Payne Glasses is a pretty good website for buying glasses. Sometimes the customer service is good, but sometimes it's not so good. I had a problem with my points and the person I talked to didn't really care. I used the risk free warranty to exchange a pair of glasses, but it ended up costing more money and I lost points. I don't understand why I lost points when I spent more money and got the warranty. The website doesn't say anything about losing points when you exchange glasses, only when you return them for a refund. Overall, Payne Glasses is okay, but they need to work on their customer service and make sure their policies are clear.
