I got this collar from Smarter Pet Supplies (smarterpetsupplies.com) for my French bulldog. It was supposed to beep, vibrate, and light up to indicate a shock if my dog barked too much. But let me tell you, it didn't do a darn thing to stop the barking.

I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for this collar. I thought it would be a great way to train my dog not to bark excessively. But it just didn't work. My dog would bark and bark and the collar would beep and vibrate and light up, but it didn't deter him at all.

I even tried adjusting the settings on the collar to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't. I don't know if it was a faulty collar or if it just doesn't work as advertised, but either way, I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my purchase from Smarter Pet Supplies. I had heard good things about the site, but this collar was a total letdown. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I immediately tried to cancel my order within six hours of placing it, but the website stated that it would take 8-14 days for delivery. Unfortunately, right after I attempted to cancel, I received an email saying that my order had already been processed and was on its way. I sent several more emails requesting to cancel my order, but I have yet to receive a response. The only reply I received was an automated message stating that their system is fully automated and that they would try to help me.

Since then, I have not received any further communication from Smarter Pet Supplies. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration, as my bank has informed me that the only way to cancel the order is to close the card that is attached to many of my auto-pay accounts. This has wreaked havoc on my finances, and I strongly advise others not to use this company.

I recently checked the Better Business Bureau website and discovered that Smarter Pet Supplies has an F rating. This is a clear indication that they have a poor track record when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

Update: I finally received a refund from Smarter Pet Supplies, and they stopped the shipping of my order. However, I am still stuck with the international fee from my credit card company. Overall, my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend using them for any pet supplies.
