My name is Raul Yescas, and this is our second Sleep number bed we have purchased. we are having problems with our bed, and we called customer service and set up and paid for a technician to come out and do any repairs need to get our beds to work, my side was losing air and wood have to put air in the bed at least 3 times a night and my wife's side would not release air it stayed hard all the time and this had been going on for over a week not sleeping and resting well all night. So, when we called customer service, they were not able to get out to us for a few days and we understood that, so they came out on 2/14/24 and did some adjustments and said that it was all good to go and the needed to replace a line that was chinked and were going to come out and replace it when it came in, I'm guessing. Well, that night on 2-14-24 I go to bed and after a few hours asleep I realized that the air is out again from my side of the bed and once again I'm having to put air in it 3 times last night again. so, I had my wife call again to customer serves California time 6am and the first lady my wife spoke to she said was polite and wanted to charge us again to send someone out to repair what we had already paid to have fixed, the second lady Pam the supervisor was rude to my wife and said we would have to pay my wife asked to speak to her supervisor and she said it may take a few days before someone could talk to my wife. if this is the customer service, we as return customers are receiving this will be the last time, we will be purchasing anything for sleep number beds.

Claimed loss: a weeks' worth of sleep and rest, and the work that I do my sleep and rest means a lot to me. I can't put a dollar amount to my sleep but would like to receive the 195.00 we paid for a repair visit that was not done.

Desired outcome: have our bed repaired correctly, to speak to someone higher up then Pam the supervisor the from customer services , thank you <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
