This online store is really great, ya know? They got some super quality products that are just top-notch. And the best part is, they're all original, none of that knock-off stuff. Pierwszy raz postanowiłem wypróbować koszule od Sinsay. I muszę przyznać, że pasują one fajnie. Jakość odzieży jest naprawdę dobra, jakby A1. Co więcej, cena również jest w porządku, rozsądna. Mam zamiar kupić więcej koszul od nich, bo jestem zadowolony z tego pierwszego zakupu.

I went to this shop and got myself a bunch of T-shirts. They were pretty cheap, which was a big plus for me. Gotta say, they looked pretty good on me, but the quality wasn't top-notch. But hey, if you're all about saving some cash, this shop is the way to go. You can easily find some decent stuff here without breaking the bank.

I've been shopping at your store quite often and I must say, I really enjoy your products. However, I recently had a rather unpleasant experience when I returned four packages and only received a refund for three of them. Naturally, I tried reaching out to your customer service to explain the situation, but the lady I spoke to on the phone abruptly ended the call. Frustrated, I decided to send three emails, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response.

Today, I mustered up the courage to call again, hoping for a resolution. My first question was simply asking for the name of the person I was speaking with. Surprisingly, the lady, who identified herself as Eva, refused to provide her last name and promptly hung up on me once more.

I must say, I am quite disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. Instead of offering an apology for the mistake and addressing my concerns, it seems that your company is avoiding any form of communication and even hanging up on customers.

This behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more satisfactory resolution to this issue. I hope that you can rectify this situation promptly and provide the customer service that I, and others, deserve.

The date is 26th September, 2023 around 15:50 at Sinsay Riga plaza.

Me and my husband after buying a jacket we came outside. Then we waited exactly near sinsay on the couch eating and talking. After few minutes a salesman from sinsay came and insult us that we robbed. Then he and there was a security from Riga plaza asked us to take out all our stuff from my bag ( I had my gym bag) infront of other people. We asked why are you doing this as we even didn’t go to fit-on room. They told tjey just suspect us as robbers. They just insult us for nothing but just we had a big bag and we are not from Latvia
