Ordered 2 items on Oct 6 2020 items paid for on my Citi card Billing confirmed shooters surplus was paid. Several attempts made to contact no respons I recieved no response. Items were two girsan mc 38 magazines. I was charged 90.65 on my citi card. Seller recieved full payment

Ordered items from them no response Phones calls are shut off, emailed no response Never , said they would not give notice of delayed or no one working ,can't call to check on order phones plays messege ..we want answer phone calls, they took money out of my account , will not return emails, and when I looked up address its a empty residential lot in a neighborhood so thats shady, I think this might be a scam, or data mining but anyway I need to get this figured out need some help with this flaky company Thanks william

Very poor customer service and poorly run company. Do not order from them. I order two pistol magazines totaling $35 and change which was paid in full. The order was placed 1/29. Today is 2/26 and I still have not received the products. I email them and on 1/12 a person named Jenny email me back and said that my items would ship around 2/15. Still nothing. I requested a refund on three separate occasions still have not gotten anything back.

On Jan 6, 2021 I made a purchase. I have contacted multiple times w/NO answer. I would like to receive my order, please. I made a purchase the week before, (Dec 31,2020), and received that order. I made a second purchase on Jan 6, 2021 and have NOT received that order. I ordered 4, Glock 23, 13 round magazines. Order# 43494. I have contacted them several times on their website, (the only way I can find to contact them), with NO response. I have paid in full for the order. Their site says there "may" be a 10 day delay due to covid-19, but it has been WAY longer than 10 days. I would just like to receive what I ordered, please.

I purchased 200 rounds of SIG Sauer Ammo 44Mag 240Gr Elite V-Crown JHP 20/10 ammunition from Shooting Surplus on 30 march (order #17555). In their advertisment it specifically said 200 rounds, and in my order notes I specifically mentioned that I was ordering the 200 rounds as advertised b/c I didnt know if it was a mistake. Once I received the shipment on 16 Apr 2020, I immediately contacted Shooting Surplus via their site and notified them that I had not received my complete order and only received 20 rounds (10% of what I ordered) and requested they send the other 180 rounds. A Dakota Butts responded the following day and said that the advertisement was a misprint and that they would not be sending the rest of the order but I could "pay" to ship the items back to them. I again emailed, and advised that I should not have to pay for their mistake by paying to ship the items back and their advertisement clearly said 200 rounds; on top of the fact that I added the same for clarification when placing the order. I advised Dakota Butts that the advertisement is misleading and false advertisement. She acknowledged the mistake but still refused to make any corrections or to end the rest of my order. As of 25 April, Shooting Surplus still had not modified their website and it current still advertises 200 rounds. This makes me believe that their intent was clearly to mislead and to false advertise. As such, I still want someone to hold them accountable for the other 180 rounds i purchased and any punitive damages. No response to multiple emails. I was charged in April but have no product. I placed an Order# 18522 April 9 for $91.15 worth of amunition. I have not had confirmation of shipment or received my order. The email address I used was mrpenguin169@hotmail.com
