Smith's did a wonderful job installing a tankless water heater. They were quick, neat, and thorough. Left absolutely no mess and took extra time to answer so many questions that I had. Jeremy and Cameron were so polite and considerate. I highly recommend Smith's Plumbing.

Ethan was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He obviously loves his work and takes pride in doing a great job. He went above and beyond to clean up, and make sure I understood the project. I highly recommend him and Smith Plumbing. Thank you!

They were easy to contact and responded within minutes to our text. Our plumber-John was very courteous, explained eveything. He gave us a free estimate. We thought their pricing was fair. He continued to explain everything while he worked. Left our home clean. We would call again.

Smith's Plumbing Service came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon with a water leak and drain pipe leak under my house. The tech John S located the water leak and repaired it quickly. He was personable and went over the repair process and costs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Steven R provided service for me today. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was not rushed and offered great suggestions for other plumbing concerns. He quickly identified and resolved the problems. This is the second time I have called on Smith's for help and highly recommend them

Tyler is very professional, courteous, explains the plumbing problem(s) in a way that's easy to understand & gets an A plus! Even though I told him it was not necessary, he wore a mask and put covers on his shoes when entering my home. I believe Smith's Plumbing Co. is fortunate to have Tyler as an employee.

I had a great experience with Ethan from Smith's Plumbing Services. He was very professional and went into detail explaining my options for a toilet repair. German and Danny worked very diligently, and were very knowledgeable on how to replace an electric tankless water heater. They worked with the isolated spot the water heater was in, ran a pipe through a tight crawlspace area, very efficiently. They were very friendly, happy, and communicated everything well with us. We would want them back for the next plumbing job!

Steven was my tech that assessed the problem and provided A thorough explanation of what had happened and gave me several options for a solution. Very professional and extremely aware of the current situation in the nation with COVID-19 and exercise safety on behalf of both of us. Very much appreciated the solutions that he provided and will definitely use Smith again.

Smith's Plumbing is the best. Always courteous and efficient. I feel like the prices are fair and that they always do just what is needed and never anything superfluous. Steven just replaced our outside faucet and he was very quick and friendly even though it is raining and we are in the middle of a pandemic. We will definitely use them any time we need plumbing work done.

September 08 Today I had a service appointment for two drain cleanouts. The service tech, Will and his Trainee, were very professional. Will explained the problem I had, he explained in detail what was needed and the cost. They performed the service in a timely and efficient manner. I am very pleased with Smith's Plumbing and the service they provided. The cost was also reasonable. Larry J.

I contacted Smith Plumbing on 3/26 for an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Customer service from the office staff was OUTSTANDING and Steven, Brandon, Chris and Tyler did an EXCEPTIONAL job with the estimate and installation. I have dealt with more contractors than I can remember in the past 45 years of home ownership ... none have provided the level of service that I received from Dustin Smith's crew!

We called Smith's because they have a good reputation and are fairly close by, in Bartlett. They sent us what I consider a perfect match to the definition of the word "plumber". Ethan was prompt, wore his COVID protection and "booties" to protect us and our belongings. He took time to explain every step of the process and what was needed and why. Soon our problems were solved and we have to say thanks to Smith's for sending Ethan to us yesterday. Thanks Ethan and Thanks Smith's Plumbing.

They came to fix my sink and ended up breaking it even more. The plumber was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. I had to call another plumber to fix the mess they made. I would not recommend Smith's Plumbing Service to anyone. They are a waste of time and money.

Smith's Plumbing Service was recommended to me for a sewerline issue. I called on Jan.5, 2021 and was told someone would get back within the hour. Three days later, the receptionist called and set up a consult for Jan 11th. The worker who showed up said the whole sewer line from my basement cleanout to my carport needed replacing. They would be responsible for the concrete patch in the basement, and I was responsible for the outside patch. The work would take approximately 4 days and cost $8600, with $2150 upfront. The workers showed up on Jan. 18th at 10 am and started digging. At the end of the day, the Bobcat operator knocked on my door and said he was done for the day and would be back in the morning. The next day, my daughter noticed the driveway was dipping to the left, and I called to express my concern. The workers came back and explained that they had to dig up the sewerline under the driveway. I was responsible for the repairs per the contract/receipt. They covered the dig and left for the day. The next day, the workers showed up and finished the job. The receptionist called to let me know I owed a balance and asked if I was ready to pay. I asked about the basement work, and she said they didn't have to do it because they dug farther down my driveway. She said the work was under warranty for a year from the last date the work was done. I asked for more information, but no one called me back. They gave me an $800 discount, but I would have preferred professional reassurance that the issue was resolved. The Bobcat operator lost his phone and was searching in my yard unannounced.
