Great Customer Service and Quality Signs from Signs.com
I got some wooden signs for a work project from Signs.com and I used their Graphic Designer for some help. The designer was really patient and worked with me to get the design just right. I was impressed by the personal attention I was given before I ever made a purchase. Then, my signs arrived, on time, and packaged very well. Again, I was impressed. When I opened the 1st box, I noticed that the signs weren't exactly what I ordered (the lettering was missing the white color) and I took pictures and emailed customer service. I was hoping to receive a response within a couple of days but instead, I got a response from Abby, in customer service, within a couple of hours. She was AMAZING and handled the situation quickly and completely to my satisfaction. The quality of the signs is what I hoped for at this price point. I will certainly be ordering from them again. Thank you so much.
Impressed with Signs.com, but limited font selection. Easy to apply and good adhesion. Color matched sample. Recommend using wallpaper roller
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Signs.com. They had a pretty limited selection of fonts, but I was able to find one that worked alright for our mailbox. After trimming the lettered panels to create straight lines, the material was easy to work with and apply. I peeled off the backing paper, squeegeed, and rolled with a wallpaper roller to make sure there was good adhesion. The color of the lettering and numbers was as expected, and looked just like the green sample online. The mail flag will be painted the same color green and attached to the mailbox above the lettering. We're pretty happy with our purchase.
I do wish they had more interesting fonts to choose from though. That was a big disappointment for me. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a good font? If you're thinking about using these adhesive signs, I'd definitely recommend using a rubber wallpaper roller for good attachment. Trust me, it makes a difference.
Overall, I'm glad we went with Signs.com. It sure beat painting the numbers and letters on our mailbox! I just hope they add more artistic fonts to their design options in the future.
Smooth Ordering Process, Great Quality, Lacking Communication: My Signs.com Review
I ordered a vinyl banner from Signs.com and I gotta say, it was a pretty smooth process. I needed it in a hurry, so I paid extra for the 2-day Fed-Ex shipping. The website said they have next day printing, so I figured I'd get it in time. But by Tuesday, I still hadn't heard anything about my order, so I called them up. The person on the phone was super helpful and told me it was printing and would be shipped out that evening.
The next day, I still hadn't heard anything, so I checked my account and saw that it had been shipped. The banner arrived on Thursday, just in time for my event. The quality of the banner was great - heavy duty with hems and grommets, and the printing was perfect.
The only issue I had was with communication. I never received any status updates beyond the initial email saying my order was received. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Amazon, but it would have been nice to know what was going on with my order. But overall, I'm happy with the product and the ease of ordering.
Signs.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Responsibility for Mistakes
I had two orders from signs.com and the first one was great, but the second one was a disaster. I ordered boat lettering and a cutout of the decal using their designer, but it turned out to be the wrong color. I told the designer to use the file and color from the decal as a reference, but they didn't follow my instructions. When I received the product, it was not the same color as the reference design (Navy Blue).
I contacted signs.com and they said that they offer decals in any color but lettering in only a smaller selection of colors and that my chosen color was not among them. They didn't bother to tell me this and just printed the job in a color they felt was closest (and it wasn't close). I pointed out that they should have informed me that they couldn't follow my directions and they said - yeah it would have been better if we talked with you before running the job so how about a $26 credit off your (unusable) $130 job?
I was not happy with their response and asked for a refund, but they refused to take responsibility and only offered a $26 credit. It took me five attempts to contact them - three messages that went unanswered and two chats that they did respond to - to get even that. I was very disappointed with their customer service and their lack of responsibility.
I would not recommend signs.com to anyone who wants a printing company that stands behind their work. They made a mistake and refused to take responsibility for it. If you want a reliable printing company, look elsewhere.
Terrible Experience with Signs.com Design Team - Do Not Use!
I had a really bad experience with Signs.com and their design team. I was ordering banners for our senior cheer, boys and girls basketball teams, 9 in total. I spent a week emailing them to make sure they understood what I was looking for and that we would make my timeline to get my order in without paying overnight shipping. I supplied a screen shot of the banner we were using as a guideline for our design and then did a markup of a template for them but wanted it to be cleaned up and fixed by a professional. But the designer didn't answer my questions and didn't do as I asked at all. She basically took the pictures I provided and plugged them into MY DESIGN and sent them back to me. No adjustment, no clean up AND the fonts were all over the place. (I wanted the first name horizontal in one font and last name vertical in another. She had them all mixed and not uniform as they should have been.) I had to spend the next 7 hours (until 3 am) doing them all over myself and then had to pay $110 in shipping to get them in time. So don't even look at the 100% satisfaction guarantee because that is not the case AT ALL! I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service, quality and overall experience and they don't care. They even lied to me and said they could not do what I was looking for even though they did it last fall for 2 other of our school's sports teams! Don't waste your time or money, you will be disappointed!
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Poor Quality and Lack of Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with signs.com. I ordered a bunch of vinyl wall decals for a whopping $345.94 back in December, and when they arrived, they were super pixelated and just not up to snuff. I mean, what's the point of ordering something if it's not even gonna look good, you know?
So I did what any reasonable person would do and emailed the company to request a reprint or return. But guess what? I never heard back. Not once. I sent another email a few days later, and still nothing. It's like they didn't even care about my order or my satisfaction.
Finally, I decided to leave a review on their ShopperApproved feedback, and wouldn't you know it, they responded right away. They said they'd reprint my order with the correct file, and signed it "Signs.com Customer Care." But that was on January 6th, and I still haven't received any shipping confirmation or any other communication from them.
I even tried reaching out to them through the Better Business Bureau, but the representative who responded to my review emailed me from an account that I couldn't reply to. I've tried sending messages from three different email accounts on four different days, and they all bounce back as undeliverable. It's like they're actively avoiding me.
At this point, it's been over a month since I placed my order, and I have no use for these pixelated decals that still haven't arrived. I'd love to get a refund and return the product, but it seems like signs.com just doesn't care about their customers. They don't answer emails, and when they do, they do it from an email address that can't be replied to. It's frustrating and honestly pretty unprofessional.
Disappointing Installation Experience with Signs.com Outdoor Window Decals
I recently purchased some outdoor window decals for my business from Signs.com. I was excited to see that they advertised "easy installation" and "no professional installation required" all over their website. After having a difficult time installing some indoor window films from Home Depot, I decided to call Signs.com support to make sure that these outdoor decals were actually easy to install. The man on the phone assured me that they were super easy to install and that anyone could figure them out. This was great news since all of the quotes I received from local vendors were between $500-700 to have them installed professionally. I ended up purchasing 12 large decals, all at least 4 feet x 4 feet.
When the decals arrived, they looked beautiful, but my helper and I spent an extremely frustrating 3 hours trying to put them up ourselves. We followed the instructions exactly, but we couldn't get them up without getting air bubbles or ruining the decals. We managed to get 4 of the 12 up ourselves, but we absolutely could not get the larger ones on without them looking terrible. I ended up having to hire a professional sign company to come fix our mess and install the rest, which cost me an additional $300. The pros used a wet solution even though these decals are supposed to be a "dry install". Maybe these are easy to install if they're small, but if you're getting any medium to large ones, be prepared to hire someone for the install, and don't listen to the "easy install" rhetoric all over the website.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Signs.com. While the decals themselves were beautiful, the installation process was a nightmare. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase these decals be prepared to hire a professional for the installation, especially if you are getting any medium to large ones. Don't be fooled by the "easy install" rhetoric all over the website.
Signs.com Review: Poor User Interface, Slow Customer Service, Low-Quality Banners, and No Product Warranty
Signs.com used to be a great company that put their customers first and made sure they were satisfied with their products. However, things have changed and not for the better. Here are some reasons why I think Signs.com is not the best option anymore:
Firstly, their new user interface is not user-friendly at all. It takes forever to load anything and it's just not easy to navigate. It's frustrating to use and it's not what you expect from a company that used to be so customer-oriented.
Secondly, their customer service team is not as responsive as it used to be. It takes ages to get a hold of someone and when you finally do, they're not always helpful. Their design staff is also slow to respond, sometimes taking days to provide a response.
Thirdly, the quality of their banners is not what it used to be. They tear after one use and it's just not acceptable. You expect a banner to last for a while, especially if you're paying good money for it.
Lastly, they don't stand behind their products anymore. They try to avoid making things right and it's just not fair to the customer. For example, I ordered a banner well ahead of our scheduled event because their website stated that there would be delays in production and shipping due to staffing shortages. When I received the banner, everything looked fine so I rolled it up and put it back into the box to store until our event. A few months later, I took the banner out of the box and hung it during our event at which time the grommets came out and tore the banner. When I called customer service, I was told that they will only warranty their products for 30 days. I explained that I ordered the banner early because of their messaging on their website and stored it in the box the whole time until the event (using it literally only once). They agreed that it was unacceptable but instead of reprinting the banner that tore after a single use, they offered me a credit of half the amount of the purchase to go towards a future purchase. That's just ridiculous and not a good way to treat your customers.
Overall, I used to be a loyal customer of Signs.com but I will be switching vendors for my banner needs moving forward. Their new user interface is frustrating, their customer service is slow, their banners are of poor quality, and they don't stand behind their products anymore. It's just not worth it.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Wrong Banner Delivered for Senior Night Football Game
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Signs.com. I mean, I should have paid attention to the three stars, but I was hoping for the best. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because of the amazing customer service I got from Shaun. He really went above and beyond to try and make things right, but unfortunately his supervisor wouldn't let him do what needed to be done.
Let me tell you what happened. So, I ordered a banner for my high school's senior night football game. It was a big deal - the last game of the season, and for some of these kids, the last game of their lives. We were playing our biggest rival, and we had this awesome breakaway banner that we were all pumped to run through at halftime. But when we got there, the banner was... well, it wasn't our banner. It was some Purina dog food banner. Not exactly what we were expecting.
I was so mad. I had paid extra for 2-day shipping to make sure we had the banner in time, and it was late. And then when we finally got it, it was the wrong one. I offered to send it back if they would send me a label, but they wouldn't even do that. And now I have to refund all the parents who paid for the banner, and I have to pay to get rid of this stupid dog food banner.
I mean, come on. This was senior night. These kids will never get another chance to do this. And now they have this stupid banner that doesn't even make sense. It's just a huge disappointment.
I really hope that Shaun finds a better job somewhere else. He deserves to work for a company that actually cares about their customers. And as for me, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Mixed Experience with Signs.com: Great Customer Service, Decent Quality, but Specialty Cut Disappointment
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Signs.com for my latest project. I mean, who doesn't love a good custom sticker, am I right? Overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience, but there were definitely a few hiccups along the way.
Let's start with the good stuff. First off, the customer service on the phone was top-notch. I had a few questions about my order and the person I spoke with was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the chat support. When I had to cancel my original order, I tried to do it through the chat feature and it was a total nightmare. I ended up having to call in anyway, which was a bit of a bummer.
But hey, let's talk about the decals themselves. The price was definitely right, and the turn around time was pretty quick. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the color in some of the larger areas, but honestly, for the price, I can't really complain too much. It's not like I was expecting museum-quality prints or anything.
Now, here's where things get a little dicey. I had ordered a specialty cut-to-order sticker, which was the whole reason for my original order. But when I received my package, it was just a plain old rectangle. I was pretty frustrated, because I could have just ordered a rectangle for less money and cut it myself. I mean, what's the point of offering a specialty cut if you're not actually going to do it? I ended up having to cut the sticker myself, which was a total pain in the butt.
All in all, I'd say my experience with Signs.com was pretty average. The customer service on the phone was great, but the chat support left something to be desired. The decals themselves were decent quality for the price, but the color could have been better. And the whole specialty cut thing was a bit of a letdown. I'd probably use them again in the future, but I'd definitely be a little more cautious about my expectations.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Poor Customer Service and Limited Color Options
Yo, so I gotta say, signs.com ain't what it used to be. Took me a whole dang week of calling just to get a real person on the line. And get this, the lady who used to customize all my signs is gone, along with a bunch of other folks. So I'm on the phone for like 40 minutes, trying to place a re-order, when I find out that my PMS colors ain't even an option no more. Like, what the heck? They don't even use PMS no more, and the lady on the phone don't even know how to match up the colors. And she won't even guarantee that it'll be the same colors as before. And to top it all off, I can't even get a dang Manager or Supervisor on the phone! It's been like 50 minutes now, and she just put me back on hold. So yeah, I'm telling y'all, don't even bother buying nothing from this company no more. It ain't the same as it used to be.
Mixed Feelings About Signs.com: Good Prints, Costly Mistakes
I've been using Signs.com for my business since day one. They've done some really good prints, but some of them were just plain bad. I had to throw away a couple of them, like this one time when they printed my logo on an 80" x 16" Acrylic Sign with the wrong colors. I mean, come on, that's the only thing that was supposed to be on the sign! They did send me a replacement for free, but it was completely distorted and I had to throw that one away too. That cost me $192.65, which is a lot of money for a small business like mine. It was one of my favorite signs too, but now I'm going to make sure to tell everyone about my experience.
And it's not just the big signs that they messed up on. I had to print my small logo for my door front three times before they finally got it right. I had to pay for two of those prints too, which was really frustrating. I mean, I'm not made of money here!
Overall, I have mixed feelings about Signs.com. They've done some good work for me, but they've also made some really costly mistakes. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use them in the future, but I'll definitely be more careful and double-check everything before I place my order.

Mixed feelings about Signs.com: Great work, poor customer service and discount policy
I gotta say, I like what Signs.com is putting out there, but their customer service is a bit of a letdown. So, I put in an order back in March of 2023 and they sent me a discount code. But, when I went to place my order, there was no spot to put in the code. So, I sent them an email asking what's up, but I never heard back from them. So, I just went ahead and placed my order anyway.
Fast forward to just a month later and I needed to place another order. I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to take my discount code, but they said it had expired and they wouldn't honor it. I mean, come on, guys! You promised me a discount and now you won't give it to me? Not cool.
Now, don't get me wrong, the work they do is pretty nice. But, if you're expecting them to keep their word and give you the discounts they promise, you might want to look elsewhere. I know I will next time.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Boat Decals Instead of Lettering and Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered some boat lettering from Signs.com, but when I got my package, it turned out to be boat decals instead. I was pretty upset about it, and when I called customer service, they weren't very helpful at first. We talked for about an hour, and I showed them that the website doesn't give you a warning when you upload an image that would switch your order from lettering to decals. Finally, a manager called me back and said they would give me a 30% credit to my account.
Well, it's been a week now, and I still haven't seen that credit in my account. I've tried emailing them, but I haven't gotten any responses. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since I've spent a lot of money with Signs.com in the past. I didn't think a 30% credit was enough to make up for their mistake, but I didn't really have any other options.
Honestly, I'm not sure I'll be using Signs.com again in the future. It's a shame, because I've had good experiences with them before, but this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be telling my friends to think twice before ordering from them.
Mixed Experience with Signs.com: Disappointing Customer Service and Nitpicky Requirements
I gotta say, I've been dealing with Signs.com for a few weeks now and I've had some mixed experiences. I've been chatting with a bunch of different folks on their live chat trying to get my design just right. But let me tell you, it's been a bit of a struggle.
So, I submitted my design and it got flagged for not meeting requirements. But when I went back to check it out, I couldn't find any of the issues they were talking about. Apparently, the lettering needs to be at least half an inch tall, but mine was three quarters of an inch. And the line strokes need to be at least .0375 inches thick, but mine were way thicker than that. I mean, come on, who's gonna notice a few extra millimeters?
Anyway, I spent over an hour chatting with one of their reps, this guy named Ivan Khile. And let me tell you, he was not helpful. After all that time, he just abruptly closed the chat window without even trying to help me out. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Signs.com. I mean, I get that they have requirements and all, but it seems like they're just being nitpicky for no reason. And when I tried to get some help, I just got shut down. Not cool, Signs.com, not cool.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Signs.com that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered an acrylic sign and had high resolution files from our graphic designer. However, one of the files didn't seem to be high resolution enough. Unfortunately, the online software that you use through this company to put in an order does not have any safeguards to catch this. This was a big problem for me, as I was expecting a high-quality sign.
To make matters worse, their printing team did not pay attention to the quality of their work. They let pixelated items go out the door without checking with customers. This was a huge disappointment, as I had spent $140 on the sign. When I reached out to the company, they took no responsibility for the issue. This left me feeling frustrated and angry.
I had been planning on ordering signs for a bunch of other locations, but after this experience, I will be leaving negative reviews and spending my money elsewhere. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I do not expect any type of real support or professionalism from their production side.
Overall, I would not recommend Signs.com to anyone looking for high-quality signs. If you want to avoid disappointment and frustration, I suggest looking elsewhere for your sign needs.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Major Printing Errors and Horrible Customer Service
I recently had a really bad experience with Signs.com. As a designer with years of experience in sign and printing, I was really disappointed with the major printing errors and the horrible customer service that I received.
I placed an order for signage and specified the ink colors that I wanted, along with expedited shipping. I even sent an additional email confirmation of these specifications to Cid Marian Floralde. However, when the signs arrived, the colors were the opposite of what I had specified. I was really frustrated and disappointed, but Cid said they would reprint the signs.
However, when the signs arrived again a week later, they were still not correct. Only 3 signs out of the 12 that needed to be reprinted were sent to me. I tried to contact Cid Marian Floralde by email 4 times over the course of 4 weeks, but I received no response. I was really upset and didn't know what to do.
Finally, I decided to call customer service. They assured me that the signs were coming, but 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received them. I was really frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Overall, I would not recommend Signs.com to anyone. The major printing errors and the horrible customer service that I received were unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their services in the future, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Multiple Errors and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Signs.com. We've been trying to get a sign printed for our business, and they keep messing it up. Four times now, they've sent us a sign that don't match the file we sent them. And let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the rear trying to get it fixed.
I've been trying to work with these folks for two whole months, and I ain't never talked to the same person twice. And don't even get me started on trying to get a response to an email. It's like they don't even exist.
And when we finally do get a sign, it's all messed up. The colors are wrong, the logo is all pixelated, and it don't even look like the proof they sent us. It's like they don't even bother to look at the sign before they send it out.
And when we try to tell them what's wrong, they don't even listen. They changed the colors of our logo without even asking us, and when we complained, they acted like we were the ones in the wrong. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
Overall, this has been a real crappy experience, and we ain't never gonna use Signs.com again.
Terrible Experience with Signs.com: Lack of Communication and Unfulfilled Promises
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Signs.com. I thought I could trust them, but boy was I wrong. I was working with this guy named Adam P to create my order, and he told me everything was good to go and that it would ship in 5 days. But when I called 5 days later to check on it, I found out that the item was on hold and no one had even bothered to contact me about it.
So then this lady named Chalise took over and told me to resubmit my artwork, promising that it would be sent overnight at their expense. But when I called the next day to verify the shipping, they told me there was a problem and it wouldn't make it to the conference on time. And guess what? No one bothered to contact me about it.
Their only solution was to offer me a refund on the day it was supposed to ship. Can you believe that? I asked to speak with Adam's supervisor, Emma, but she never even bothered to call me back.
I was so frustrated with them that I ended up finding a local printer who uploaded my file and had absolutely no issues opening or working with my image. I'm definitely going to tell all my marketing professional friends to stay away from this place. It's just not worth the hassle.
