I ordered from Rare-movie-collector and I haven't received my order yet. They said it was because of COVID, but I don't believe that. When I asked for my money back, they were really rude to me and said some mean things. I got angry and said some mean things back. I don't think anyone should buy from this company and they should be shut down. I'm going to report them to the BBB so I can get my money back. I won't stop until I get it.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Rare-movie-collector. I was really excited to get my hands on some rare DVDs, so I placed an order for 10 of them. But when they didn't arrive after almost 30 days, I started to get worried. I sent an email asking for a refund, since their website said they wouldn't refund after 30 days.
Well, let me tell you, the reply I got was not what I was expecting. The person who responded was really rude and called me a "stupid idiot". They said I didn't pay for express shipping (which I didn't even know was an option), and they never told me how long shipping might take in the first place. And then, to top it all off, they said "$#*! YOU". Can you believe that?
So now I'm out of luck - no DVDs and no refund. I really wish I had read some reviews before I placed my order. I definitely won't be shopping here again, and I would recommend that you stay away too.
