My window replacements (4 windows) were just replaced by Stonehenge Masonry on April 8th,2022. I'm very happy with their exceptional job. 1. The quality of material and installation are top-notch. 2. The installation crew and office manager have an excellent work ethic - they are easy to communicate with, care about my house, and thoroughly cleaned the surrounding area after completing the job. 3. They patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them. 4. The office manager, Kirscha, is a pleasant individual. She understands our concerns and even replied to my emails in the evening when I couldn't respond during the day. She made an effort to schedule the work according to our preferences. 5. The owner is also highly professional and customer-oriented. When we had minor concerns, he offered a solution that left me satisfied. His team is well-trained in both technical skills and work ethic. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with their work. They are trustworthy. Here, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job done by their team and leader. Keep up the excellent work. I hope their business continues to thrive and achieve even greater success.

From start to finish, a good experience. Courteous and prompt replies to any questions we had, and young man who did the work, John, was very efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Great job by Stonehenge on my older home. The crew they sent followed the covid protocols, they were pleasant, efficient, and did such a good job cleaning up after themselves that even the neighbours commented on it! The work looks great and they immediately addressed an area where I wanted some extra work done. Would definitely recommend them.

I love this business. They were so quick to help me out when I needed something done right away - bricks falling off my chimney onto a shared laneway. They are very professional and their crew is fantastic. Even the owner came to help out with another issue I had. I can't say enough good things about them. They really know their stuff. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Stonehenge for two projects -- chimney repair and replacement of our crumbling door sill in the back. They were quick to provide an estimate and to schedule the service. The workers arrived on time and completed the work as planned. They were friendly, experienced and explained all the steps in the process. And the results were great! No problems, concerns or regrets. Very nice job!

The team from Stonehenge Masonry exceeded my expectations in workmanship, professionalism, and work ethic. From start to finish, their work area was organized, tidy, and clean. The project manager provided excellent customer service and kept me informed on any scheduling changes due to weather and unforeseen issues. Stonehenge Masonry Company recently finished up the lintel installation and brickwork on our 1950s ranch style home yesterday. Not only are the results amazing, the guys were friendly, hardworking, punctual and took great care in their setup and clean up. The project manager was very communicative and always kept us in the loop, and he went out of his way to send examples of similar jobs - even a video- to help us understand the process. 5 stars all the way!

Strongly recommend this company. Have used then multiple times for upkeep and repairs on a ~100 year-old property (chimney rebuild, repairs to brickwork). Excellent and very responsive office staff who keep you updated on appointments and developments from start to finish. Personnel are skilled and very knowledgeable at their job, plus are courteous and polite, leaving the site spotless when the job is complete. I initially used this company as they were recommended by a neighbour, and would similarly recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough great things about this company! From start to finish I was kept informed of each step. All my questions and concerns were answered. Everyone I dealt with was a true professional. I am thrilled with the repairs which consisted of removing the bricks under my living room window and replacing it with a natural stone sill. Extra time was needed to repair other issues that came up along the way and it wasn't covered up like other companies might have done. They even took the extra mortar they had mixed and repaired some broken bricks on a different part of the house. That made me very happy. I would recommend them to everyone.

Starting with Stonehenge Masonry Company visiting us promptly in March to survey and assess the damage to our walls, then submitting a clearly worded price proposal, then scheduling the work in September to our mutual convenience, and finally completing the work to our complete satisfaction promptly and professionally, we have nothing but admiration and gratitude for this small family-owned company. Their crew, led by ***, were prompt, courteous, kept the work area clean without damaging our garden, and worked very diligently. Backed by a courteous and professional customer service team, we always felt, and still very much feel, that we were in good hands. We were also pleasantly surprised by their honesty in billing us for only the work they did. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stonehenge Masonry Company to others in Ottawa and elsewhere.

Very good experience. They were courteous, efficient, professional, clean and safe. They respected and practiced social distancing measures as my work was done in the midst of the pandemic. The final invoice did not exceed the quote. It was a big job, under difficulty circumstances, and they performed it well. I am very satisfied and I have received a number of compliments on the finished product from my neighbors already. The workers were sensitive to the fact that I had respiratory issues and went above and beyond to ensure that they did everything they could to prevent the stone dust from affecting me adversely. Similarly, they worked out solutions to ensure that people going in and out of the residence who had mobility issues were safe and always made sure that there was a clear path in and out of the property. They put up caution tape around areas which were dangerous and always kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience leading up to and including the actual work performed. Courteous, efficient, communicative, and very clean and safe setup. I have small kids and the crew setup caution tape around their area to ensure the kids stayed away. Close match on the brick work, hard to do with a 60+yr old house. The only reason for 4/5 stars was after the work was done. One of the new bricks was slightly damaged, and when it was brought to their attention the initial response was 'Its under warranty, if there are any issues with it call us and we will repair'. Not being an expert on bricks, I reached out to a couple other sources in the industry who, via photo, recommended replacement based on the size of the missing brick face. After bringing this to Stonehenge and a bit of discussion, they did come by and replace the faulty brick. Had the response been immediate replacement, I would have rated 5/5. Final thought for those reading: Yes, I would work with Stonehenge again.
