462058 my order since 2 may and no shipping... That horrible and for excuse they have more important delivery before me... Can I have my money back and cancel... Almos 35 days and shout factory does not ship it yet... I want my money back I can find the same movie on amazon for faster delivery...

Shout factory buys copyrights to many types of videos and movies very cheaply, then makes huge profits from selling copied discs. It will even block uploads to YouTube in this country and Puerto Rico - probably the only two countries that will allow them to get away with it. It is amazing that the U.S. will allow such predatory practices. YouTube is a publicly-owned company that offers free services: one would think that the government would stop such practice.
I received my order and they were damaged when they arrived. I would like you to send me a new set please.
