SOCO technicians are always knowledgable and polite. I would highly recommend SOCO. I truly appreciate the technicians calling 20 to 30 minutes before they arrive so I know who is coming and when they will arrive.

SOCO installed my new furnace and AC and I'm very pleased with everyone involved in making this happen. I have never in my many years dealt with a company that is a pure pleasure to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

SOCO installed a new HVAC system in December . It is working beautifully! I love that they call ME to schedule tune-ups which saves me from having to "think" about it. We had our AC tune-up today and Jacob and Garrett were amazing!

Jacob came to service our furnace and did a fantastic job. He was clean, professional, helpful, and explained everything so that I would understand what he did and what he found. I highly recommend Jacob and this company which we have used for over 4 years.

was the technician that came out and he was very professional! He gave me all the information about what needs to be done to my furnace with all the numbers. Very helpful! As this is the first house I've owned and first time dealing with a broken furnace, he took the time to explain all the information so I understood!

I just had a whole home humidifier installed by *** from SOCO. He was very professional, fast, and efficient with the installation. He even replaced the hose, which I did not realize was clogged. After installation he walked me through the process of converting from winter to summer, etc. I highly recommend these guys...especially ***.

We had an AC installed by SOCO after having gotten 2 other quotes. Their price came in at the higher end of the other quotes, but the service was outstanding. They were timely, clean, and worked hard. An issue with our humidifier wiring and control was fixed promptly, and they supported our decision to not get the furnace replaced along with the AC install. I would recommend.

I am so happy I called SOCO when my furnace needed repair. *** came and was so honest and pleasant even though it was late. His attitude was great and he found the problem right away and fixed it. He told me a little bit about the company's philosophy on taking care of customers and this is a company that aligns with my values! I am planning to use SOCO for all my HVAC needs in the future and I will certainly request ***!

Requested a quote through *** Maps. *** responded and called me. We talked for a few minutes and she said the earliest availability for a quote is Saturday. I said that'd be great. Well, it's Saturday and they didn't show up, so I called an hour after their 2 hour window we scheduled and they said they had no clue who I was. I called again on Monday to try to talk to *** to find out what happened but *** answered and would not stop talking over me.How this business treats potential customers tells me they don't need any new customers.

Fantastic service! Previous owners, left our furnace a mess and ducts hadnt been cleaned since the home was made. Garret repaired my furnace to running like it was brand new! *** and Makana both cleaned my ducts and we could instantly tell the air quality in the house! The entire crew was on time, wore boot covers to keep our floors from getting dirty. They were all very friendly, professional, and conducted fast and quality work at an affordable price! I definitely recommend this company to anyone and become a member, it saves you alot! Thanks guys and look forward to a long professional relationship!

SoCo Heating and Cooling was recommended to me when I needed a minor repair in mid-2020, and I contacted them again last winter for an urgent furnace repair. *** did an excellent job, was courteous, and respectful of COVID safety protocols. I joined the *** at his recommendation, and have been very pleased with the service. I was sent reminders to set up a free winter furnace inspection, which I scheduled. *** and *** (?) did a thorough inspection and cleaning, and also noticed an issue with my water heater, for which he made a recommendation. *** came today and made that upgrade (with "CC" discount) and again, professional and courteous, as all of the SoCo team have been. Thank you!

My daughter recommended I call SoCo after receiving a very high estimate for another company. My water heater needed to be replaced, and she had used SoCo just a few months ago for the same service. I called SoCo as soon as they opened, and they had someone out to my house for an estimate before 9 am the same day! Wayne was very thorough, and even confirmed that I did need a new water heater. Billy and Dan were scheduled to come to my house between 1 - 3 pm that same afternoon! Billy called me at 12:15 pm and said he was on the way and would be there in about 15 minutes! Billy and Dan did a terrific job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They cleaned up the mess so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! The estimate is exactly what I was charged, which was a little over $1,000 LESS than what the other company quoted me. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing and heating services!

We received service from SoCo Heating & Cooling on 6/2/23 for a furnace replacement & AC unit installation. I just received a call from Peak Home Performance (PHP) that they had acquired SoCo & would not be responsible for the below:

1. We were informed that a permit was not pulled for our installation and that Peak Home Performance would not be responsible for doing so. I have reached out 3 times to Ben Carter, the owner, with no response.

2. I hd a complimentary duct cleaning appointment on the calendar for 7/10 that was originally rescheduled due to SoCo not having the correct equipment available. We were informed by PHP that the appointment would no longer be complimentary. We have asked to be reimbursed, as this was built into our original pricing. We have not heard back.

3. We were informed that our CozyClub membership will not be honored, and given that, we did ask for the $1800 reimbursement, per our estimate. As this service was completed less than one month ago, it would not be reasonable to assume that we had any time to use this service. As of today, it looks that their site is still advertising this service.

4. We have a 12 year warranty built out into our plan as well that looks to be furnished by SoC. We have asked to be reimbursed, as this was built into our original pricing. We have not heard back.

SoCo Heating and Cooling took out 2 working but old furnaces to put in 1 new one. But after a month, we still couldn't get the house warm even after trying different solutions. We asked them to take out their furnace, give us our money back, and give us back the old furnaces. They said they would keep the furnaces in their shop, but they actually wrecked them. Now we're out $5000 or more because we need to get 2 new furnaces put in the right way.

I had a transaction with SoCo Heating and Cooling on 12/22. It cost me $6,257.00 for a new furnace with an existing custom air filter. However, there was a problem with the installation. The air filter assembly can no longer be removed to replace the air filter due to a conflict with a roof truss. I talked to SoCo twice about this issue, but they refused to take responsibility and offered to fix it for $2,160.00. The previous owner was able to remove the filter assembly, and I have a written statement from them if needed. I also attached a diagram and a picture to show that the air filter assembly was removable with the original furnace but not with the new one. Overall, I was disappointed with the installation error and the lack of responsibility taken by SoCo Heating and Cooling.

I got a furnace and A/C unit from SOCO Heating and Cooling in June 2022. They installed it earlier than expected, but the A/C unit was used and rejected by someone else. They agreed to fix it and lower the price, but they haven't done it yet. They also didn't install the 5 inch filter I bought for allergies because there wasn't enough room. The salesman gave me two REME UV lights, but the install crew only wanted to install one. They finally did it when I reminded them it was part of the deal. The contract says they need to come back, but they haven't and they haven't given me any updates. I want a full refund for the A/C unit because they didn't do what they said they would.
