Sapphire Resorts review: Everything

We were promised use at anytime at unlimited destinations and thousands of points we could use toward vacations. We were also promised a free week of vacation at a beautiful resort. We specifically asked about destinations in Ohio, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Montana and the Dakotas and were reassured that yes their are resorts available. (not true). I tried to book something in November of 2022 through RCI for Villa Rica GA and all of the places were booked. and needed years of notice to get a room.

Now let's talk about that free vacation promised to us as an enticement for signing the contract. after a year of jumping through the hoops and reading everything carefully, we finally got a call regarding the free vacation in Wisconsin Dells. The hotel they had booked us for the week had numerous complaints of bed bugs and roaches...then they said we could get an upgrade which would have cost over $800 more dollars and when i looked at the hotel they were offering as an alternative; it was less to book through Expedia. I refused the vacation and got a refund for the deposit. I feel they have numerous lies told during the seminar and use false advertising to entice people to become involved in this package.
