I gotta say, I'm not too sure about this Almina Concept website. I placed an order a while back and I still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they just kept passing the blame onto the shipping company. And let me tell you, trying to get ahold of that shipping company was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
To make matters worse, when I followed up with Almina Concept via email, they straight up ignored me. And get this, when I tried to contact them on Instagram, they deleted my comments! What kind of customer service is that?
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this business. It seems like they're just out to take your money and run. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
