hi there so i lve in Torronto the downtown core and shop at loblaws at carlton st. i am a frequent shopper there once a week sometimes twice depending . i always buy 2 bag of milk there every visit. and sometime have to grab a bag at the cornor staore inbetween however the last 3 times getting mty milk it has been spoiled and i brought them back and this time i figure im writting to let you know and maybe you could give me reason as of to why or how this can be hppining. im hoping to hear back from you soon. some coupons would be respected for the time wasted back and forth and the hassle of not hving my milk those days my address is 389 church st apt 1203 toronto ont m5b2e5

This is been my 3rd experience with sealtest 2% bag. The expiry on the bag is 23rd of December, I opened the bag of 3 Monday, 18th December one bag was already spoilt with curdy texture. I opened another bag it was okay. Used half bag and it was curdy again. Tried the 3rd bag it was curdy. The entire bag had spoiled. I don’t understand, despite the expiry on the bag after a week why does it spoil. It is in the fridge all the time. This is happened multiple times , but today was a big time disappointment. I wrote to Agropur on the 19th of Sept. to put in a complaint and have not heard beck. Twice recently I have purchased milk at Freshco in Hamilton at Barton and Gage Ave. Both times I have had leaky milk bags It seems to be at the top so that whn I take out 1 bag the others can lay down in the fridge and the leaking occurs from the corner . It makes a huge mess in the fridge not to mention the expense as I dont use the open bag . Not sure if the bags are being cut wrong during production . On August 9, 2023 I went on-line to advise that after opening the 4L bag of 1% milk that one bag was well over half empty and on quick inspection realized that the milk was all over the counter. In fact it had also leaked in the car but cleaning that up was another story.

I submitted photos with the bar code, the bag and the mess across the counter and where it was pooled under the countertop appliances. It was not a quick cleanup. The second image was taken after using lots of paper towel!

With all this information and of course my contact information I assumed that I would at least be contacted . . . . even by email . . . and that a coupon would be sent to me to cover the loss.

Here we are a full month later and not a word has been seen or heard.

I would like to think that this 2nd contact will produce action.

Bought Sealtest 1% milk 4L bag best before date of September 11.. lot #1478

It was not 1% as I've drank and used 1% for decades.

It is actually greyish in color. I tried making tea with it. It never made the tea milky and when I poured some in my cats dish.. they never touched it. They smelled it but never drank one drop. Something is not right with this product.

Purchased these coffee creams from Costco about 2 weeks ago and expiry dates are all Aug 12 2023. One of them that was opened for 1 week went bad this last weekend. Another one went bad yesterday and I have one left that I opened yesterday. The others were still half full when they went bad and all were refrigerated. Very frustrating and disappointing. Must be wrong with this batch produced.

Milk got sour 12 days before the Best By date.

Bought 2 litre carton on 8th July from Costco at Thorncliff Park, Toronto, Canada. Best by date is 3rd August. Milk went extremely sour on 21st July despite being in the fridge the whole time. I took it out from the fridge & served to my guest on 21st. It was really a huge embarrassment to serve stale milk.

The milk packets are getting spoilt atleast a week before their expiry.

They are getting curdled by the time I use the last packet.

Its the third time this is happening.

My last two purchases milk began curdling one week before the best by date.

Purchased: May 31st at Giant Tiger Peterborough and July 6th at Walmart Peterborough South.

I have receipts for the purchases but they are PDF and you page won't allow me to attach them.

I have no pictures because when it happened, making a complaint was not something I thought about.

My fix is easy. I will no longer buy your products until I am assured the issue causing this is addressed or you change your best before date system.

I had brought the milk thinking that "best before" date for the milk is 29 June, 2023. But it is 22nd June right now and the milk has already turned bad. I hate the fact that is consumer misinformation provided by the seller to sell the product. I feel betrayed. And this has happened a couple of times before but I ignored it everytime until today. I would understand if they were off by couple of days or so... but a week is too much !

The milk was stored in perfectly cold conditions in the fridge but then too it turned bad!

I agree with whoever commented about your cartons being extremely hard to open. I bought the above product and the little ring broke when I tried to pull the seal out. I therefore had to use a sharp knife to get access. I don't consider this safe as it would be easy to slip. I filed this same complaint last week and have received no reply or contact from anyone.

Nice to be such a valued customer...NOT!

I bought a one pint bottle milk from a convenience store near my house because the store was near. After taking a sip to taste the milk, it does not taste like milk. It had a bad and watery after taste. I checked the label and the ingredients were "milk, Vitamin D3". It definitely does not taste like milk. They might want to check the Vitamin D3 amount they mix in.

I bought milk on October 22 from Walmart and got it delivered at home, while my roommate bought themselves from a different store.

Their milk had expiry date of Nov 3, while mine had Nov 17 but both the milk went bad even before opening them. Some of the packets of 3 were good at first and then went bad.

I’m enclosing one of the photos, because I threw the packets but had some in the cup.

the milk went bad three days after I bought it its lumpy and I know buttermilk is not suppose to be lumpy. the sell by date is september 29 bought on the 7th of september. I love using sealtest milk, buttermilk I drink it like it is so good but upset that it was lumpy poured it out letter beside date is a k and the other set of numbers is 08:50, bar code number [protected] hope this helps

We purchased three 1- litre packages of Sealtest 10% cream. Out of the three packages 2 had a sour test to them and curled while the last package tasted fine and did not curl in the coffee. The three packages were purchased at our local Costco on August 26, 2022.

The expiry date of the cream is October 06 with product manufacturing information REG 1478 17:44 23A

I pretty much always buy the Sealtest 10% cream at Costco, and mostly at the Thorncliffe store in Toronto. Many times the cream will go bad a week or two before the best before date. Since I buy two at a time, it tends to be in my refrigerator for a week or so before I start using it but the due date is still many days away, it's kept in a new fridge and the temperature is consistent. I find it difficult to return the product for refund/replacement every time this happens as I am a senior and can't make that extra trip very easily. I've had to throw out half or more of a 1L container on many occasions and the cost adds up.

This photo was taken on June 8th, 2022 morning. The milk packet has an expiry date of 12th June, but I'd to waste almost two packets because it had a distinct odor in it, when warmed up whole milk was distorted into weird pieces and had a weird smell. just fyi, I'd kept the milk packets in the fridge the whole, but it had turned out to bad. This has been a issue from the past few months, where everytime I buy a bag of 3, there's always a bag which goes bad.

I have bought yout sealtest 10% half and half creamer. I had one at work dated June 2nd and one at home also dated June 2nd. Both were bought at separate grocery stores. Both go bad in the coffee. Is there a recall on these? I have had to throw both out and am concerned at how bad they turned in my coffee. Do you plan on reimbursement? I have spent money and got 2 bad 1 liter coffee creamer cartons. Waiting on your reply.

In the last year your cartons have been ridiculously hard to open. They are glues so tight you have to use a knife and hope you don’t stab yourself in the process. Some of us are construction workers and do not have the strength to open them as they are meant to be open. Other brands don’t have this problem. I will have to switch if this doesn’t change.
