So, I ordered from Tesmanian and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. I didn't get any response or support for my order, which was a real bummer. And to top it off, they went and deleted my review on their site! Not cool, man. I don't appreciate dishonest business practices like that. So, if you're thinking about ordering from Tesmanian, just be warned. You might not get the support you need and your review might not even see the light of day.

I recently had a bad experience with Tesmanian. I was really disappointed when I didn't receive my floor mat and I hope my bank can help me find my money. I noticed that all the reviews on their website are 5 stars, but I don't think they are all true. It seems like a scam to me. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.

Tesmanian is the worst! Their customer service is terrible. I had to buy an extra piece for my trunk kit that I already had just to complete it. It was a total waste of money. And when I tried to contact them about it, they took days to respond and when they finally did, they just gave me a bunch of nonsense. It was so frustrating! I will never buy from them again.

So, I recently bought some products from Tesmanian and I gotta say, they're pretty great! However, if you're a Canadian like me, you might wanna watch out for the import duty tax. It can really add up and make the mats quite expensive. I mean, there are other options out there for us Canucks, but it's still a bummer. Don't get me wrong though, the product itself is top-notch. It's just that the added tax can be a bit of a downer. All in all, I'd still recommend Tesmanian, just maybe keep the import duty tax in mind if you're ordering from Canada.

So, I was told by one of their reps that I could get a full refund if I returned the item within 30 days. I didn't even open the white bag that everything was shipped in, but still had to pay $80 to ship it back. After waiting for 14 days, I had to call them again to ask for my refund. Finally, they refunded me, but they charged me 20% per item.

Honestly, I'm not impressed with their customer service or honesty. It's a total joke. I mean, why would they charge me 20% per item when I returned everything in the same condition as I received it? It's just not fair.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Tesmanian to anyone. Their policies are not customer-friendly, and their customer service is terrible. If you're looking for a company that values its customers and treats them with respect, look elsewhere.

After placing my order, I never received an email confirming that the product had been shipped. I decided to reach out to the company via email, but I received no initial reply. I was unable to contact them by phone, which made the situation even more frustrating.

A couple of days later, I decided to send another email to the company. This time, I received a reply stating that the shipment had been mishandled and that they were now out of stock on one of the items. They gave me the option to cancel the order, which I did. However, they have not yet canceled the order, and I have not received any confirmation from them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tesmanian. There are plenty of other suppliers for Tesla products that communicate effectively and deliver the product as promised. I cannot recommend this company in any way. If you are looking for a reliable supplier for Tesla products, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently purchased the full set of mats for my Tesla Model 3 from Tesmanian. When I received the mats, I was disappointed to find that they were made of a cheap plastic material that reminded me of my trash bin. The edges were crooked and it looked like they were cut by hand, which made them not fit properly in my car's interior. I tried to contact Tesmanian for weeks to get a refund, but they told me that I would have to pay a $90 shipping fee to Pamona CA and a $60 restocking fee. I decided to keep the mats and sell them on Ebay to try and recoup some of my losses.

I wrote a negative review on Tesmanian's website, but it never appeared. I later found out that Tesmanian moderates their reviews before publishing them, which means that they can choose to hide negative reviews. This is misleading to online shoppers, as they may not be getting the full picture of a product's quality. I also learned that stores that publish 80% of their reviews receive transparency medals on their site, but Tesmanian has no medals.

I believe that Tesmanian is solely responsible for concealing unfavorable reviews, which is unfair to consumers. I know that the 2016 CFRA Act protects my right to post an honest review about my experience with Tesmanian, and I feel that they have used review moderation unfavorably to mislead consumers. I hope that Tesmanian will take steps to improve their customer service and be more transparent about their reviews in the future.

No product shipped. Worst in class communication.
Unsuccessful experience with purchasing mats: No email received confirming shipment. Sent email and received no initial reply. No ability to contact by phone. Sent another email a couple days later, and received a reply stating that the shipment was mishandled, and they can not send an entire shipment because they are now out of stock on an item. They gave me the option to cancel the order which I did; however, they have not canceled the order. I sent an email for confirmation, and they did not reply. I have to go to my bank and reverse charges. There are plenty of other suppliers for Tesla products that communicate and deliver the product. I can not recommend this company in any way.
