Hello. In my order #[protected] I ordered 4 items. Skims shipped to me only 1 item with this tracking code with dhl [protected]. I have 3 items remaining. After getting the first package I received an email from skims, not the courier saying that " The remaining items from your order have shipped" : the following item from your order have shipped. Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking number to update. Click below for more details.

Then there is the button TRACK SHIPMENT. I press the button and i go to a link saying that the items that were supposed to be shipped ARE STILL PROCESSING (Soft smooth seamless t-shirt in marble medium, soft lounge long sleeve dress in onyx in small and soft smoothing seamless long sleave in marble in medium).

However when I log into skims from my account and go to my order history, my order shows as completed even though I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED THE FIRST PACKAGE ( the pants ).

I have NO INFO from dhl about any new package for me. So it is impossible that anyone got it.

I payed for 4 items and I only received ONE package with one item. I am missing 3 items and skims is not providing me with a tracking code or any help at all. The order is marked as shipped even though I am missing most of it.

Are the items still processing or are they shipped? Skims never sent me a tracking code for the remaining items.

Claimed loss: 236€

Desired outcome: Please let me know where my package is . If you are unable to answer this please refund me.
