This is definitely something to keep in mind if you're using payment methods like clearpay - you might end up making payments for items that you've already returned, without realizing it.

On the other hand, I had a much better experience with Freya. I sent a package back to them on the same day, using the same tracked service, and my refund was initiated just 48 hours later. I received the refund within 72 hours, which was a much more satisfactory experience.

Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from Brastop again. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for a return to be processed, especially when you're making payments for items that you no longer have. I hope they can improve their processes in the future, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my lingerie needs.
