I asked for a refund like a month ago and I've been calling a bunch of times asking for a call or email. But I ain't got no email or call back. I sent an email asking for my refund on Sep 7th, but nobody's doing anything about it. I've been sending emails and nobody's responding to me. All they got is some answering service that takes messages and there ain't nobody to talk to about how long this whole thing is gonna take.

The biz has failed to provide a reasonable update regardin' my case after 3 months of statin' my documentation would be forwarded to the court in *** biz days. Over 30 unreturned phone calls and requests to speak with a supervisor. They refuse to let me talk to anyone with any knowledge of the situation or authority. Highly frustratin' 'cause I would like to complete the service another company and am unable to 'cause this case is still in process and unresolved.

I got some papers from this company and during the whole thing they kept asking me to join their monthly club for *** many times and I made sure to say 'no' to all of them. But they didn't listen and still signed me up and took *** from my card without asking me. I really needed that money to pay for my electricity ***. I tried calling and emailing them but they're just giving me the runaround. I asked the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get my money back. My family really needs that money. Thanks for your help.

On May 28, 2022, I mailed divorce papers to Texas Online Divorce and sent a money order for $348 to complete the filing. I waited for several days to hear back from Texas Online Divorce through mail and email. But, I didn't get any response until June 16, 2022. Finally, they emailed me with some options for the next steps. I emailed them back, informing them of my choice and my new address, hoping to proceed with the divorce process. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication from them. The phone number they provided in the email doesn't work, and I haven't had any luck finding a business contact number online. I also paid them an additional $600+ earlier in 2021. I really hope to get a full refund so that I can continue with my divorce.

I paid this company for the *** Package to gettin my divorce papers filed. They sent them to me, and I signed them and sent them back along with a money order to the court as requested. They told me the court price had changed, and I needed to resend a new money order, which I did. They charged me 20$ to send the first money order back that they had mistakenly told me to send initially. I never received it back. Now they have everything they need and more, they won't file it with the court. It just sits in limbo. I have tried many times to get any kind of answer from them and they won't respond. This is causing me great distress as my legally separated spouse is continually tryin to mentally destroy me, which has led to one stress seizure already. I have begged and pleaded with them to move forward or respond to me, and they won't.

On July 30th, I picked this website (Texasonlinedivorce.com) for a divorce 'cause it said it had a 100% money back guarantee if you weren't happy within 30 days. After buying it ($140) and going through the info fields, I got hit with a bunch of ads and found out that some parts of the service needed more money. Then, one of their support people called me and said that the money I paid was just for filing forms, not for the whole process. They wanted more money for that. So, I quickly (within 24 hours) asked for a refund 'cause this wasn't what they advertised. They told me they only do refunds over the phone, which seemed sketchy. When I talked to a support person, they said I could only get a 50% refund 'cause I "used" their service. I argued that I didn't actually do anything or have them do anything, but they said filling in the info boxes counted as using the service. I asked how that could be worth $60 (which isn't even 50% of what they charged), but they just gave me a generic answer about it being the service. I told them I wanted a full refund 'cause I didn't use the service, even if they think filling in blanks counts. They even sent me two emails saying my service was unfinished and incomplete. They haven't resolved anything, and even though I've asked to talk to a supervisor multiple times, it's been 3 days without any contact. This needs to be public so others don't get scammed by this company and their bad practices.
