Fetch is a unethical place to buy dogs for many reasons. As a past employee, this place was not good for the puppy's at all as they were put into small enclosures, had to fight for food, poop was scattered everywhere including on toys, blankets, dog dishes, under sinks, mats and ect. The uncleanliness and improper shots given by employees, would led to dogs getting sick and some even died before making it their forever homes. All the dogs come from puppy mills despite what they tell you seen here bailingoutbenji.com/pupp… and what's sad is the owner who lies about his name being Peter, try's to deny this with paperwork that traces back to the breeders name. These puppies are bought for cheap and then are transported on a white van to both the Fetch Puppies Locations to be sold for thousands. Oftentimes when the puppies would get sick, they would be placed in a back room away from customers with some having to be sent back to the originally breeder for deformations or head indents. You unfortunately do not get to see the puppies mother in person nor are you given a life guarantee that your puppy will be fine throughout its life. Most reputable breeders do not just let anyone walk away with a puppy that will not have a good home. Unfortunately the employment is not great either as many have experienced PTSD or sexual harassment from working here. The owner will watch his employees through a camera 24-7 without any privacy. If you do something wrong, you will get a call over the phone or possibly written up for your first mistake. His favorites are the upper management or those who do absolutely nothing that will often boss the harder working employees around. There is a lot of bullying and the managers will have secret meetings that are held without you if they do not like you. Free dogs are often given to employees that the owner likes the most as well, while other workers have to pay thousands. If you speak up against their practices, be prepared to be threatened with legal action, have people write fake reviews or will try to have your reviews taken down. In the end, I would not recommend working at either of the Fetch Locations or buying a dog from here because it will end up with health problems. Please look at the Yelp reviews, Indeed, BBB and customer testimonials!

This place is a disaster, Peter who owns it is a nightmare to deal with
This place is a disaster, Peter who owns it is a nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Don't be fooled by their store, they don't care about you or their puppies. They sell mixed breeds and mutts as purebreds when they're not. They say all their puppies come from 'USDA' licensed breeders, but none are local. The only reason a breeder needs to be USDA licensed is if they're from puppy mills! USDA oversees livestock and farm animals including puppy farms which are puppy mills. Our family took home what they said was a purebred, but multiple professional vets and breeders have told us it's not. The breeder this puppy came from was Kim who runs First Class Puppies in Oklahoma. A puppy mill that was cited in 2012 on account of 6 dogs in need of care. The company was named the worst puppy mill in the country. Peter doesn't care about where he gets these puppies from or is completely clueless and shouldn't work with living animals. Go somewhere else and get a dog from a reputable company who cares about the dogs' wellbeing and will protect your rights as a customer. Don't go to a company whose owner will argue with you over the phone and threaten you with the authorities.
I just want to say that Fetch Puppies is not a good place to buy a dog
I just want to say that Fetch Puppies is not a good place to buy a dog. I spent a lot of money, like over $2,000, on a Pomeranian - Chihuahua mix, but when I got home, I realized that my puppy was not a pomchi. He was already too big for his age, and my vet did a test that showed he was mostly poodle, yorkshire, and mutt. I called the owner, Peter, to complain and ask for my money back, but he was not helpful. He said the DNA test was wrong and asked for more pictures and documents. He promised to call me back, but he never did. I had to call him again and talk to his manager, Heather, who was not very nice either. They said they got the puppy from a good breeder in Arizona, but I found out that the breeder had some problems with the government. Peter did not want to listen to me or my vet, and he did not want to give me my money back. I feel like I was ripped off, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. Don't buy from Fetch Puppies.

But after only a few weeks, my puppy started having health problems
But after only a few weeks, my puppy started having health problems. Took him to the vet and found out he had a genetic defect. Fetch didn't want to take responsibility and wouldn't give me a refund. Not happy with the service at all.
They sold me a puppy with the wrong gender
They sold me a puppy with the wrong gender. I already trained the pup and all the paperwork was wrong. It's either they were careless or they lied to me. The puppy is a Bichon Frise and I paid $3050.00 plus supplies and taxes using my credit card.
I was told I was gettin a miniture Australian shepard
I was told I was gettin a miniture Australian shepard. I was lied to about the breed. I paid $5,000 for a mutt mixed with papillon. This is fraud and false advertisement. Somethin needs to be done about bein lied to about the breed. I spent $5,000 expectin the breed I wanted and this is not what I signed up for.

I got a pup from Fetch and I gotta get some info 'bout my buy
I got a pup from Fetch and I gotta get some info 'bout my buy. Every time I ring the store, they say to call XXX-XXX-XXXX and leave a message for a call back. I called both numbers like 10 times, but no one's hittin' me back. It's like they don't wanna help!
I got a pup from Fetch Puppies and they said it was a pom
I got a pup from Fetch Puppies and they said it was a pom. But it don't look like one and don't act like one neither. We was tricked and gonna take it to the vet to check. If it ain't a full pom, we want our money back from Fetch for lying to us.
I bought a Yorkie from Fetch Puppies on 11/28 for $5000
I bought a Yorkie from Fetch Puppies on 11/28 for $5000. They didn't give me much info about the card I used to finance it, just that I gotta pay $175 a month until it's paid off. The APR is high, but that's not my main issue. The dog they sold me is sick. He's got a collapsed trachea, which the vet confirmed. Poor thing coughs like he's about to hack up a lung. I just want some kind of credit for this sick dog. I don't wanna give him back, he's already part of our family.
I got a dog from Fetch Puppies and they said it was healthy and checked by a vet, but they were wrong
I got a dog from Fetch Puppies and they said it was healthy and checked by a vet, but they were wrong. The dog was really sick and had to go to the vet. They said I would get AKC papers, but I still haven't gotten them. They refunded me for the dog's medicine, but then the dog got even sicker and had to be put down. They keep saying they'll send the papers, but they haven't. They offered to give me another dog, but I don't want to risk it. It's not cool and my family and I lost a friend.
I buyed a German shepherd puppy from Fetch Puppies and it was diagnosed with hip displasia at 5 or 6 months
I buyed a German shepherd puppy from Fetch Puppies and it was diagnosed with hip displasia at 5 or 6 months. I got the health insurance for the dog and sent them the X-rays and the letter of diagnosis from the veterinarian. I also sent them the receipts of what I spent on medical expenses. I'm still waiting for the money back for the medical bills. They said they won't pay for the hip replacements and will only give me a store credit for another dog. I haven't heard anything about the store credit yet. The medical insurance only covers up to $2000 and I haven't heard anything about the reimbursement for the x-rays or the store credit. My veterinarian said they weren't using hip verified breeders. The owner called me and said I had to be nice and they were trying to work with me. They were supposed to call me back after they got the letter of diagnosis which I sent. The owner tried to argue with me that I didn't have insurance for the dog, but I sent him proof that I did.
I had some problems with my purchase at Fetch Puppies
I had some problems with my purchase at Fetch Puppies. The biggest issue was that they couldn't finance me properly and they kept changing the price. On December 20th, I called and got pre-approved over the phone. But then they said they couldn't pull my social and we had to go through someone else. Then they said my partner didn't have a credit score, so we had to do it in my name. When we got there, it was a terrible experience. The paperwork was messed up and they didn't explain any bank fees. They lowered the price of the dog by $200, but then charged us for the crate that was supposed to be free with the warranty. They also didn't give me the 10% discount on accessories for being a member. While we were there, the dog got sick and made a mess all over me because there was a band playing outside. I've tried calling and emailing them for help, but I haven't gotten any resolution yet. We spent a lot of money and need some help.
I got my pup, a golden retriever, from Fetch Puppies
I got my pup, a golden retriever, from Fetch Puppies. They said they got it from a good breeder they trust, but I found out it's from a puppy mill in Indiana. The breeder's name is *** XXXXX and they were on the news for running a puppy mill. My pup had medical issues and Fetch lied about where they got it from. They also lied about the financing and vet visit. They buy pups from mills and sell them for over $5,000. It's bad business and I have proof. What can I do? Contact media or lawyer?
I got a dog from Fetch Puppies and it was a big mistake
I got a dog from Fetch Puppies and it was a big mistake. The dog had parasites and was really skinny. I had to take him to the vet a lot and it cost me a lot of money. The store said they would help pay for the vet bills, but they never did. I called and left messages, but they never called me back. I finally talked to a manager who said they would help, but they never did. My dog has a lot of health problems now and I think it's because of the store. They don't care about the dogs they sell, they just want your money. Don't buy a dog from Fetch Puppies.
Alrighty, all I have to say is DO NOT buy from this store. Your pup will not be 100% USDA certified and the young employees will trick you into writing good reviews just to make the store look good. It’s not a clean environment from what I heard from past employees either. STAY AWAY!
