I paid a 1/3 deposit for new gutters from Screens Over Marco. They said they would install them on 1/10, but then they had an excuse and said they would come on 1/12. I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't responded. When I tried calling their number, their voicemail was full. I'm really frustrated because I'm out my deposit and I don't know what to do. I might have to take legal action.

I hired Screens Over Marco to paint, re-screw, and install new screens. I gotta say, their customer service is pretty poor. They keep making promises they can't keep. If you're into dealing with a company like this, go ahead and hire them. Their Facebook page looks like they're the best thing since sliced bread, but I wonder how many of those reviews are real?

They did a great job. They put in a new screen that got rid of the poles every 6 feet and the chair rails at the 3 foot level. It opens up the whole lanai and it's a huge difference. The price is good and the screen has a 10 year warranty. My advice - go with Screens over Marco and do it now. You won't regret it.

I helped my old neighbor who got ripped off by a contractor after Irma. Her permit never got closed out and she failed inspection. We hired Screens Over Marco to come and fix her pool screen and do the necessary repairs. They came out and did a great job, very friendly, and everything was cleaned up when they left. The owner *** worked with us to get the work done and the permit closed out. He and his team went out of their way to help her out. The crew was great and I'd recommend them to everyone. Thanks, guys, great job!

I gave Screens Over Marco all my money to fix my screen frames and rescreen them. They also said they'd make new frames and screens. This was back in November and they won't answer my calls. I paid them in full and they still haven't returned my frames or made new ones. They said they'd come back in November but they're not responding at all.

Screens Over Marco missed a lot of dates to do the work we contracted them for. They didn't give us our $900 deposit back even though they said they would. We hired Kevin B. in early June to put screens in our lanai. He said he'd start the job in a week and finish it in 2 days. But by July, he still hadn't started the job. He wouldn't answer our calls. When we finally talked to him, he said he'd start in a few days. He kept saying he'd start soon but never did. We asked for our deposit back, and he said he'd give it to us, but he didn't answer our calls again. By July, we still didn't have our deposit back. We went to his house to ask him in person, but he said he was "unavailable" and wouldn't come out.

Screens over Marco was supposed to replace my old screens, but I can't get a hold of them. It's been a while since I ordered on 11/9 and the job is still not done. I paid $500 upfront and owe another $500 when the job is complete. They don't have model numbers for custom-sized doors. Kevin B is the guy I've been dealing with, and he's impossible to reach. He sets up times to pick up my key but never shows. I've tried texting, emailing, and leaving phone messages, but he never responds. My realtor and I have been trying to contact him, but we're not getting anywhere. I'm not paying the balance until the job is done. The manager at the condo association said she would let him in, but he never showed up. It's frustrating because he had plenty of time to finish the job, but he never responds. My realtor told me she's giving up.
