Kash CA, LLC is a joke. I tried everythin to get my ammo or money back. It's been a real pain in the butt.

I been orderin' from Freedom Munitions for like seven years now. In all them twenty plus orders, I had one problem but they fixed it up good.

I ordered from Kash CA, LLC three times and they always delivered on time. The ammo shoots well and the prices are pretty good for today's times. I plan on buying from them again in the future.

I ordered sum ammo from Kash CA, LLC and it took 14 days to get here. I tried emailing them a bunch of times but they never got back to me. I don't really know much about this company and it seems like no one else does either. Maybe they used to be good but now they seem kinda sketchy. I wouldn't trust them if I were you.

I've ordered from Kash CA, LLC three times now during this whole "pandemic" thing and I gotta say, no problems at all. The ammo shoots great and the price is just right. Good luck trying to find 556 ammo in bulk anywhere else. The remanufactured shells have had no jams either. Plus, they're made in Idaho, which is one of the last remaining American states if you ask me. They've got gun shops on every other corner instead of those ***.

This company is not honest. I signed up for email notifications for affordable ammo during the shortage, but it was a waste of time. They raised their prices way too high, more than double what I expected. If I knew they were shady and dishonest, I wouldn't have bothered signing up. I don't do business with shady people, so I'll go somewhere else.

They got a good selection for my 44mag/44special S&W 329PD revolver. Got the best deal on the net. I check often for availability of the calibers I like to keep stocked. Makes going to the range with quality stuff I would use if needed for protection, much more affordable. Love the Freedom selection and other brands that make for the very best deals on the market. Also got great deals on the 40 S&W, 38 Special +P, 9MM for protection, 380 Auto; for protection, all right here. Easy ordering, and very reasonable shipping too. I look forward to the Freedom Munitions Emails. Thanks guys for the peace of mind!

I tried to order some ammo yesterday but the darn system wouldn't let me. So I waited until today and finally got through. I added the ammo I wanted, put in my info, and then went to pay. But the payment page kept resetting back to the order page. So I called customer service and they said they couldn't take phone orders. I told them what happened and they said they had fixed it yesterday. But then they said I was the only one reporting a problem. What a load of baloney! I've heard bad things about this company and now I know why. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't need to be treated like a baby just to save a few bucks.

This company is a mess when it comes to selling ammo. I don't know anything about their range. The website kinda works, but after you order, things get messy. I didn't even get an email confirming my order. When I tried to ask about it, I got sent to a contact page with an email that no one ever responds to. Finally, someone responded after 5 days. If you call customer service, be ready for a long recording from a guy complaining about everything. He tells you to email the same address that no one ever responds to. I sent another email 3 days later asking to cancel my order since they didn't charge me, acknowledge my order, or reply to my requests. 10 seconds after I sent that email, the status of my order changed to shipped on the website. They charged my card even though I asked them not to, and I still haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking info. I have no idea if they even fulfilled my order or when it will arrive. I might have to dispute the transaction with my bank in a few days.

I got some ammo from Kash CA, LLC and it wasn't new like they said it was. It was all messed up with scratches and dents and stuff. They charged me more for it too, which is messed up. They put it in boxes that said "new" but it wasn't new at all. This kind of ammo can mess up your gun or hurt you if you don't know what you're doing.

I put in my order on Feb 23, 2022 and they charged me on Feb 25. The next day, some dude called me up and said they didn't have the *** ammo I wanted, so I told him to just cancel that part of my order. But then they charged me for it anyway, even though they said they wouldn't. Their website and the order confirmation email said it would take 3-5 days to ship, but it's been 21 days and they still haven't sent it out. They made a label or something, but they never actually shipped it. I've called them like 30 times and left 3 voicemails, but they never answer the phone. They only sent me one email, and all it said was that they made a label. That's it.

I got 3 boxes of ammo from this biz during the Covid rush. The ammo was bad. All 3 boxes had bad crimping and wouldn't cycle. I went back to the site and they were sold out. I emailed them but no response. I called all 3 phone numbers, no response. I then sent from my biz email, they responded and told me to call the manufacturer. I emailed them again asking for help, again no response. I think they were preying on those who were buying during Covid, with a price, and selling bad ammo on purpose. They hoped to get a newbie who wouldn't use the ammo. They didn't get a newbie. They refused to give me my money back or answer my emails or calls, except for one response.

I went to their website to buy some 357 mag 158 grain BRASS casing ammo. I checked the product description page, and it said that the casing material was Brass, and only brass. There was no other casing material listed. So I bought the product, thinking that I would be getting brass case bullets. But when my shipment finally arrived (I had to contact Customer Service 3 weeks after ordering to find out that their shipping department had never sent it), I got all NICKEL cased ammo. I contacted Customer Service again, and they told me that I should have read their "remanufactured ammo" document - there was NO notice that this document even existed on their product description. You had to scroll to the very bottom of their website to even see this document was an option - who does that when the product CLEARLY states that the only material available for the casings is brass? Not the average customer, I can promise you that. They weren't willing to fix the order by sending me brass casing bullets, and would only offer a full refund if I sent back the nickel cased bullets. After all the crap I had to go through to even get the shipment, they should have been willing to offer up the full refund and let me keep the ammo they shipped IN ERROR as a good faith measure.

I ordered some 9MM bullets from Kash CA, LLC (https://www.freedommunitions.com/) and paid $165.00 for 250 of them. They were supposed to be delivered on 12/8, but I never got them. I got an email with tracking info saying they were delivered at 3:24PM and left on my porch, but they weren't there. I emailed customer service and got a response from Randi W (Kash CA. INC.) on 12/10 saying sometimes packages show up a couple days later. I don't think that's a good enough response considering I paid a lot of money for these bullets. I also got an email on 12/10 saying Freedom Munition's business system got hacked and customer credit card info was compromised. They didn't say what they're going to do to protect us from identity theft.

I bought 44 magnum bullets from Kash CA, LLC on 5/12. I got (5) boxes for $140.89. On 5/24, I shot some of the bullets and one of them only made a small noise and didn't have any recoil. I knew right away that something was wrong and stopped using my gun. The casing didn't have any powder and only the primer ignited. The bullet got stuck in my pistol's barrel about an inch in. I had to use a Ram rod to get it out. I told Michelle S, Quality Analyst at Freedom Munitions, on 5/26. She said she would send me a prepaid shipping label to return the bullets for a full refund. I didn't get the label, so I contacted her again on 5/29. She said she would send it again. But I still haven't gotten the label or my refund. On 5/30, I found out that my friend had the same problem with the same bullets.

I got 8 boxes of .30-06 ammo, 3 boxes of .30-06 HP, 4 boxes of 9mm and 1 box of 9mm HP ammo, and 2 boxes of 12 gauge buckshot ammo from Kash CA, LLC. The website said the 9mm was regular and the buckshot was $0.60 per shell in boxes of 20. But I got the wrong brand of 9mm and the buckshot came in 2 boxes of 10 shells each. When I called support, they said all sales are final and it was my fault for not knowing they only sell 9mm luger. They hung up on me when I tried to argue. The order form didn't match my email and the website changed after the call.

I'm pretty upset that Kash CA, LLC put some wrong info on my credit report. They gotta make sure everything's accurate, ya know? It's the law! They violated my privacy rights and stuff, which is totally not cool. They put down some accounts that ain't even mine, like FREEDOMPLUS APP1242 and JPMCB AUTO [protected]. And they let some other places check my credit without my permission, like TRUISTAUTO, CAPITAL CDJR, and US POSTAL FC. That's not right! The law says I gotta have privacy and control over my own credit info. Kash CA, LLC shoulda known better than to put down wrong stuff and let people check my credit without asking me first.
