Order was delayed multiple times, one of which was due to not having product in stock, given the current supply chain situation I understand. I had to fight for myself in each email that they would be making it right and my CS rep clearly just didnt want to make anything right. Ultimately what I originally order for the embroidery was not completed so that is disappointing. I will not be ordering again and I would suggest other stay away as well.
When I placed an order for our organization's coats, the *** Rep made sure the items were in stock. I should have known to cancel the order when I ran into difficulty with having them get the logo sized correctly. Then when I finally received the order, one of the coats was missing. The invoice mentioned nothing about a back order, nor did a *** Rep attempt to notify us. When I attempted to email , I received Out of Office responses. The other reviews about this company are spot on! This company makes promises on their website that they do not stand by. Beware and look elsewhere for company clothing. This company does not deserve an A+ rating from BBB. Very misleading!
Definitely NOT on time...not a great company...Will never use them again
An employee purchased some items using company credit card, Accounting received an invoice from 4Imprint and it was paid. Once we realized that there was a duplicate payment, their accounting team or customer service team kept dragging their feet and giving excuses as to why we haven't received a refund yet. This all went down in in January 2021 & we still haven't received the refund. The last was the best, "we will cut the check Monday & mail it out this Friday, it should take 2-3 weeks to get to you!" Three weeks to get to California from Illinois, I don't think so! Not the best way to treat your customers, personally I would never do business with this company!

I have been ordering from 4imprint for a number of years and love them! Everyone I've spoken to has been patient, professional and extremely helpful! Ordering online is super easy! When I've needed to speak with a customer service representative, someone picks up the phone right away and is there to help! And, Re-ordering the same product is just a click of a button. I love that I can order samples in advance of making a purchase! There are many options to choose from and it's great to be able to receive a samples so I can see that actual product and what would work best. Products have a quick turnaround time and arrived quickly.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Beth and David helped me even after they didn't have to. They made a change for me after my product went to production. They are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Missed my event and no communication. My sales rep Tashia N is unresponsive and would not recommend her or 4imprint. I placed my order May 27th for our event July 2nd. I requested items delivered 6/18 to be safe that they were here in time and correct. Tashia assured me this is reasonable, and she would get to work on the order. I received 1 of the 5 items on time. On the due date I received an email that some of the items were back ordered and other options available. They were to be overnighted for proofs and acceptance. NO OVERNIGHT RECEIVED. We did agree to change up some colors of items. Those items were received however order was not complete as promised. Strike 2. After 2 calls and an email to Tashia I still dont have my order or any tracking numbers as promised. Here we are 2 days before my event. This communication or lack of it is unacceptable in any business. Strike 3. In my 21 years of handing out promotional items I recommend not using this company as you will be disappointed as I am. Tashia N you are in the people business and your actions are unacceptable for success of 4imprint and your clients.

I have used 4imprint for years spanning over several employers. Customer service has always been top notch. Recently, I placed an order via phone and did not realize I would get a separate link for payment. This was going to make my shipment late. They ordered shirts to be shipped to them next day so I could have them on time and did not charge me any additional fees. I was short in my emails thinking they made the error and they responded respectfully and with full detail of the process. And I got the shirts on time. The artwork and embroidery is top notch as well as all other log items I have ever received. Everything is always as described and you can get samples which is great. Try before you buy. AMAZING

My company has placed 4 orders so far and each time we have had a lot of options throughout the whole process from generous samples so that we can see the quality that we are choosing..or not choosing, then we get to see and work back and forth with proofs to be sure that our imprinting turns out to be as we are hoping for and then once we have gotten our orders, they are competitive for the price paid. My only complaint is one only because we are a small business and I wish we could get smaller amounts of certain items and if so, we would have placed even more orders! Although every printing company has very close required minimums and we completely understand that small restriction. We are happy, simply saying that if we could use the large amounts of items, we would try 4 imprint on even more items. We have a few more in plans for Summer '22 as we speak!

A year later, they are calling for money for the items they honored after being apologetic for THEIR mistake. Buyer beware. DO not agree to their mistake on the phone. Make sure it is in writing. And they will advertise items out of stock, but wont know they are out of stock until youve sent them your hard earned money, and its over 2 weeks later the night before your event.

I placed a shirt order with them in APRIL 2021 and I never received my product! Over 1 year later, LATE APRIL 2022, they randomly try to take $400 out of my old bank account without communicating with me. I contacted them multiple times thru email and their website that I did not want the shirts as it was a year later and I have found a more reliable company to work with! No response from them at all. They sent me my shirts anyways and I offered to send them back as they are still in the box. I never opened the package because I do not want it a year later, and now they are sending me to collections because I refuse to pay for an order they shipped out to me a whole year later. Horrible business.
Placed an order and received confirmation that the order would arrive on May 13. Called on May 17 as none of the orders had arrived. It turns out that the order never left the art department and was not sent through their system. The sales person was apologetic and helpful and put a 24-hour rush on two of the three items. Only received one of the items so far. Sales rep unresponsive after two emails and two phone calls. My guess is she doesn't know where the item is... This has been a frustrating experience so far.

Dont trust your order is being handled efficiently. I recvd no communication that my order was delayed by a full week and only found out because I called to check status a few days before the day I was to recv order. Then on that day I was told some of the shirts I ordered that were in stock when I placed the order two weeks prior were no longer in stock. Very disappointed.
I've never dealt with such disorder from such a large company. I ordered pens that were presented on the website as in stock. I filled out all the fields properly and was assured that everything would be delivered in time for our event. I called in several times, and was told everything was fine and the pens would make it in time. The day before the event I still had no tracking number and was informed EOBD that the pens were never in stock! They never even started them. The worst part was telling my boss. I looked so unprofessional. What a terrible experience. Do not order from this company.
This is a terrible company and with no understanding of customer service. I order merchandise for my company. The first order was delivered in several small pieces of several months. I had to call so many times and send emails just to get any help. Finally the ordered arrived and the shirts were so cheap and buttons falling off I called again. This time they gave me a credit and tried to help me find other shirts. They promised is would get better and again they failed to confirm the order in a reasonable amount of time, I could not reach anyone and the email being used kept indicating the person was OUT OF THE OFFICE. They shipped the order again and failed to send the complete order and again I have had to call and no one responds. Then I asked for my Credit and they all pretend they have no idea what you are sayin and if you dare get upset they hang up on you. I finally had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. So many wasted hours - Never use this company unless you have hours and days to ensure you get the right merchandise and are charged correctly. You have to do it yourself of you get no service at all!

First and foremost the most amazing customer service. In a time when everyone is on edge and businesses question if they can continue. 4Imprint was there for me. My order was not large but meaningful. I ordered glass water bottles for wedding favors. They came fast and were produced perfectly. Then the world changed. I sent and email stating I had to move my wedding and asked if I could possibly just get the tops re-engraved for the bottles. They place a credit on my account for the full amount of my order and told me that when i was ready to let them know and we could reorder. I just sent them and email stating i was ready and they applied the credit to my order and my proof was sent with in an hour. Extremely friendly and professional. I will be a life long customer!
Disappointing Experience with 4imprint: Poor Order Management and Customer Service
My experience with 4imprint was not the best. They really messed up my order and it was a total disaster. The whole process was very disorganized and it seemed like they didn't care about our deadlines at all. This was especially bad for us because we are a nonprofit and we really needed everything to be perfect for our event.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with 4imprint. Honestly, if I could give them negative stars, I totally would. My artwork came back with a bunch of typos, which was a real bummer. And to make matters worse, my orders were delayed. Like, come on guys, I don't have all day to wait around for my stuff!
But that's not even the worst part. One of my orders was totally wrong - they forgot to print some artwork on the back of my shirts! And it took them a whole week just to get back to me about it. Like, seriously? I don't have time for that kind of nonsense. And when I tried to reach out to them about it, no one ever got back to me in a timely manner.
To top it all off, I ordered a bunch of shirts and sweatshirts, only to find out a week later that they didn't have all the sizes I needed in the colors I wanted. What a waste of time and money! And to this day, one of my orders is still MIA. I've tried reaching out to them, but no one seems to know what's going on.
Honestly, I think 4imprint needs to invest more in their staff and less in fancy TV commercials. I mean, what good is a flashy ad if you can't even get your orders right? Needless to say, I won't be using them again anytime soon.

I gotta say, we've been using 4imprint.com for a whole year now and we've placed 5 different orders with them. And let me tell you, every single time we've dealt with them, it's been a real pleasure.
We've ordered 3 short sleeve t-shirts, 1 long sleeve t-shirt, and 1 jacket/windbreaker. And let me tell you, everything went off without a hitch! We went for the heavy weight t-shirts and boy, oh boy, are we happy with how our logos and text printing have held up wash after wash.
But let me tell you, the jackets we ordered are just out of this world! We got 75 of them for a group international trip and they are just fantastic. You can go for a lighter weight and cheaper t-shirt from anywhere, but trust me, they won't last. Our group even bought t-shirts from us because the ones they got from another company were cheap and almost see-through.
The 4imprint website is just amazing! They've got some really great design tools that are super easy to use. Plus, you can even upload your own logo or art. They've got so many colors, sizes, and styles to choose from, it's just mind-boggling!

I want to confirm that the burgundy color is not as dark as it appears on the mockup, but more red like the main color options.
