very happy to assist me with having the right part. Even offered another solution which would have saved me some money. But the part was a full package to make it easier to change. They even offered to help me over the phone if I had any questions. Great customer service. I would recommend this place. Thank you again. Garage Door Depot replaced my outdated Garage Automatic Opener. Starting with Lori at the office - who answered all my questions, was very helpful and made an appnt within a day. Colby and Cory were quick, efficent and very pleasant. The two "C's" were finished, cleaned up and explained the features of my new system - all in 45 min! A pleasure to deal with this company and their staff. A great experience. I'd highly recommend them. 2021

After a horrible Customer Service experience at ***, I visited The Garage Door Depot - Calgary to purchase a new Garage Door Spring. Collin was very knowledgeable, customer oriented and with a "How can I help attitude". He explained what options are available and made a few suggestions. I ended up buying the garage door part for a reasonable price. I would go back to The Garage Door Depot - Calgary for any garage related purchases/service and I highly recommend this business.

Excellent customer service! All staff I had contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. Answered all my questions (there were many) and provided recommends to address issues. Appointment was scheduled in one day. Matt came to our residence to fix issue with two doors. Matt did a great job fixing the issue and then did an amazing job completing maintenance on everything related to the doors. Thank you to your Team for making the repair process so easy and painless. Very, very reasonable service charge to fix. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had the Garage Door Depot replace two garage doors for me last year. We had issues with the old doors as well as had mice getting into the garage. After looking around I was really impressed with the knowledge and selection that the Garage Door Depot had, as well as their pricing was better for a much superior product. They also came up to make a small adjustment for me over a year later with no questions or charges asked. Super service, really awesome folks right from the receptionist to sales and to the installation and service guys as well. I highly recommend anyone check the Garage Door Depot if you are looking for new doors or repairs to your existing ones!

These guys were wonderful. They came quickly, gave me all the options and were able to get me a new door installed within a week. The thing I appreciated the most was that they didn't try to upsell me something I couldn't afford, the actually hooked up the door to my existing motor, something most companies really push hard with. The said when the motor goes, give them a call and they would be able to get a new one within a week. With money tight these days that was music to my ears. And I will call them when I need them. They were very affordable compared to many and the service guy and estimator were very professional without being fake or stuffy. It's not often you feel good about paying for a home repair, but I do. I don't feel like I bought something more than I wanted or that I paid too much.
