Buen d?a! Primero quiero agradecerles por ofrecer un producto de buena calidad. Los anteojos tardaron un poco en llegar comparando con lo que describen en su p?gina web. Segundo dan una opci?n que es la de escanear la receta de los cristales y no la consideran dado que uno tiene que llenar los datos manualmente en las opciones.
Los lentes los use apenas pude retirarlos y hasta ahora estan bien mas que bien!
Como comentario final tendr?an que agregar una opci?n donde uno puede ver como le quedar?an los lentes puestos antes de comprarlos.

Well as you know how many online shop are scams I had that feeling that
I might be throwing my hard cash to crooks, it became worse when realising
The product it's been shipped from Hong Kong, I gave up completely especially because there were no telephone number where I can inquire. When starting
To receive email regarding the process and the tracking number then I realised some happy ending is near. My order was placed on saterday, the following Friday I was parading inside the house with my new accessories
Am beyond satisfied with smartbuyglasses. Even considering another
Pair course I turn heads when ever am wearing my glasses. I am a happy lady

SmartBuyGlasses Be Weary of SMARTBUYGLASSES

I purchased online for glass frame for S$201.00 on 15th Nov 2015 through credit card. My order was confirmed and funds were deducted immediately. I received an order confirmation and status show that it was in process.
SMARTBUYGLASSES never even inform me that my item was actually unavailable. Why they still advertised and accepted my order and deducted my funds show lack of integrity.
Price also varies tremendously. My item was at S$201.00 and 2 days later it dropped to $147.00 and now it is up again at S$201.00
I have written several emails but have yet to received a call from them.
I am still waiting to sort this matter out with them.
Piss and Disappointed.

SmartBuyGlasses GENUINE GLASSES - not fakes

I was very concerned after I placed my order for Ray-Ban glasses to find they were being shipped from Hong Kong. I immediately thought fake and was very worried I had been scammed. Anyway, my glasses arrived superquick (within 3 days of ordering!) and they are perfect and the genuine item. I have carried out all the checks to confirm they are Ray-Bans and they tick all the boxes, so I would say ignore some disgruntled reviews that for some reason have an issue with this company, I would say apart from the useless carrier company who delivered to the wrong address (DHL), these are the real deal and far less than you would pay elsewhere - except for fakes on Ebay.

SmartBuyGlasses Customer Service Excellence

I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses and they were not a quick ship item. However, there was an additional delay that they immediately notified me about a few days after my order. I was offered the opportunity to exchange them for something else, cancel my order or wait for them. Since I knew I wanted those glasses I chose to wait. I did explain that if at all possible I would like to have them by a particular date, which was just after they said they would be ready to ship. They made it happen and I received my glasses right before a trip we were taking. I have never received better service or communication along with the extra effort that they put in ever before! Not to forget, great prices! I will buy more from Smart Buy Glasses including contacts for my husband and children

SmartBuyGlasses SATISFIED REAL CUSTOMER

I am a real and very satisfied customer. Like many I was nervous about ordering something as important as perscription glasses but i have to say i am SUPER HAPPY AND IMPRESSED with Smartbuyglasses.com. From start to finish they were responsive, informed and totally LEGIT! I ordered Tom Ford frams with progressive, transition lenses. Their web site was clear and direct, prices were amazing and super low. I was able to track my order throughout the process, the cumster care team responded to all my questions quickly and clearly. When the glasses arrived i took them first to the Tom Ford store here in NYC who confirmed the frames were REAL and then to my eye doctor who used his equipment to verify the scripts were accurate. Even my doctor was IMPRESSED. I got large frame Fausto's and the scripts were DEAD ON ACCURATE which I am told for largers lenses is difficult. They plan to reccomend SmartBuyGlasses.com to their patients now and I reccomend them too to one and all!

SmartBuyGlasses Excellent!

I was having a tough time buying authentic Ray-Ban sunglasses due to the fact duplicate or fake Ray-Ban sunglasses are being sold widely.

The 1st time, I purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses from Lenskart and they had sent used sunglasses. It was dirty and covered with dust particles. I had to return it for a refund.

The 2nd time, I purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses from GKB Opticals and that was the worst experience of my life. Apart from charging shipping fee, they sent me sunglasses that was not only used & old but the outer box was completely soiled probably due to lot of handling and aging. I had a tough time getting my money back as they said they have no refund policy. Even worst, they deducted return shipping fee from the refund amount.

As I was struggling with bad experiences from two different vendors, I came across SmartBuy Glasses and purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses from them. It was rather surprising that they had shipped the product from Hong Kong to India without any shipping fee. And even more surprising because the product was delivered in less than a week.

I received a 100% genuine & authentic Ray-Ban sunglasses and the packaging was just superb. They even sent me a free gift along.

I did like to say that people at SmartBuy Glasses are professionals. Don't take my word for it but rather experience it for yourself.

I would love to shop for sunglasses and optics from SmartBuy Glasses only.

1- *** is run out of *** and ***, with sub-standard customer service/support 2- Their claim of 100% satisfaction guarantee refers only to them getting paid, but not for customer service/support or warranty.3- good luck trying to get your money back on defective glasses or bad prescription... they will make returning the glasses difficult and expensive to ship the glasses back to them 4- polarizer films not installed properly on the lens with a lot of stress marks along the edges. This can be seen by the human eye, but is emphasized in front of the lcd monitor. These people do not stand by their product and say that this is normal.Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I order Rayban glasses received the glasses and one of the lenses popped out of the frame. They gave me a difficult time before agreeing to send me a replacement after they received my glasses. I sent them the glasses and three weeks later I received a replacement pair with the same issue. The lenses does not stay in the frame. I decided to just take the loss and not bother with sending them back because it has already been one month of me not having glasses. I will never order from this place again. Horrible products and I am very dissatisfied

I have 3 different prescriptions from the doctor and decided on the one I needed the most that required bifocals. Smartbuyglasses got it RIGHT! There was one sizing or number they needed that wasn't included in the prescription but the web-site had assisted instructions on how to measure, and again they got it RIGHT! I love the frames which is what brought me to the website. I saw the frames at a vision store and they were twice as much! There were other online businesses to buy glasses but Smartbuyglasses had the frames and they got it right! The frames could use a small adjustment to keep from sliding but I don't mind at all.

They got in touch with me quickly and offered me a great deal on the same glasses but a different color and I got them before the original due date. Return the item and hope that they get the exchange right 3. Return the item for a full refund but pay upfront for the shipping costs If I choose option 1, not only do I lose money but I also have an item that isnt even my prescription which makes it completely useless to me. If I chose option 2, Im not guaranteed theyll get it right with my prescription. And if I chose option 3, I still have to spend money without being guaranteed this company will successfully refund me all my money.They have already send me the wrong item and it is quite possible that it was sent on purpose in hopes that a consumer would not be bothered with the return and accept 10% back.

I ordered prescription eyeglasses from this place. A Kate Spade frame with prescription lense. I received the glasses quickly but they were just readers (no prescription) and they are very obviously fake Kate Dpade frames. I called the place and first they tried to tell me that was the prescription but when I wouldn’t relent they said I ordered just readers - which I didn’t. I have the confirmation of the order. So now I have to pay to send them back and a refund could take up to 2 months! They scammed me! These glasses aren’t worth how much it would cost to return them!

I ordered sunglassses from Smart buy glasses no prescription. They have contacted me once per Email after I contacted them by phone. They said they had to order my frames and were waiting on them, And they would keep me updated on my purchase. Still have not heard from them. I ordered on 11/*** . I contacted them on 12/they said it would take 5 -9 business days to receive them and they would contact me. These guys have horrible customer service. I would not buy from them again and will spread the word on how bad they are.

SmartBuyGlasses Poor Customer Service and Communication: My Experience with SmartBuyGlasses

I recently made a purchase from SmartBuyGlasses on November 7th, and at the time of purchase, the website stated that the product was in stock. However, after completing my purchase, I received an email stating that the product was actually out of stock. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I contacted customer service seven days later to inquire about the status of my order. At that time, they tried to switch me to a different style that they had in stock.

After waiting for 14 days, I finally received an email stating that the product was back in stock and that shipping information would be emailed to me soon. However, after waiting for 21 days, I still had not received any shipping information. When I contacted customer service to inquire about the shipping date, they informed me that it was scheduled to ship on December 7th. I was frustrated because the website had stated that the product was in stock, so I asked why it was taking so long. Unfortunately, they simply told me that December 7th was the scheduled shipping date.

When December 7th came and went without any shipping information, I contacted customer service again to ask for a tracking number. They apologized and said they would check into it and get back to me. At this point, I was angry and told them that their customer service was poor. Their solution was to offer me a 5% discount, which I found insulting considering the amount of time I had already waited for my order. To make matters worse, I never even received the discount.

Now, on Wednesday December 14th, I received an email stating that my delivery would be delayed by 5 to 9 business days. This is completely unacceptable business practice, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

SmartBuyGlasses Disappointing Experience with SmartBuyGlasses: Hidden Validation Policy Caused Order Cancellation

I had a really bad experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I ordered a replacement pair of glasses for my son who had broken his glasses and needed them urgently for his first few days at university. I placed the order on their website and waited for almost three weeks for the glasses to arrive. However, to my surprise, SmartBuyGlasses had a very strange and rare validation policy that required the billing and shipping address to be the same for credit card orders. This policy was not mentioned on their website, and I had no idea about it until my order was canceled.

I was really disappointed with this policy as all other online stores like Amazon, eBay, etc. do not require this validation. People travel and make online purchases to shipping addresses that are different from their home billing address all the time. SmartBuyGlasses canceled my purchase, and I had to wait for a refund to order through another online store that did not have such an odd policy. The worst part was that SmartBuyGlasses did not state this policy on their website before ordering, and they did not even mention it during the long email thread that went back and forth until I insisted to know the real reason why they did not process my order.

If you want to waste your time or get your orders canceled, you can use SmartBuyGlasses. I would not recommend this online store to anyone. It was really sad to waste almost three weeks or more ordering through SmartBuyGlasses website, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. I hope SmartBuyGlasses will update their website and policies to make it more user-friendly and transparent for their customers.

SmartBuyGlasses Beware of SmartBuyGlasses: My Experience with Fake Mont Blanc Glasses

I recently stumbled upon SmartBuyGlasses, and I must say, I was initially attracted to the site because of its affordable prices. I quickly ordered a pair of Mont Blanc glasses, thinking that I had found an amazing deal that was too good to pass up. The delivery was made by a decent courier service, and I had to pay a small fee of Rs120 (2$) for the delivery.

However, my excitement was short-lived when I decided to authenticate the glasses at the Mont Blanc showroom in Taj Hotels (Mumbai). To my dismay, I was informed that the glasses were fake. Although they were a very good copy, they were still fake.

I immediately contacted my payment provider, Axis Bank, to dispute the transaction. However, the website showed that the order had been executed and delivered, which made the process more complicated. I am still waiting for the dispute to be resolved.

In the meantime, I have decided to return the fake glasses to Hong Kong by international courier. I have obtained a return receipt to show Axis Bank as evidence in my dispute case.

It is disappointing to know that companies like SmartBuyGlasses have multiple web portals with similar concepts under different names. They spend a lot of money on advertising, which makes it easy for them to attract customers who are searching for affordable frames online.

SmartBuyGlasses Frustrating Experience with SmartBuyGlasses: A Review

I just wanted to share my experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I ordered two pairs of glasses a month ago and it has been a frustrating experience. First of all, they never contacted me about my prescription which they apparently had questions about. I had to contact customer service myself when I realized my order was still "in progress". When I called, they told me that the glasses were not being made because there were questions about my prescription. That was the first issue.

Finally, one pair of glasses shipped. However, I was not told that these glasses were made and shipped from Hong Kong. Actually, I was told that I would receive my glasses within 14 days. But that was not the case. I have asked this company to refund my money as I haven't received my prescription glasses yet. But they said they can't refund because they are in transit. It has been a month now!

After two weeks of my order of two pairs of glasses, only one pair finally shipped. I had to call back to ask about the second pair of glasses that still hadn't shipped. After two weeks in the lab, they made an error and the glasses were never made! Needless to say, I was able to cancel those glasses and was refunded. However, because I was refunded, I lost all the discounts offered when ordering two pairs of glasses. In the end, I ended up paying full price for one pair of glasses that I never received! Unbelievable! Horrible!

Meanwhile, I did order from EYEBUYDIRECT and they were amazing! I received my glasses within the agreed-upon time at an amazing price! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option for prescription glasses.

SmartBuyGlasses Buyer Beware: My Experience with SmartBuyGlasses - Knock-Offs and No Refund

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I was on the hunt for a new pair of sunglasses and stumbled upon their website. They had a pair of Maui Jim's that I had my eye on for a while, and the price was pretty sweet - $40 less than what I would have paid at a retail store. So, I went ahead and placed my order on 12/9/17.

At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I got an email confirming my payment and order, and then another email with FedEx tracking info. According to the tracking, my sunglasses were supposed to arrive by 12/14/17. But, when that day came and went, I started to get a little worried.

I decided to reach out to SmartBuyGlasses directly to see what was going on. They were pretty quick to respond and told me that my order had shipped, but due to the holidays, it might be a day or two late. Fair enough, I thought. But, when two more days went by and still no sunglasses, I called them again.

This time, they told me that my order was coming from China and should be arriving soon. I was a little confused as to why my sunglasses were coming from China, but they assured me that everything was fine. By 12/18/17, I still hadn't received my sunglasses, so I decided to ask for a refund.

SmartBuyGlasses agreed to give me a refund and said that their credit department would contact me within 24 hours. But, guess what? No contact. So, I took matters into my own hands and called my credit card company. They refunded me right away and started an investigation.

But, that's not even the worst part. I received a letter from the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) stating that my order was part of a larger shipment being held in the Port of Oakland because the product was inauthentic. They also expressed concern about the glass lenses not being safe. Yikes.

To this day, SmartBuyGlasses still hasn't given me the credit refund they promised. So, let this be a warning to all of you out there - don't be fooled by their lower prices. If you do happen to receive their product, it may likely be a knock-off.

SmartBuyGlasses SmartBuyGlasses Review: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Costs

I recently had an experience with SmartBuyGlasses and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for sunglasses on July 19th, 2017 and paid the full amount as shown in the invoice below:

Subtotal: R3965.00
Shipping: R0.00
Gift Voucher: R0.00
Discount: R0.00

However, weeks went by and I still had not received my order. I tried to follow up with their customer care team, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. They did not respond to my emails and I was unable to reach them by phone as they did not have a telephone number listed on their website.

Finally, on August 2nd, 2017, I received a communication from Skynet, another company, informing me that my item was stuck at Customs. I was surprised to learn that my order was coming from outside of South Africa, as I was not made aware of this when I placed my order. I was also not informed that there would be Customs costs associated with my order.

Skynet sent me forms to complete, but I needed assistance from SmartBuyGlasses to complete them. Unfortunately, they did not provide any assistance, despite promising to pay for any duties and taxes at Customs. Skynet eventually helped me and on August 8th, 2017, they sent me an invoice for an additional amount of R1021.58. However, SmartBuyGlasses has yet to pay this amount, despite their promise to do so.

I recently requested a refund, as it was also confirmed to me previously, but unfortunately, SmartBuyGlasses has gone off the radar and I have not received any response from them.

Based on my experience, I would caution others against using SmartBuyGlasses. They do not provide adequate customer service and seem to be more interested in scamming their customers than providing quality products and services. I strongly advise against using this company and urge others to look elsewhere for their eyewear needs.

My experience with SmartBuyGlasses has been pretty bad, to be honest. It took a really long time for my order to arrive, which was frustrating because I wasn't told that the glasses were backordered when I placed my order. When they finally did arrive, I was disappointed to find that I had received two pairs of the exact same glasses. I mean, come on, how does that even happen? It was a hassle to send one pair back and get a refund, and it just left a bad taste in my mouth.

But the real kicker came a few months later when my glasses broke. I was just cleaning them like I always do, and I noticed that the plastic around the lens had snapped where a screw was. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. But then they told me that the breakage was my fault because I must have applied too much pressure or something. I had a really disappointing experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I was excited to buy a pair of sunglasses that were listed as "in stock" on their website. I went ahead and made the purchase, and the money was taken out of my bank account. I thought everything was fine and I just had to wait for my sunglasses to arrive.

After several days, I decided to follow up on my order. I was shocked to find out from "Camille" that the item was actually out of stock and my order had been discontinued without any notification to me. I was frustrated and disappointed that I had to follow up myself to find out what was going on. Who knows how long I would have been waiting for nothing if I hadn't followed up!

Camille apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a 5% discount on my next order. I declined and asked to proceed with the cancellation process. She said she would send a confirmation email right after our chat, but it didn't happen. I had to message her again before I finally received the email. I was considering changing my order, so I asked if the new item I liked was in stock. Camille didn't answer my question and after about 5 minutes, I received the confirmation of the cancellation of my order. I sent her a few more messages, but she never replied.

I hope to get my money back as soon as possible. It's frustrating that I had to go through all of this just to find out that my order was discontinued without any notification. SmartBuyGlasses should value their customers more because without them, they wouldn't have a business.

SmartBuyGlasses Mixed Experience with SmartBuyGlasses: Smooth Buying Process but Major Delivery Issues in Argentina

I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with SmartBuyGlasses. The website was easy to use and the buying process was smooth as butter. However, I did run into some issues with my purchase that took over a month to resolve.

When I was browsing the site, I noticed that the product I wanted had a delivery time of less than 15 days, so I assumed it was in the country. But nope, it was actually sent all the way to Hong Kong, which caused a major delay.

To make matters worse, even though I paid for shipping to my home, the package got held up by Customs in Argentina. I had to take time off work to physically go and retrieve it, and on top of that, I was charged a fee for import that was a third of the value of my purchase.

But the real kicker was that the shipping label had the name of the company I work for instead of my name, so Customs wouldn't deliver it to me. I had to go through a bunch of procedures just to see if I could finally get my hands on my order.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using SmartBuyGlasses in Argentina. The whole experience was a major headache. But, I did eventually receive my glasses after paying the tax, and they were really nice and well-packaged. Plus, the company refunded my import charges, so that was a nice surprise.

Overall, I think SmartBuyGlasses is a decent site, but just be aware that the lenses aren't nationalized and you might have to go through some import procedures.

SmartBuyGlasses Mixed Experiences with SmartBuyGlasses: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I've had mixed experiences with SmartBuyGlasses. I bought a pair of glasses from them about 3 years ago and they were great. But recently, I had to buy a new pair because my puppy chewed up the old ones. I spoke to Ana from customer service because I needed the glasses to arrive before my upcoming holiday. I asked if they could arrive by March 11th and she said it was possible if the item was available on hand. She checked and said it was, with a processing time of 3-5 working days.

But when I still hadn't received my glasses by March 12th, I called the courier company and they said the tracking number was only provided because they had created a label on their website, not because the glasses had actually been shipped. I spoke to Meldeane from customer service this time and she kept telling me to cancel the order and get a refund. She wouldn't answer any of my questions about the delay or when the glasses would be picked up.

I'm not sure what to do now since I paid with a bank transfer. It's frustrating because I really wanted those glasses for my holiday. I hope they can sort this out soon.

Dear, Katherine, / Romen, / Gerome, / Nait, and lastly I don't know the person ‘s name who I spoke to on Friday. I just want to inform you that I have not still received my glasses yet which was to be delivered on the 25th of this month, I was given the tracking number thrice by 3 different people which was incorrect and I have been calling you guys everyday to find out as when I will receive my order, but now I don't want the item anymore and I need a refund as soon as possible as you guys have made me a fool. Sorry to say but this is not professional neither is your company professional at all. So if someone can get back to me ASAP . My reference no is EN0500171021G. Now I don't need any explanations from you so please sort this out as the earliest and I will not contact Royal Mail anymore as you have been giving me wrong tracking numbers. SmartBuyGlasses they have a return policy with no viable delivery address

I instructed a south african courier company to return a pair of glasses for exchange via UPS and neither of the return addresses supplied by Smartbuyglasses could be delivered to. I dealt with Ana at Smartbuyglasses. The response to any email queries took days, the support was beyond shocking and I told the same story to 5 people. Why? their systems are not integrated and keep no link of your interactions and conversations so as a consequence the frustration simply wear you out. They simply would not take any responsibility of the mess and basicall told me to sort it out myself. They then change the delivery for the return from the US to Canada. By this time, the charges amounting to more than the cost of the glasses. As a consequence I had to destroy the parcel abd lost USD 250. smartbuyglasses is a rougue internet trader with no business ethics and no investment in systems to service customers. Pay the slightly higher price and only deal with reputable online businesses.

I ordered and paid in full for a pair of glasses which were promised to be delivered within days. I did not hear back and made an online enquiry only to be told that the glasses are on back-order and there was no definite ETA. It was a mission to get a refund and the experience was uncomfortable. This crown are a bunch of crooks and are not to be trusted.

SmartBuyGlasses appalling dishonest service

Ordered my prescription sunglasses on 25th January 2018 also paid for the order at the same time. Was told there would be a one week delay in getting them from the suppliers. Agreed to wait. This carried on for a further 2 weeks and I again agreed to wait as I was not in a rush for them. Finally on February 20th I received an email saying they were currently processing my prescription and it could be another 5-7 working days and they would ship them via courier. Received another email on 26th February stating they were being prepared for dispatch. On 2nd March I contacted them asking when I would get delivery. They told me they were unable to process my prescription and they cancelled the order without notifying me. It took them over six weeks to determine they would be unable to process my prescription. They have not mentioned anything about a refund. This is really appalling service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Smartbuyglasses have replied to my initial review with a promise to contact me. Needless to say this has not happened. Not only that, they have still not given me a refund. In their reply they stated that I requested them to cancel the order. I did no such thing. I told them I was not satisfied with their answer and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no one available at the time at that a manager would contact me later. Once again this did not happen. I then logged on to their site to see if there was any information only to find my order had been cancelled without any notification at all.

SmartBuyGlasses sunglasses

Ordered pair of sunglasses exactly 1 month ago. I needed them for my vacation so ordered them on time. Website said it would take 3-5 days to confirm order (ok fine whatever that means). Next email, "Your item has been confirmed with the supplier and is estimated to be shipped by September 22nd" 2 days after I left for vacation. OK I like the sunglasses because I had same pair and would like them again, remember this is 3 weeks AFTER the order. On my trip, Another email with Weekly Update: "Your order is delayed by 5-9 Business days" Fantastic... Returned from my vacation... another email: "Order delayed for 5-9 business days". What a DISASTER! If you can't deliver don't put it on your website you scam people into buying your product but deliver nothing but air and emails telling me nothing... ITS BEEN (almost) 6 WEEKS and still nothing seriously?

SmartBuyGlasses false representation of products, misleading the customers, outdated website inventory listing, careless and casual accounting department

I had ordered for prescription sun glasses (Sinner Fury SISU-635) online. At the time of booking, there was no note on the website that said that the sunglasses being ordered are out of stock or discontinued from production by the manufacturer. A few days after the order was placed, I got an email stating that the sunglasses were out of stock and I'll have to wait for 1 to 4 weeks to get the sun glasses. A few days after this, I got another email stating that the sunglasses have been discontinued from production by the manufacturer. I finally decided to cancel my order after which I was told that I would get the refund credited with 7 working days. After 7 working days, I contacted them only to realize that the accounting department had made a mistake in the refund and that a fresh refund order had been generated. Not only did I did not get the desired product but I had to exchange several emails back and forth to get my refund without any compensation offered for all the lies told to me and delay in getting refund. Few questions that were left unanswered:
1. If the product is out of stock / discontinued from production why is the website inventory not updated to avoid misleading the customers?
2. Why is the accounting department so casual and careless about the customer service?
3. Why was no compensation given to me on account of points 2 and 2 above?

SmartBuyGlasses poor customer service

Purchase a pair of Prada sunglasses after a few wears a little screw fell out casing the lens to move a away from the frame I emailied customer serviced, and they wanted me to send pics, stall tactics I assume, but sent them anyways and yep you guessed it still waiting to hear back.

Beware buying pricey sunglasses on line like SmartBuyGlasses cause if you have a problem you'll be left hanging like me.

SmartBuyGlasses buy elsewhere!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this store SmartBuyGlasses and I was sure they were a Canadian company. But when I received my order there was said it came from Hong Kong!
I opened the package and was very disappointed with the quality of my glasses, they were poorly made and looked cheap. Definitely were not worth the money I paid. I personally can confirm that all the negative reviews are genuine, because I also had a terrible experience with this store. I tried to return and asked for a refund, but they refused and said no. I will never buy anything from them again and would not recommend them to anyone!
