I bought a $20, 000 watch & chain from Shyne Jewelers located at 339 south st a month ago. When I went to get it appraised at a certified appraisal center in the city. The jeweler told me the jewelry was fake. I took the jewelry back to Joe at Shyne Jewelers and he tried to tell me it was real I told him I wanted my money back but Joe was refusing and acting like a hoodlum off the streets. Now, I have to go through the courts to get my money back. This man has been ripping people off for years. I know he sells jewelry to quite a few celebrities like Meek Mill and So on, I thought he was reliable. I would like to let people know who purchased jewelry from this place at 339 South St, Philadelphia, PA Shyne Jewelers to go get their jewelry appraised. This man portrays all his fake jewelry is real and doesn’t tell you that it is fake. RIP OFF!

I paid $1, 400 dollars to find out it was fake when I tried to sell it to a place that buys gold, I'm wouldn't recommend anyone go there, straight ripoff
I totally agree with you and understand your dilemma. I bought 3 pieces of jewelry at Shyne, not $20, 000 worth, nonetheless, was told by a reputable jeweler none of it was genuine. I grossly overpaid for a fake necklace and 2 bracelets that weren't real. I don't believe anything in that store is genuine and the real crime is they just opened another store on 7th & South. It's amazing that, in this economy, a jeweler can afford to open a second store on a street with astronomical rents. The owner insisted the piece was real and other jewelers are just trying to get your business, etc. Ultimately, I had to keep the two fake bracelets and he gave me back 1/2 my money for the necklace, which he kept and I'm sure will re-sell. Where is the oversight? Report him to the Pa Atty General's office.
Well if you "ALLEGEDLY" purchased $20, 000 worth of jewelry from this jeweler and he refuses to give you back your money. It is very appropriate for you to take him to court. And I am a "REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" in Atlanta, GA who will also tell you to file a "POLICE REPORT" also for even more evidence in your court case against this jeweler. This is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" and i'd also ask that you look into filing a "WARRANT APPLICATION" in your Magistrate Court against the jeweler you gave your money to, because he should be arrested for his crime.
