Hello, I purchased a sleep number that was installed last year on January 4th. I didn't really use the heater during that winter because our winter was very mild. This past December of 23, same year we purchased the bed, we did use the warmer because it was a little colder. I noticed we were having issues with the warmer on the app. I finally found a remote in December so I purchased it thinking that might fix our issue of the warmer shutting off. Still had issues, so I went to the local store shortly after Christmas, the week between Christmas and New Year but the rep I purchased the bed was up north, 50 miles working at another store. So, I decided to wait until after the holiday to go back. I was receiving an F1 error on the remote so I called the 800#. I purchased a heater and went to the local store a few days later. They had an email showing that there had been issues with the app on certain heater settings. My heater is still not working correctly and SN wants to charge $250.00 to install it. I don't understand why they won't do this free of charge when I paid 8K for the bed and it's a known issue you have! To me, that is not good business practice.

Desired outcome: I'd like my heater that I purchased installed free of charge!
