All these one star reviews are correct when you call they do not answer or they hang up they are charging almost 500 for a simple tax return and refused the ral for no apparent reason but only after they get you to sign for it other that what they made up there was no offset or anything they are robbing hard working folks this needs to stop

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I tried to call today at 12pm. Waited on hold for 35 mins only to hear a message that I need to call during regular business hours. (9am to 5pm) and then it hung up. However, their method of communication has been email and I haven't had any other issues since. Got approved for my RAL! Couldn't be happier!

I got approved for the *** LOAN. I was a first time customer. It does take a lot of documents you have to put in PDF form on application. I believe this is why it took me two days for approval. That was kind of a pain and time consuming. I hope I receive my dd to my bank account faster than application time. Remember when you apply for the *** LOAN, you are signing for them to file your taxes no going back after you sign regardless of loan decision.

Do not use this company! They have no customer service. When you do manage to get through to someone they can not answer any questions. They will send your return off without seeing your W-2 let alone you get no updates. If you apply for the Holiday loan they will send you an email stating you are approved but you have to leave a review with the Complaintsboard.com before you get your deposit and you never see this deposit. Please save yourself a headache! Horrible! Horrible!

I am satisfied with the quick, easy application process, however, the disbursement of funds do not necessarily be deposited in 12 hours because of additional steps to review, sign *** agreement and completing the Complaintsboard.com review. The website should report that the *** turnaround time may be longer than 12 hours, like 24-48hrs. I look forward to getting my *** soon.Last, I have never known the *** to conditionally except your e-file, it is accepted or not accepted, Is the conditional acceptance new with the ***?

DO NOT USE! I applied for a RAL and got email stating that I was approved pending irs acceptance of my return. The email stated that once my return was accepted by irs that the funds would be deposited into my account within 12 hours. THIS WAS A LIE! Not only were the funds not deposited, but communication with this company is non existent! NEVER can you reach a person using any option when attempting to call, email responses are generic and automated...I really feel as if this company is fake and scamming people!

This company is not reachable they get your info and that's it you don't hear a word from them. They're holding IRS stimulus checks and double charging for fees through the loan process. Please also check facebook by typing in Taxnet financial in the search bar. I've reached out to others affected and the IRS to see what we can do. Please do not use this company. I used them to obtain loans due to needing cash so bad. I regret I did this. This company needs to be closed. I called and she told me to send a email and hung up in my face.

This company has proven to be a bunch of bull***! I was approved for the RAL but haven't recieved my advance money despite the approval letter sent informing me to give it 24-48 hours... It's been a week. They inform you to call if you don't recieve the money but they don't answer their phone and you can't reply to their emails. I wish I would have just stuck with H&R block. I'm beginning to think these positive reviews of this company are probably just staff members attempting to convince people to trust them. Don't choose Taxnet Financial! THEY'RE BOGUS and full of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

This company is a joke. We had been loyal customers for several years. It all started back in April when they screwed our taxes. We called several times for them to fix the problem and when they finally did it took another 5 months to get our taxes and stimulus. We decided to give them another chance and filed for the Holiday Loan 3 weeks ago. After getting the approval and signing the paperwork we are almost a week after christmas and still no loan. I have sent several emails with no response. Finally got a hold of a person today just to be told AGAIN we would be getting an email from the loan department. 4 hours later and still nothing. We will be taking our business elsewhere for now on.

At this time, I will only be giving a two star review. Reason being, I have had an extremely hard time contacting TaxNet since first applying for their Holiday Loan on December 20th. After many, many emails I did finally receive a response this morning stating that I had been conditionally approved for my RAL. However, I was ALSO told on January 3rd that I was conditionally approved for the Holiday Loan once I uploaded the requested documents and that it would be released immediately once those documents were approved. I uploaded said documents and then also my w-2 as soon as it was made available to me. I never received a deposit or any type of response until this morning. So, once I do finally receive the tax loan I will be happy to change my three star rating to a five.

This company and will not return my emails, call me and they surely never answer the phone. They were supposed to do my taxes and possibly provide an refund anticipation loan for the Christmas holiday. This did not happen. Then I was asked to send copies of my w2 numerous times which I did. They finally submitted my taxes of Feb 5th 2020 and the IRS accepted the taxes. I have sent numerous and numerous emails without any reply. The few responses have been to check the IRS site. I did this and all it says is in process. I have called numerous times as well the few times someone did answer I was on hold for 15 minutes plus to be told check the IRS site. I again talked to someone today and I requested that they call IRS and find out if there was an issue or problem with my taxes. The individual stated in broken English to have me contact the IRS site and that there was no issue , I said this has been going on since November and to please call the IRS. The individual hung up on me telling me to just wait, On top of all this they are charging me $750 to prepare and file my taxes... I know numerous individuals who filed after me and have there returns back already.

I dont understand why I was navigated to this page to post a review about something I never received yet. Im honestly getting a little nervous after reading all the comments from the REAL section of this platform. I have been given notice that I am approved for the *** loan but Im order me to receive my loan I need to submit a review. Why would I submit a good review when I have received NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND WHY WOULD I SUBMIT A REVIEW WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING SHOWING ME MY ACTUAL REFUND. I honestly need to kick myself in the behind for trusting a company Ive never heard of with me and my kids personal information all for a loan that was advertised. I should have read all the fine print instead of seeing money that now says *** only receiving 750 out of the *** that was advertised. Im sorry I can not and will NOT give this company 5 stars because of an email saying I was approved when the loan nor my income tax has successfully reached my account. Nor has the paper showing my return I have yet to review. Try again when I can give you my honest opinion based off the service I received after everything is completed and done right. Its one stars for me until you can show me that this isnt a scam like over half of your customers have said.

You cannot reach this company in any way I applied for a holiday loan using my last pay stub then they said they needed my w2 to approve the loan so I gave them the w2 and havent heard from them again. I believe they filed my return incorrectly but I dont know because I dont have a copy of the return or anything and Im unable to file on my own as its marked as a duplicate. This company was adamant on getting my information and signature for a loan but has left me in the dark after that. Ive called multiple times only to be disconnected after holding for 15 minutes Ive sent emails asking for information and getting nowhere not even a response. Ill file a complaint against them with the irs next

THe *** is verifying my identity. And taxnet financial never put the account and routing number on my 1040. The *** will not release my refund until I get this information. I have called and been on hold and hung up on after 15 min. Total of 3 hours I've been waiting constantly calling back. After 15 minutes the automated voice comes on and states to call during ng normal business hours. Which I am calling during. I have emailed 23 times and called T least 20 times trying to get in contact with someone. I am a single mother with jo job income now and desperately need this information so I can get my refund. And I cannot for the life of me get ahold of them. This company needs shut down asap. They are horrible

I had this company do my taxes this year my taxes were completely done wrong they've yet to contact me back all I do is get left on hold constantly nobody ever gets on the phone I emailed it several times all I get is a message back saying contact them then they did not even put my banking information on the return for my state did my state is wrong as well the state released mine to a bank account I don't even know because it wasn't mine I never received my state tax check my federal was off by $4,700 my state was off by $762 they didn't even provide me with a copy of my state tax return for me to have a record and a continue to ignore me and avoid me and completely scan me around can you please do something

I filed my taxes with Taxnet February 2nd 2022. They took $450 and I got an RAL. They did not file my state. Have emailed several times and they finally responded that my state was being processed. Not only will they not send me a copy of my state taxes but they said the state was being processed. I called and the *** for the state says they never received anything. Could you please help me since they have yet to answer the phone. After 16 minutes on hold it hangs up. I have called numerous times. I have emailed numerous times and I keep getting an auto reply about when to check on refunds. The response that my state is in processing was a lie. To charge me $450 and not do all they said is wrong. Please help me!

I had my taxes filed after applying for a holiday loan with Taxnet Financial. I received the completed *** via email but my *** A was not included which I eventually did receive a letter from the *** to have me complete additional form & send the 1095 A. I tried to contact Taxnet several times & after holding 15 minutes each time spoke to no one. I have yet to receive my money from the irs which is to be direct deposited from Taxnet after taking out their fees. I should be receiving about 3900$. The taxes were filed on 01/04. I have spoken to the irs several times as well & was told the money issued went to Taxnet. On the *** A it does indicate their address to receive the $ & not my bank info. I need my money. I need to speak to someone at their company & have this fixed ASAP!

I had requested a Refund Anticipation Loan on 01/15. I signed the required documents that stated the loan amount was $1200 minus tax preparation fees of $450 as well as interest after the refund was received. I was conditionally approved as of 01/22. I didn't receive the RAL like I was informed in the email. I called the office number and they said that loan will process once the *** will start processing refunds. That was 02/12. I waited and waited even after that date but no loan of $750 in my account. Finally my refund was processed around 03/24 but $1214.95 even though I did not receive a loan. I also asked for a breakdown of charges but they referred to the signed contract. The contract states the tax preparation fees and efile fees if the loan was not approved. So, I need a refund for missing portion of my tax refund.

I filed for a tax loan with this company. I received $750. But this company filed my tax return without a W2. Didn't even ask for a W2 until after they filed my taxes. They did not include the child tax credit we received through out the year. Now my tax return is completely messed up. This company is awful and I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. How can you file a tax return without the W2. I did authorize them to file my tax return for the 2021 tax yr thinking they would email and require a W2 or other financial paperwork that would be needed. But nothing and you absolutely can not get in touch with anyone at this company. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Your taxes will be messed up if they do them because they only use a paycheck stub. Again filed my taxes with only a paycheck stub and did not even ask for a W2 until after they already filed my taxes.

I applied for a loan back in December . I received a email that my ral was on hold. I found out from the irs that my taxes were already filed. I emailed and called them and they sent me a copy of only the federal return but not the state. I asked for the copies all week and no response. I have been on hold every time I call forever. I am feeling this company is shady. I dont even know the amount of my refund for my state. Also the discloses say when the irs accepts the federal return they give you an answer for the loan 12 hours. I am very concerned that they are going to steal my money. My refund is huge this year and I need my money for my kids. On the return my bank account is not listed. I just feel I am not going to get my return on time. I want answers I am not getting or I will contact the irs and a lawyer asap!. I called today and have been on hold for a half in hour and the call disconnected. I am so mad and need some resolution.

After applying for a RAL advance on my tax return, and receiving notice that I was approved, I received no payment or communication regarding my payment for over a week. Upon contacting the company myself, I was told on 1/20 that I needed to supply my 2019 w-2, which I had already uploaded when applying for the RAL. I resubmitted and requested that I be notified of their receipt of the documents. They responded that they had received the documents and that they would be in contact. I subsequently received notice of approval twice with an email stating that funds would be deposited within 48 hours of approval, so I I waited. On Monday, 2/1, I again reached out for a status update, only to be told I needed to submit my 2020w-2 (which I had also previously provided). After doing so, and receiving notice yet again that I had been approved, I emailed requesting confirmation of my documents having been received and for a response regarding when my payment would be available. I have not heard back.

I applied for a RAL on Feb 03 2022 with this company. I got a copy of my federal return later that day. I was then declined fo the loan on Feb 04 2022. I then got a copy of my state return on Feb 12 2022, I checked online and my state return was delivered on the Feb 08 2022 to tax net financial. I have checked on my federal repeatedly and it still says processing. I have called taxnet financial over 100 times and sent them 3 or 4 emails Requesting a call back. Qnd haven't heard from them. They claim to be open till 3pm cst but I've called at 230pm cst and they have been closed. I was able to get through 2 times once I was talking to a rep and they hung up on me. The other time I was immediately hung up on... ever since then I can't get through. This is ridiculous thier website says they available until 5pm cst. I don't understand how they are never able to be contacted nor do they return your emails. I just want to know what's going on with my return and I have questions about my state return.

I seen my state refund was processed and released so I contacted the comptroller of MD they informed me that my refund was deposited into an account not matching my acct numbers, i notified taxnet and begged for someone to call me to fix this still no call from them and i paid them over *** their the only ones that can fix this by filing a claim with the bank to retrieve my money but noone from this business will reach out to me and help me my federal went into my account fine but my state had completely different account numbers going into a bank in illinois where they are located in kind of has me wondering did someone from their office purposely still my money because why was it deposited into an illinois account where they are located I even sent them the proof from the comtroller stating it was sent into the wrong acct because they put the wrong numbers on the paper and they still will not call me or fix this

Applied for RAL loan, taxnet financial stated I would need to upload my 2021 w2 which I did once it was available. Was told on the phone I would receive RAL once IRS accepted my return which was not what they had stated before. I never received notification RAL was denied I just never received it. My taxes were filed with IRS but I have received nothing stating it was accepted by IRS. I have been trying to reach taxnet financial for 2 WEEKS now because I need to know if my state taxes were also filed and what the return amount is. I have gotten no information regarding my state taxes. They are impossible to reach and the few times I did get through I was hung up on. This company has my tax return information, my bank information, my entire identity and I have had no communication and am quite anxious regarding said information. I would like a resolution in the form of contact from taxnet, an update on if IRS has accepted my return, the reason for not receiving the *** and if or when my state taxes were filed and the amount of my state return

On 1-22-22 I went through the process of the *** and I received emails back from there telling me what they were doing every step of the way. I received the DocuSign paper work allowing them to file my 2021 tax return in the hopes of the *** advancement loan. Since I signed that paperwork on 1-23-22 I have not received an email back letting me know if I was approved for the loan or not. I check the IRS.gov website and see that did in fact e-file my taxes. This is my 2nd day in the row calling the cust. service number and no one is picking up. It just plays music for 10mins and then tells you no one is available to pick up the call. Why can't I get in touch with anyone on the phone and why haven't I received any emails back letting me know that you filed my tax return and the status of the loan advancement? I need someone to get in touch with me and let me know what is going on. If I didn't get the ***, which is fine, does that mean I have to pay you your fee of $450 just for filing my tax return? That's highway robbery w/o the acceptance of the ***, that doesn't make sense for me. Please get in touch with me now please. Thanks

This is my second time complaining on this company. This is the first and last time I will ever use them. I filed my taxes with them January 17. They filed my *** taxes but still have not submitted my *** taxes. More than 2 weeks ago I tried contacting them about my *** and the person I spoke with said he would get the forms emailed over to me in which they still haven't. It is Wednesday evening and I have been trying to call them day in and day out since last monday a week half ago. This is absolutely ridiculous! How are they even still a company? I literally am at a loss for words. I have 4 kids low income and rely on this money and I can't even get a simple phone call or email returned. If I could start o er I wouldn't have bothered with this company. Just because I simply used this company I am now having to confirm my identity to the *** which I have never had to do. I just want to cry. I never thought a company would get away with scamming people for over what they claim of 15 years. This world has become a sad place and its because of people and places like this company. I don't understand you are getting paid ALOT to do my taxes and yet you can't file my state in a 4 week time frame.

I was in a tough situation after the transmission in my vehicle went out in May after 7 months without a vehicle I was able to get my credit score high enough to go finance a vehicle without a co signer on December 1st but needed a down payment of $800 so I started looking for a refund advance loan which is how I came across Taxnet financial. I applied for the *** & was sent an email that I was pre approved but they needed my W2 to finish my request well that was the whole problem my employer doesn't send out W2-s until the last day of January so at that point I would file my taxes myself like I've always done so I canceled my services with Taxnet & never sent them my W2 & yet they still e-filed my return based of my paystub which is not going to be correct so now when I do get my W2 I will not be able to e-file my return until the *** rejects the inaccurate return Taxnet filed on my behalf. I told the dealership I got my car from I would have the remaining $600 for my down payment by February 1st 2022 & now because of taxnet filing my return it is hard to tell when I'll actually get my refund. I'm so distraught over this as a single mother I need to my return asap & don't have the luxury of waiting around for my refund as it will make the difference of *** daughters having a car or not. I need Taxnet Financial to fix this asap so I will be able to file my tax return as soon as I receive my W-2.
