SGAmmo has always been a customer oriented business. You can hardly find a related business that can ship your order faster. Prices have skyrocketed and many companies are ridiculously raising them. However, SGAmmo has had to raise prices but has kept them acceptable in today's market. They also have a lot of items that are hard to find.

This company is the best in my humble opinion for several reasons: Very competitive pricing, expedited shipping, The way their website is designed is user friendly. Free shipping when you spend over $200.00. On numerous occasions I found cheaper prices and went with SGAmmo because they have not failed me. You all are awesome.

I ordered 32sw short they sent me 2 boxes of 38sw short charges me $13 for shipping out $55 dollars for something I can't use I have 38s but nothing for this will not reply will not fix their mistake, they created do not order from this place they will likely mess it up and you will be out or or money maybe thousands of you order it they won't replace or send you a label. Avoid it like COVOD-19 sucks!

I have been ordering from this company off and on for a while now, never have they screwed up any of my orders. They ship fast and are very reliable along with very good prices. I read the reviews below just for curiosity and amusement and sgammo has very valid responses to the very few people who are complaining about their service. Don't listen to the negative minded people this company is legit ! CJ

I went to their site months ago looking for specialty ammo. It was out of stock and I hit the "notify me" button not really expecting anything because of all the issues so many companies are experiencing. Last week I got an email saying they had what I wanted in stock. Honestly I had completely forgotten about it. I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered today. I will definitely be a return customer.Thank you!

I've attempted to order ammo from 5 different online vendors, most had flaky online inventory and/or my orders went into backorder or the backorder was pushed to another 1-2 months. SGAmmo have been incredilby reliable and consistent with communication, inventory , tracking and delivery of goods. I am really impressed on how reliable they have been during these difficult times, and it is only fair I leave a positive review. Alen

Long story short, I was incredibly skeptical as I have never before purchased ammo online. Somehow I decided to pull the trigger and buy some anyways because it is tough to find ammo right now. But thankfully the ammo came. It was the correct order and quantity. It also arrived fairly quickly, at least as quickly as they advertised when I placed the order. I have only ordered from them this one time, but am sure I will order from them again. So far so good!

This company stole my money and never sent the merchandise. Originally I ordered ammo and decided I wanted to cancel my order less than 24 hours later. Tue product had not been shipped. The owner was very rude and stated he probably could not refund my money. Which it says you can get refunds on their website. The company never sent the ammo and kept my money. Now I have to go to my bank and try to get my money back. These people are a scam and dishonest and unprofessional. They are the worst. I would give them zero stars if I could.

As with others, I was a little unsure about ordering my ammo since it was being shipped from OK to my location and never before ordering ammo on-line. It was a great experience! Ordered my 16 gauge shells on 12/22 with expected delivery date of 12/30. They arrived by mail two days early even during the extra busy holiday season due to COVID. The packaging for shipment was excellent, double boxed and heavily taped, no way there could be any damage. Can't wait for the 32 WSP shells to be restocked. I will be back without a doubt. I have been ordering from Sgammo for over 5 years, almost always in bulk. I have never had a single problem with them. Any questions I had were answered promptly and politely by staff. The best part about this company is that when others were gouging customers on the price of ammo or falsely stating that items were in stock, Sgammo has been true to its customers. During the ammo crisis after Sandy Hook and during the current pandemic, they have not raised their prices or lied about shipping and ordering time. I commend them for being loyal patriotic providers of ammo for American citizens.

I've ordered from this site MORE THAN 10x...I used to order from them because their prices were just UNBEATABLE! Could NOT find prices even near what they offered, and while many sites were having 2-3 box maximum, I was still finding cases here! And many times, the sites that limited to 2-3 boxes were charging more for shipping than the ammo itself! But sgammo.com has always had great availability in this crazy "climate/environment" we find ourselves in, I can't complain. I mean, SURE...prices aren't what they used to be BUT CAN'T BLAME SGAMMO.com FOR THAT! Love what your selling, and love the service! KEEP IT UP SG!

Will not order from these guys again... package was lost in transit which I do not blame them. The issue I had was trying to get them to file the needed paperwork to get the ball rolling on the lost package was like pulling teeth... even though I had already did the leg work after not receiving the package, and finding out it was lost. They kept emailing me back with the same answer “you just missed it it's scheduled to be delivered" refused to listen to me until about the 8th email... then once they did get everything filed I asked to have the ammo replaced. They gave me a refund instead. No big deal on that but rather deal with someone who I can speak with next time vs emailing someone who doesn't listen...

I have always paid extra for the full coverage insurance when ordering. Just notified that ammo was delivered but it was not. Tried to go to UPS but you can guess how that went. Filled out most of the blanks on the claim. Then it asked for documentation. I of course did not have adequate documentation. So, here's my concern. It's an expensive package, but making a claim is near impossible. SGAmmo, LLC has no stake in this claim since the business did honor my purchase. But, maybe SGAmmo should not be offering additional shipping insurance? Now comes the crazy part: About 30 minutes after the package was not delivered - it was actually delivered. So, no harm - no foul right? But it still caused me to ask the questions: What do you really get when you elect to pay for the extra shipping insurance? It's only a small expense, but is it worth it? And when the merchandise is really lost: "Who you gonna call?"

0 stars if possible. My wife ordered me 1,000 rounds of wolf ammunition totaling $450.00. Fast shipping but I never received my item. Contacted SGammo, started off nice then they said they need to wait for UPS to do there process. Then I'm emailing everyday, with no reply from them till days later which it does not take that long for UPS to do there claim. Then they say they have proof it was delivered and a picture but all it is a aerial view picture off google when I first got the house, pictures googled cause my house doesn't look like pictured no more. That's how I know they are lieing. Well Finally after7 emails later they reply to saying UPS is not paying the claim so we are not sending a replacement or sending money back. Got screwed out of $450. Terrible customer service! Shop elsewhere, definitely overpriced also but that's only place I could find ammo, so we went with them. Regret it now. No help from them

I had purchase ammo from them in the past without any issue. At one point I ordered ten bricks of Winchester .22LR. The ammo was junk. The bullets were not pressed properly into casing and they were loose. It wouldn't function in any weapon that loaded with a magazine (semi-auto or bolt). Most of the bullets were deformed to the point where they didn't like being loaded in a revolver. I contacted them and they claimed that they had no complaints about any of the Winchester .22LR ammo. He told me that they wouldn't take it back and I should "sell it to someone else". I explained that I live in the Northeast and you can't just sell ammo to anyone, besides I wouldn't try to sell anything that I knew was defective. It bothered me that his answer to the situation was "Sell it to someone else" and I told him I thought that was a terrible attitude and maybe that's why I got stuck with ten boxes of garbage. I was blocked from his site and that's the end of it.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AMMO USING MY RESIDENCE/MAILING ADDRESS IN SC, HOWEVER WAS SHIPPING TO MY WORK ADDRESS IN GA. THE AGENT CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME I MUST SEND A PICTURE COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD! I REFUSED TO DO THIS AND TOLD THEM THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM/FRAUD. THE AGENT ACCUSED ME OF LYING AND OF ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT FRAUD BY NOT WANTING TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION. I TOLD THEM AT THAT TIME TO CANCEL THE ORDER AS I AM NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TREATED IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER.
