I gotta say, Smarty Had A Party really dropped the ball on this one. I've been sitting here twiddling my thumbs for nearly two weeks, waiting for a response from these guys. I mean, come on, are they even a real company? I placed an order with them and it's like they vanished into thin air. No communication whatsoever. Talk about lousy customer service and relations. Ain't nobody got time for that! Needless to say, I won't be giving them my business ever again. Lesson learned, folks.

Smarty Had A Party is the bomb when it comes to fancy party stuff that you can just toss away or use again. Their customer service is top-notch, man. You can actually call them up and they'll pick up the phone right away. They're super cool and totally down to help you out. And let me tell you, they don't mess around when it comes to shipping. Your stuff will be at your doorstep in no time, no joke. And the prices, oh man, they're so good. You won't believe your eyes. Plus, they're all about that party life. They wanna see how you're getting down, so they're always asking for pictures of your shindigs. And get this, they even throw in some Smarty candies with every order. How sweet is that? Smarty Had A Party is the real deal, my friend. You won't be disappointed.

I gotta tell ya, I went ahead and ordered a whole bunch of stuff from Smarty Had A Party for my son's fancy shmancy wedding. And let me tell ya, that stuff showed up at my doorstep faster than you can say "I do!" I mean, it only took a couple of days, can you believe it?

Now, let's talk about the quality, folks. It was top-notch, I tell ya. I couldn't find a single flaw in any of the items I received. And let me tell ya, the prices were pretty darn good too. I mean, I didn't have to break the bank to make this wedding look like a million bucks.

But wait, there's more! When I had some questions and shot 'em an email, they got back to me faster than a cheetah chasing its dinner. And when I decided to give 'em a call to check on the availability of one item, they were just fantastic on the phone. I mean, they really knew their stuff.

Now, let's talk about what I ordered. I got myself some fancy tablecloths, cloth napkins, chair sashes, plastic cake plates, and forks, paper napkins, and a bunch of other goodies. Let me tell ya, their selection of plastic ware was off the charts. But hey, we only ended up using the plastic stuff for the cake. Still, it was nice to have options, ya know?

I gotta say, I would definitely use Smarty Had A Party again in a heartbeat. Oh, and get this, the tablecloths and napkins were about half the price of what those rental companies were charging. Can you believe it? I sure couldn't. So if you're lookin' to throw a fancy shindig without breakin' the bank, give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed, I promise ya.

On June 17, 2022, I placed my order with Smarty Had A Party. It was a special occasion, and I was excited to receive my items in time. However, on June 23, 2022, I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about the status of my order. To my disappointment, I received a response stating, "We temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22."

Feeling a bit concerned, I decided to follow up on my order once again on July 19, 2022. I received a similar response, stating, "I sent you an email previously as we temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." I appreciated their quick response, but I wanted to know if the items had arrived since the estimated availability date had passed. My event was approaching, and if I needed to order from somewhere else, I needed to know as soon as possible.

Their response was not what I had hoped for. They informed me, "We got an update that the availability was moved to 7/30. Would you consider to wait until next week?" Reluctantly, I agreed to wait, hoping that my order would finally be fulfilled. Today is July 30th, and I am eagerly anticipating the shipment of my order. I am unsure if the company operates on weekends, but if they do, I hope my order will be shipped today. If not, I will patiently wait until August 3, 2022.

However, if my order is not shipped by then, I will have no choice but to take further action. I will be forced to file a claim with my bank and report this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It is my hope that by doing so, others will not have to encounter the same frustrating experience that I have had to endure.
