So, I saw this ad for Specific Beauty and they said it's only *** a month, but they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me ***. I tried to cancel before they shipped it, but they said no way and hung up on me when I told them it's my rent money. I never said they could take out *** from my account. They should have told me it's *** when I signed up, but it was in teeny tiny print. They need to be honest with us, not rob us blind! They said they'd give me my money back, but they never did. I emailed customer service and got no answer.

This company keeps charging me for a product I don't want anymore. I saw their ad on TV and ordered it, but after a few shipments every three months, I called to cancel my subscription. They would just hang up on me when I said I wanted to cancel. I tried multiple times, but they wouldn't listen. So, I had to ask my bank to stop the payments. But they told me that if the company used a different account to charge me, I would still get billed. And now, it looks like they're using another account to charge me. I recently tried out Specific Beauty and I have to say, I was impressed! I ordered a few items and they all arrived in a timely manner. The products themselves were high quality and really made a difference in my skin. I especially loved the brightening serum - it gave me a noticeable glow!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Specific Beauty to anyone looking for effective skincare products. The only downside was that some of the packaging was a bit difficult to open, but that's a minor issue. Keep up the good work, Specific Beauty!

I ordered from Specific Beauty and still haven't received my stuff even after contacting them twice. They took my money but I still don't have my product. I ordered the 30 day kit to try it out and then decided to get the big kit. When I got it, I only got the Cleanser and Skin Brightening Serum because the Active Brightening Day Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 30 was out of stock. They said they'd send me (3) 0.7 ounce bottles to make up for it but they only sent me one. I asked them to cancel my membership but they still haven't sent me my stuff. Plus, their Customer Service doesn't even answer emails.

I stopped my account with Specific Beauty, but they still sent me two packages. I had to pay for shipping to send them back and was charged again. Even though I called to say my account was cancelled, they sent the packages anyway and expected me to pay. I lost my job in June and now they say I owe them money. When I called customer service, they couldn't explain why they sent the packages and hung up on me. When I called back, they said they couldn't hear me. It's not fair that I was charged for a shipment that was cancelled. It's frustrating that they won't help me with my issues.

Specific Beauty took my money but didn't send my package. I asked them why on March 18th, but they said they couldn't get payment from my card. They closed my account, but I didn't understand why they couldn't get payment. So, I paid $19.83 for the overdue payment and $31.83 for a new shipment. They said they'd ship it the same day, but they didn't acknowledge my payment. They refunded the $19.83, but they still didn't ship the missing shipment from October . I sent a screenshot of my bank statement on 4/1, but customer service hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. When I finally got a supervisor, they couldn't see the payment from March 18th.

I had a bad experience with Specific Beauty. I ordered something and they charged me twice for it. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I placed the order on August 1 or 2, 2020, and they quoted me $64.23. They put a hold on my bank card. The next day, they charged me another $64.74 without my permission. I called them and they said they made a mistake and had to charge me the right amount. They didn't tell me about the mistake or ask me if it was okay to charge me again. I told them I didn't trust them and wanted to cancel my order. They said they cancelled it and would refund me in a few days. But I didn't get my money back, so I called them again. They said they shipped the order and I had to return it to get a refund. I refused delivery when it came. It's now August 21st and I still haven't gotten my $64.74 back.

I ordered some beauty stuff from Specific Beauty's website on June 30, using PayPal.com. I didn't want any automatic shipments, so I declined that option. I got the package on July 10, but I haven't used the products yet. Specific Beauty sent me some emails asking me to rate the products, but I didn't reply until August 2, when they said they were sending me more stuff and charging me $47.01. I canceled the order right away on PayPal on 8/3. I called Specific Beauty on 8/3, but they were closed. I called again on 8/4, and they said they couldn't cancel the order because it was already being shipped. They said my account was closed and told me to refuse the package when it arrived. I'm annoyed because I thought I did everything to stop them from sending me more stuff. PayPal contacted Specific Beauty to ask about my closed account, but Specific Beauty didn't tell them that I wanted a refund. So, PayPal won't give me my money back unless I get proof from Specific Beauty that my account is closed. Specific Beauty didn't email me on 8/4 to say my account was closed, so I asked again on 8/10. They said I have to wait 48 more hours for the request to be made. I don't trust Specific Beauty to do the right thing, and PayPal only gave me a week to get the proof.

I ordered from Specific Beauty on 3/26/22 and got charged $43.20 on 3/29/22. I got the product, but then on 4/27/22, they charged me $46.91, making it $90.11 total. I tried calling customer service, but the phone kept dropping my call. So, I sent an email saying I didn't want to be in a subscription program and asked them to cancel it and refund me the $46.91. They replied saying I had a balance of $139.28 and that they'd send me a shipment in July. I replied asking how that's possible when I only wanted one order and just asked to cancel. A few days later, I got a second order from them. I didn't like how they did business, so I returned both orders for the 60-day money-back guarantee. I had to pay $11.75 for shipping, but I only got a refund of $37.21 for both orders. I asked for a supervisor to contact me, but they ignored me. I asked for a full refund, but they ignored me again. I'm disappointed with how they did business and want a refund of $52.90, which includes the $5.99 they deducted from my credit. Please help me out.

Specific beauty has overcharged me by initiating through my bank two payments that were on authorized Doing the initial purchase I was assured by the sales person that I would only be charged want t fee at that at that moment ,And after 48 hours I could cancel and won't be charged any further products . Specific beauty then after canceling continue to remove funds from my banking institution which to me is fraudulent activity without my authorization

Cancel order in April, Cobra 19 took over can't afford it. Need my *** or whatever. I called to obtain my refund because of the 60 day money back guarantee. And they have NOT given me my money back. On 06/03 I called to cancel and receive my money back guarantee from Specific Beauty. I told Customer Service that the product did NOTHING for my skin after 30 days, which I fell SOMETHING should have happened, but NO Change to my skin. I was told that I had to WAIT for a shipping labeling to send the product back. I asked could it be emailed, I was told NO and I had to wait 7 to 10 business days. It has now been MORE THAN 10 business days and yes, they are open on Saturdays. I called on 06/10 after I picked up my mail from my PO Box only to find a letter from them telling me they were not able to debit my account. Of course, I am furious! When I called customer service, we had a very BIG language barrier because the customer service person, Leion, was his name, BARELY spoke English! So, I tell him I will hang up and call back. and spoke to another person, that barely spoke English, I give her my information to look up the account and she could not remember my name that I had just given her or the account number. l am getting agitated by this point. So I call AGAIN for the third (3rd) time. This person's name is ***, she spoke pretty good English, I give her my name and I enunciate. Then she says my name, which by the way is NOT difficult, she says my name wrong, then I correct her. She hangs up! I call back. I speak to a fourth (4th) person, her name is *** She does not speak English well either. The first thing I tell her is my name. Then I tell her that I am going to file a complaint against the company. I explain to her what has just happened in three (3) other calls. I tell her I know it is not her fault but I will be filling a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com and my next stop is Department of Consumer Affairs.
