I recently stumbled upon SilverRushStyle and I gotta say, it's a pretty good store. The prices are nice and the jewelry pieces are very good. The online store is also pretty nice with great deals and good stuff.

I was looking for a nice necklace to wear to my friend's wedding and I found the perfect one on SilverRushStyle. It was a beautiful silver necklace with a turquoise stone. The price was also very reasonable, which was a plus.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with SilverRushStyle (S. R. S.). I returned a Mexican opal ring on 6/2/18, but unfortunately, it was very unsatisfactory. I sent it back with the same packaging and invoice information. I also sent an email to S. R. S. on the same day regarding the returned ring. However, I did not receive any response from them.

After waiting for about two weeks, I decided to call S. R. S. on both phone numbers listed on their site. Unfortunately, one of the numbers had a full mailbox, and the other number did not have any live person answering. I left a voicemail with my phone number, requesting a call back regarding the return. However, it's been more than a week, and I still haven't received any call back from them.

On 6/22/18, I decided to email S. R. S. for the second time via their "comment" box of their return policy section. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them to date. It's been three weeks since they received the Mexican opal ring, and I have not received my $67.55 back from S. R. S. I am very disappointed with their non-existent sham return policy.

I am not sure when I will get my money back from S. R. S. Does anyone know of a way to talk to a live person in this company? I want to warn others about S. R. S.'s terrible online customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I hope they will improve their customer service in the future. Margaret G.

Even if an item is stamped with ".925" for sterling silver, it may not be pure. It's best to test the purity at home or with a jeweler.

I can't say for certain without seeing them in person. Additionally, the title of an item may not match the description, so be careful.

When it comes to customer service, I wouldn't say that SilverRushStyle is the best. If you try to contact them by phone or email, it may take a while to get a response. If you do get someone on the phone, they may promise you the world but not follow through.

Overall, you get what you pay for with SilverRushStyle. The jewelry is made of tarnishable sterling silver and lower-quality gemstones from economically-depressed countries. It's hard to know if your money is supporting child labor or other unethical practices, but it's a possibility.
