Still havent received the seeds that were ordered, and its been months...Shipping to the USA isnt an excuse, as many Canadian customers say the same.

Like others, I was fooled by their propaganda magazine and ordered, but dont let it fool you. Orders are often very slow and arrive too late to plant, if they arrive. Once, their magazine had all-lied war propaganda on the cover to celebrate the fireb ombing of innocent civilians, for some disturbing reason (see the Hellstorm documentary). Dont know why Veseys felt that putting that garbage was appropriate when this is a plant business.

I recently had an experience with Veseys that left me feeling quite frustrated. You see, my snowblower had only been used for a total of 4 hours when one of the cables broke. I brought it in to Veseys for repair, but was shocked to find out that they had the machine for a full 2 weeks before even looking at it. And this was in February, when I really needed it!

To make matters worse, the cable that needed to be replaced was a simple $30 part that they didn't even have in stock. I mean, come on, how hard is it to keep a basic part like that on hand? I called back 3 weeks later to check on the status of the repair, and was told that the cable had finally arrived. Eric assured me that they would be putting it on in the next couple of days.

Meanwhile, I had to pay someone $90 to blow my driveway three times, and spent 7-8 hours shoveling out walkways myself. It was a real hassle, and I was not happy about it. In fact, I'm so upset that I'm sending Veseys a bill for all the extra work and expenses I had to incur because of their slow service.

Honestly, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I don't think I'll be buying anything from Veseys again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

I gotta say, I've been a fan of Veseys for a hot minute now. I remember getting their book in the dead of winter, and it was like a ray of sunshine in my mailbox. I mean, who doesn't love flipping through pages of beautiful flowers and veggies when it's cold and dreary outside?

Anyway, I decided to take the plunge and order some Itoh Peonies from them. I had never heard of them before, but they looked so dang pretty in the catalogue. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Yeah, they were a bit pricey, but I figured it was worth it for something so unique.

And boy, was I right. The lemon meringue one I picked out has been blooming like crazy every year since I got it. It's seriously stunning, y'all. I can't even describe how beautiful it is. And the fact that it's still going strong after 10 years? That's some quality stuff right there.

But that's not all. I also snagged a Lenten rose from Veseys, and it's been a champ from day one. The flowers are this creamy color with a bright red center, and they're just so dang pretty. And get this - it's produced dozens of babies in just three years! I mean, I had to transplant a whole clump of them this week because they were getting too crowded.

Overall, I gotta say I'm a big fan of Veseys. Yeah, their stuff can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. And in this case, what you're getting is some seriously gorgeous plants that will make your garden the envy of the neighborhood.

I ordered some seeds and live plants from Veseys (veseys.com) in January of this year. I was excited to receive my order and start planting, but unfortunately, my experience with Veseys was not a positive one.

When the Haskap Bushes Collection (#***) arrived, I noticed that they had already broken dormancy and were sprouting leaves. This concerned me, as I knew that the bushes were not supposed to be in this state when they arrived. Additionally, the stems of the bushes were thin and under-developed, which made me worry about their ability to survive transplanting.

Sadly, my concerns were warranted. Two of the three bushes died shortly after I transplanted them. I was disappointed that the plants were not in better condition when they arrived, and that I was not able to successfully grow them.

To make matters worse, Veseys did not send the seeds until May, which was much too late for me to start them indoors for transplant. I was frustrated that I had missed my opportunity to grow these plants, and that Veseys had not sent the seeds in a timely manner.

When I reached out to Veseys about the dead Haskap Bushes, I never received a response to my email. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Veseys. My experience with them was disappointing, and I did not feel like they provided the level of customer service that I expected.

My order included a Featherweight Slim Hose, which unfortunately arrived with a noticeable "kink" close to the hose guard. Despite this issue, I decided to keep the hose and give it a try. However, just yesterday while using the hose, it burst at the exact point of the "kink". Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the product.

I felt it was important to share my experience with Veseys Seeds and their customers. It's possible that other customers may have encountered the same issue with the Featherweight Slim Hose. In its current state, the hose is completely useless and not even fit for donation to our family charity.

As a customer, I hope that Veseys Seeds takes this feedback into consideration and takes steps to improve the quality of their products. Vesey's is a great place to get bulbs and flowers that you can't find anywhere else. I ordered a bunch of bulbs for fall planting back in 2014, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the bulbs. They were really beautiful and looked great in my garden.

However, there was one small problem. When I received my order, I didn't count the bulbs, so I didn't realize that they had accidentally sent too few of one type of bulb. It wasn't until the spring when I noticed that the expected bulbs didn't come up that I realized there was an issue.

So, I ordered some plants from Veseys and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. First of all, my plants were stuck at the mail processing centre for weeks and a lot of them died during that time. As a professional horticulturalist, I know the difference between dead and dormant plants, and unfortunately, many of mine were definitely dead.

I specifically want to warn you about the Romance Cherry Collection. They send these tiny seedlings in dry soil and honestly, they have very little chance of surviving. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The Pink Honeysuckle was also a bit of a disappointment. They said it would be shipped as 18 inch branched cuttings, but one of them was only 4 inches tall! That's a far cry from the 18 inches they promised. And the bulbs were soft, which doesn't bode well for their chances of growing.

The only redeeming part of my $400 order were the raspberries and magnolias, which were acceptable.

It's worth noting that Veseys doesn't even allow reviews on Google anymore because of the number of terrible reviews they've been getting this year. That's not a good sign.

Look, I hate to diss a local business, but Veseys really needs to get their act together. If they want to stay in business, they need to improve the quality of their plants and shipping practices.

I found the exact same flower at a local store for only $15.95 for two roots! I decided to go ahead and order some seeds in January, but I'm still waiting for them to arrive at the end of May. It's frustrating to pre-pay and then have to wait so long for your order.

To make matters worse, I ordered some bulbs in the fall and was told they would be shipped soon. I called Veseys to check on my order and was lied to about when it would be shipped. When it finally arrived at the end of October, right before a snowstorm, none of the 150 bulbs I paid for produced a single shoot. What a waste of money!

I strongly advise you to stay away from Veseys. They take your money months in advance, don't ship on time, and even ship you items you never ordered. I waited almost five months for my pre-paid order, only to receive cheaper items that I didn't want and never ordered. It's outrageous that they charged me a higher price in January and then sent me cheaper items in May.

In conclusion, Veseys is a horrible company to do business with. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from them.

I ordered some seeds from Veseys in March of this year (2020). After waiting for about 2 weeks, I received an email from them stating that they could not charge my bank debit card from the US. I was quite disappointed and asked them to cancel my order. However, I was in for a surprise when, out of the blue, they charged the very card they had told me they couldn't charge, two months later in June. I was quite puzzled and called them to ask why this had happened. Unfortunately, they had no explanation for me. To make matters worse, I did not receive my seeds either!

I was quite frustrated by this turn of events and requested a refund. However, even after waiting for 3 weeks, I still had not received my refund. I called them over 4 times and was told repeatedly that they would refund my card, but they had not done so. I found their behavior quite suspicious and reported it to my bank as it seemed like fraud to me.

I would not recommend working with Veseys as they were quite rude on the phone too. I was quite disappointed with their service and ended up buying some amazing seeds from True Leaf Market. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, they shipped out my order just one week after I placed it.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking to buy seeds to avoid Veseys and instead try True Leaf Market. They have excellent customer service and will not disappoint you.

As of May 11th, I still haven't received my seeds yet. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to start my greenhouse early this year, but now I'm a whole month behind schedule. I think they should have used a courier instead of regular mail. I wouldn't recommend ordering from Veseys for this season.

I just got my Veseys package and it was a real bummer. The Hostas, Peonies, and Bulbs were all in bad shape. I opened it right away and everything was super dry and shriveled up. The Hostas and Peonies were tiny little things, not at all what I was expecting. I'm really unhappy with this order and feel like I wasted my money. I doubt I'll ever order from Veseys again. I bought a bunch of irises from Veseys last year, they had some really pretty pictures on their website that caught my eye. Last year, I ordered strawberry and raspberry canes from Veseys and unfortunately, they arrived half-rotten. As a result, I lost 90% of the plants. It was a disappointing experience and I don't want to go through that again.

I'm not too happy with Veseys. I bought some plant roots from them in the spring and they looked pretty sad when they arrived. The ecinachea and strawberry roots were especially pitiful. But I figured I'd give them a chance and planted them in some good soil I got from Pic a Mix. I also planted some vegetable seeds I got from a different place.

Well, let me tell you, out of all those plants, I only have one little ecinachea that's about an inch tall. The rest of them never even sprouted. I've been watering them every day like clockwork, but nothing seems to be happening.
