This company, Softorino, is not very trustworthy. They don't tell you that their products might not work with the newest Apple products, like the iPhone XR, XS, XS-Max, or the iPad Pro 2018 3rd Gen 11" & 12.9". I talked to their Support Person, Stacy, and she said that they don't know when it will work. That's not very reassuring. If a company lies to you right from the start, how can you trust them? It's not a good way to do business.

Softorino is a company that offers a product called Waltr2. I have to say, I was not impressed with this product. It stopped working after only 30 days, and when I tried to get a refund, they refused. This was very frustrating, as I had spent my hard-earned money on this product.

Another issue with Waltr2 is that it is dependent on iTunes. This means that when Apple does updates, the product stops working until Softorino sends out an update. They don't tell you this, so you're left wondering why the product isn't working.

Overall, I found Softorino to be a dishonest company. They don't stand behind their product and they don't provide adequate support. I would not recommend wasting your money on Waltr2. You'll be stuck dealing with iTunes anyway, so you might as well just use that instead.

I recently purchased a fresh Softorino YouTube converter license from their website. After downloading and installing the program, I was disappointed to find that the license I received in my email was not functioning. I attempted to contact their support team, but was only greeted with an automated message stating that someone would get back to me. Feeling frustrated, I decided to search for a solution online.

After some digging, I discovered that I could request another license through their website. Unfortunately, the second license I received also failed to work. At this point, I was beginning to lose hope. However, I decided to give it one more shot and logged into my account on a different page. To my relief, the third license I requested finally worked.

Overall, I must say that my experience with Softorino was not the smoothest. Their support team was not very helpful, and I had to go through a lot of unnecessary steps to get my license working. However, I do appreciate that they eventually provided me with a working license. I hope that they can improve their support system in the future to make the process easier for their customers.

This program is really great when it works. However, I've had some problems with it staying running. Whenever itunes updates, it seems to have trouble loading and instead tries to install the apple drivers, which then requires a reboot. Unfortunately, this leads to a never-ending loop of installing and rebooting, and the program never loads. I've reached out to support for help, but they've been pretty slow to respond and haven't been able to get it working for me yet. Right now, I'm just waiting for them to figure it out. I've tried installing it with and without windows, but nothing seems to work. Overall, I think this program has a lot of potential, but it's frustrating when it doesn't work properly.

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with Softorino's product at first. It did what it was supposed to do, no problem. But then, about 5 months ago, everything went downhill. Suddenly, the cover art for any music I transferred using Waltr Pro just wouldn't transfer. And to make matters worse, my device started showing artwork that had already been downloaded for other titles, completely at random. It was a mess.

But that's not even the worst part. They also changed the software so that it nags you every single time you start it up to buy their other products. Like, come on, I already bought this one, can't you just let me use it in peace?

So, I reached out to their support team to see if they could help me out. And what did they tell me? That this was a "known problem" and that I should just keep checking for a new release that would fix it. Well, it's been six months now and there hasn't been a single new release. All they can do is repeat the same advice over and over again.

Honestly, the software is completely useless until they fix this issue. And yet, it's clearly not a priority for them. I paid good money for this product and it's not even fit for purpose anymore. I just want my money back at this point.
