The return policy at SongbirdGarden is only 10 days from when you get your stuff. That's not much time, you know? Like, I got this thing for my birthday, and I didn't even have a chance to celebrate yet, and then I had to reach out to my daughter and figure out if I wanted to return it. But by the time I did all that, the 10 days were up. It's a bummer, man.

Oh, and another thing, you should definitely check out other places before buying from SongbirdGarden. The thing I got was way too expensive, like they're trying to rip you off or something. And to top it off, the people there are just plain rude. They don't seem to care about customer service at all. I mean, who wants to go back to a place where they treat you like garbage? Not me, that's for sure.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend SongbirdGarden. They don't seem to care about keeping customers happy or giving them a fair deal. It's a shame, really.

I gotta say, the return policy over at SongbirdGarden ain't exactly up to par with the times. They don't cover the return freight, and on top of that, they slap you with a hefty 20% restocking fee. I mean, come on now, that's just not right.

To make matters worse, when I received my order, it was all damaged and clearly used. And guess what? This vendor didn't even have the decency to apologize or offer any sort of compensation. Nope, they stuck to their outdated return policy and made me pay for their mistake.

Let me tell ya, this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. SongbirdGarden is officially off the radar in this household. They're fired, plain and simple.

I bought the Tierra Garden birdbath from SongbirdGarden (songbirdgarden.com) and boy, was I disappointed. This birdbath was originally priced at a whopping $179.00, but they had the audacity to reduce it to $159. Talk about a so-called "discount." Let me tell you, this thing is mostly plastic and it's as flimsy as can be. I mean, come on, for that price, I was expecting something a little more substantial.

Being the savvy shopper that I am, I decided to do some digging and check out other websites. Lo and behold, I found the exact same birdbath on Hayneedle for only $88, plus a measly $6.00 for shipping. Can you believe it? I could have saved myself a whole lot of money if I had just done my research beforehand. Lesson learned, folks. Buyer beware, indeed.

Now, let me tell you about my past experiences with SongbirdGarden. They have been less than stellar, to say the least. This is not the first time I've been let down by their products. And let me tell you, I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only are their prices ridiculously high, but the quality of their items is seriously lacking.

I had to reach out to them myself through email just to find out what was going on. They couldn't even be bothered to let me know that the item was actually on backorder. Talk about dishonesty!

And get this, almost a whole month later, on March 3rd, I still hadn't received any updates about when my order would ship. At that point, I had had enough. I found the same item at a reputable local business for half the price. So, I decided to cancel my order with SongbirdGarden. But guess what they did? They refused to refund me the full amount! They had the audacity to keep 8% as a non-refundable fee for supposedly "returning my money." But let's be real, they held onto my money for over a month without providing any items or services. And let's not forget about their little lie about having the item in stock. They blamed it on Covid, but we all know that's just an excuse.

I mean, seriously, why would you advertise something you don't actually have available to sell right away? It's just plain dishonest. Any other respectable and honest business wouldn't charge your card until the item actually ships. But not SongbirdGarden, oh no. They'll gladly take your money upfront, keep you in the dark, and then steal 8% from you. It's just not right.

And here's the kicker, you have to dig through their website to find their sneaky cancellation and return policy. It's not even clearly displayed. And even if your order hasn't shipped or been processed, they'll still charge you that 8%. It's just downright deceitful, if you ask me.

Overall, my experience with SongbirdGarden was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy and reliable business to buy from.
