The Electric Tobacconist Absolutely unresponsive.

I placed an order, and one week later there is no update tracking information. The Electric Tobacconist does not answer their listed phone number, instead referring customers to email. I have sent a half dozen inquiries and received only promottional crap from them. They say they respond in 24 hrs. They do not. They do not respond at all. As of right now, one weeknof chirping crickets and tumbleweeds rolling by...

Desired outcome: A refund

They claim my package was shipped on April 3rd and provided a USPS tracking No.. I have spoken and filed a claim with the Postal Service. The postal Service insists they have never received this package. I have provided the seller with a direct number to The Post Master General handling this case and they refuse to contact her. They refuse to to refund my purchase as well. Order number with seller is ***. Service number with Postal Service is ***.

The Electric Tobacconist I placed an order w/ Electric tobacconist on 5/4 for $83.48 & was provided with a tracking number ***

I placed an order w/ Electric tobacconist on 5/4 for $83.48 & was provided with a tracking number ***. It says it was dispatched on 5/5, got to my city on 5/12, left my city and then came back on 5/20, where its been sitting since then. Everyday I look and everyday the estimated date of arrival changes to the following day. I've emailed ET and get a canned response saying someone will get back to me within 48 hours and they haven't. I paid for shipping, along with the 95% tax that MN charges, so where is my package? I hope you don't say there was a delivery attempt because my husband works from home and has been waiting several days for someone to knock on the door.

The Electric Tobacconist The Electronic Tobacconist in Boulder, CO shipped my order on 11/01

The Electronic Tobacconist in Boulder, CO shipped my order on 11/01. When tracking my order, I see it went to San Francisco, got stuck in Salt Lake City for four days, then proceeded to Glen Bernie, MD which is less than 1/2 Hour from my home. It has been there since 11/05. My delivery date has changed daily from today to 11/15, 11/16, 11/17, 11/18/. Communication with Electronic Tobacconist has resulted in all form letter responses. Their phone number, same as you have listed, is not a working number. I want my order delivered! I would go pick up my order but they won't allow that either. Order number is ***. It's cost is $158.00. Thank you

The Electric Tobacconist My $179 order was dispatched on July 1 and the first "delivery attempt" was made on July 12 according to tracking information for X

My $179 order was dispatched on July 1 and the first "delivery attempt" was made on July 12 according to tracking information for X Delivery, which also has many complaints similar to mine. The carrier claimed they made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, which is simply NOT TRUE. I was home every one of the days they claimed to attempt delivery, all day, with my eyes on the front and back doors. When I let Electric Tobacconist know this was going on, they ignored what their customer was telling them and replied that I was not home to sign for any of the supposed delivery attempts. I have an almost $200 order coming, and they believe on all three days I wasn't waiting to sign for it? They offended a customer by bascially calling me a liar and completely ignoring the issue. Yesterday, they offered to reship it (yeah, right) or refund me with a $15 restocking fee, which was done today. I want my $15 back. And it's cost me time and aggravation for trying to be a paying customer.

The Electric Tobacconist I placed an order valued around $150 on 11/14 and was only given the option of using X Delivery

I placed an order valued around $150 on 11/14 and was only given the option of using X Delivery. My package has since been stuck in Salt Lake City since 11/16. The estimated delivery date continues to move out every time that I check the tracking information. After the latest jump to 12/6, I contacted Electric Tobacconist to get a refund. They told me that if the package did not arrive by 12/5 that they could then issue a refund. The package will not arrive by then, as the estimated delivery date is currently at 12/6 and is likely to go further out in the coming days. The contents of the package is nicotine vape juice. This is an addictive chemical and Electronic Tobacconist does not care that I now have to go without it until I get my refund so that I can go purchase my vape juice at a local retailer. This should be their resonsibility to deal with X Delivery to get their product or money back. I feel that I am entitled to a full refund as I would never have placed the order if I knew how long it would take to ship and that I couldn't get a refund for almost a month after ordering.
