sends me invoices for unsolicited materials. I have ordered some reports from *** but pay online. Please stop and cancel the invoices. The phone number is not answered after several hours.

I have received multiple books from *** and have continued to pay for them. I do not want to continue receiving something I haven't ordered and will not continue paying for them. I would like my name and address to be removed from their mailing list ASAP.

I was mailed a magazine/exercise book for $28.90 I did not order said book. They have no contact info on their invoice. I called Complaintsboard.com to complain, they knew of the company. I was given a Telephone # & called numerous times & waited for callbacks to no avail. I have no other choice but to let Complaintsboard.com handle it.

I am receiving books and being automatically billed for books I did not request. There is no phone number or website where this can be canceled. Repeated demand from them for payment .

I need to stop receiving books from ***. They keep sending me books that I have not requested and "have" to pay for once I open them. I am unable to get to the post office to return unsolicited items. I have purchased items in the past because my husband needed medical support from me. He has since passed away and I need these books to STOP. Close out all accounts. Leave a poor old woman alone!

I agreed to try the publication on a trail basis. The first issue was OK but a little thin, so I decided not to subscribe. I only received two issues, the second issue was basically a rewrite of the first. I did not return their invoice with any payment. They kept sending invoices. I did not receive any issues after the first two. Now I get a notice from a collection agency. This is a total ripoff. My next step is to contact the Texas A.G. office with complaint.

Health Report Services and all of its affiliates keeps sending me books and reports that I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE and WILL NOT PAY FOR. They constantly send me books, brochures and other materials, saying that I have to buy them or send them back at my own expense. THIS IS A SCAM and totally not a legitimate or acceptable business practice. I did sign up to receive the *** Health Letter ... ONLY ... if you can remove me from all of your other mailing lists. And if that's not possible, just remove me from all of your mail lists.

My husband *** has *** He keeps getting booklets from Health Special Report, unsolicited, with a bill to follow. He thinks he has to pay for these, although they are of no use to him. I tried calling their number, XXX XXX-XXXX, but just get a sales pitch and cannot talk to a person. I cannot find any way to cancel these scam mailings and bills. The "order" number appears to be #XXXXXXXXXXXX# for Item # BGXXXX X. I owe nothing, and do not pay for unsolicited mailings. I request no further contact from this company. Please do not share my e-mail address with them. They have also targeted (and hooked) one of my elderly neighbors with this fraud.

Mailing literature directed to the elderly and billing them for something they do NOT want. No phone to cancel! My mom is 83 They solicit the elderly on *** with subjects that ONLY pertain to the elderly then send them literature and bill them $28.90 monthly. There is no phone # attached to cancel. I have sent a letter telling them to stop sending the to my 83 y/o mother who has dementia. She sends checks not knowing she is being scammed! used fraudulent tactics to entice innocent people subscribe their letters without knowledge and then demanded people to pay. I received some solicitation letter from ***, which stated that I can subscribe the letter for $1 and do not need to pay now. So I replied the mail and wanted to check out the issue whether to subscribe or not. But unfortunately, I received a demanding payment letter of $31.52 recently, which is a shock to me totally. I feel I was defrauded by the publication. Please investigate, I want to cancel the subscription if I accidentally did that, please stop sending me any advertisement or sample letters from the organization. The emotional damages are far more harmful than any benefits from reading the health letters.

Health Special Reports, in some association with this company, continues to send our household unsolicited health reports generally aimed at seniors. A number of times during the past year, we have received these reports with a bill for $28.90. If the bill is not paid, the company continues to send bills. On several occasions I wrote that a specific report was unsolicited, that I would not be paying for it, and if they wanted the merchandise back, they'd have to send me a postage paid return label. I never heard from them but then received another bill for the very same book. A number of months ago, I was finally able to get a phone number, called and was assured that the mailings would stop and that I didn't have to pay for that report. Alas, I have received another mailing, called again and received another assurance that I would not have to pay and wouldn't get anything further. I want assurance that I will never again receive anything from this company.

To whom it may concern, Please find enclosed, a copy of a check for $22.97- to Plane & Pilot Magazine. This was for a two(2) year subscription to said magazine - and was ordered from a subscription card - directly from the magazine. As of the date of this letter - I have not received a single issue. I also have had no response to a letter-along with a copy of the cancelled check - that I sent to the address - on 11/20. The address is enclosed on the copy of the "Cash Slip". I used for the purchase. I am writing your office to ask for assistance in this matter. I would like one of two outcomes - either the subscription order get filled - by the magazine - with the start date - reflecting the first issue. I canceled my subscription for Combo-Brain Games on 4/5. On 6/6, I received a second shipment of same publication, along with a bill for 19.95. I initially subscribed to Combo-Brain Games for 19.95, and received my first order on April 5. I sent my payment to this company on the same day, along with a request in writing to discontinue the subscription. Yesterday, June 6, I received another shipment of Combo-Brain Games, along with a bill for 19.95. I do not want these publications, nor do I think I should pay for this bill when I assumed that my subscription would be discontinued in April. My bill does not include any reference to a customer service phone number where I can contact this company. I am afraid if I return this shipment to them, that my subscription will remain as active, still. My account # is XXXXXXXXXXXX. There is also another reference # on my bill, above my name: BGXXXXXXXXX. Any help will be appreciated with regard to ending my subscription and resolving this matter.
