These guys are professional conmen they will make you sign a credit card blank form then they will use this authority as a personal blank cheque You will see more and more debits there for fictitious Scratches, Cleaning, Fueling and Collection charges even if your car is returned perfectly on time without any issues they will charge you!

Then the final nightmare will be THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT

Literally HUNDREDS of people are still waiting for their deposit refunds including myself over 4 months and still nothing. This company needs to be shut down and reported for Fraud and Criminal activities DANGER BEWARE!

I want to warn you about Speedy Drive (speedydrive.ae) because they are not giving refunds. We gave back the car on June 19, 2021. According to the agreement we signed, they said we would get our security deposit back after 21 working days. But now it's July 27, 2021 and we haven't heard anything from them. We tried calling them, but they kept transferring us to different people who couldn't help us. Their chat support on Whatsapp is also useless because they don't respond to our messages. I strongly advise you not to rent from them.

Speedy Drive Car Rental UAE is the worst Car Rental Company in UAE. The rates are high and they insist on getting customers into a contract, trapping them in their clutches. They don't provide any statement of fines and Salik, leaving customers in the dark about additional charges. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. A single visit to their office means wasting a whopping 2 hours of your precious time. The tall staff member sitting there acts like he's the boss, mocking customers and making unnecessary comments, even when no one is talking to him. And let's not forget about the arrogant staff member with tattoos, who behaves like a bully.

I informed him that I had received an email from their office stating that my contract was over and that I had come to return the car. However, he insisted that there was still one month left and that I needed to pay foreclosure charges. This was even after the manager confirmed that my contract was indeed over. The guy with the tattoo had the audacity to argue with his own manager! Can you believe it?

To make matters worse, both the guy with the tattoo and the tall guy didn't even have enough balance on their phones to call their own service center. I had to lend them my phone just so they could make that call. It's unbelievable how unprepared and disorganized they are.

I urge everyone who has read this message to please avoid renting a car from this place. Save yourself the trouble and frustration. There are plenty of other car rental companies in UAE that provide better service and treat their customers with respect. Don't fall into the trap of Speedy Drive Car Rental UAE.
