I got a dehydrator from American Outdoor Brands in November 2022. It stopped working after 2 months. I asked for my money back in January and they said they would give me the full amount of $222.59. It's been 4 months since I sent the broken thing back and I still haven't got my money back.

I bought an Intellidropper electronic Powder measure from American Outdoor Brands and it came with a two year warranty. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I was promised a replacement. However, they have failed to deliver and are now saying it won't be available until September. This is not okay. They should either replace it right away or fix the one I have.

I sent my SWFR2S Knife in for warranty replacement in June. The replacement knife was finally replaced in early July, but the replacement knife won't lock. I've talked to people before without a problem other than a long phone wait. Now I can't even get a hold of anyone but Facebook, which they just refer me back to the email and phone number that no one is answering. Order is ***. I also stress that they either send another knife no charge or shipping return label as I already paid shipping once. Thanks.

I had an issue with my UST 30 Day Duro LED Lantern, and after creating two cases, I still haven't received any help. I can't even find the model number on the product. It's frustrating to not have any support when you need it.

I went on the company's website and they had some knives on sale. I bought eight different ones on May 5. They all said they were in stock when I added them to my cart. There were some others I wanted to buy, but they said "Temporarily Unavailable." So, I guess they have some way of keeping track of their stuff. After I ordered, they sent me an email saying they got my order and that everything was in stock. They said they would send me another email soon with an update. But, after eight days, I didn't hear anything. So, I sent them an email asking what was up. The next day, they told me that they didn't have any of the stuff I ordered (except for the most expensive one). That's not cool. Don't sell stuff you don't have. That's a bad way to do business. Other people should know about this. It's sneaky, in my opinion.
