I did deposit payment of 6240$ to sanuki corporation Japan last year 21/12/2022 though PayPal for payment of Mitsubishi micro bus 33 seats manual transmission and they failed to deliver. I have contacted them on doing refund but they have been doing me round and round. Till now am tired. Before I did payment I contact jct for the confirmation. But now this company is not trustworthy.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if the expedite on my refund of 6240.

A 2014 Cadillac Escalade ESV was paid for in full (CIF) from Sanuki Cooperation in April '23 and 5 months later, after lots of false promises, they send a 2007, standard Escalade. This company is a fraud and future customers should steer clear. They have since refuse to reply to enquiries. Totally dishonest. I wonder how many people worldwide have this company ripped -off. Disgusted!
We have had the same issue with Sanuki Corporation, they took our deposit for 2 trucks in March 2023 but they didn't even have the trucks. They then tried to sell us other vehicles we don't want. We asked for the deposits to be refunded and they have refused to refund the deposit and tried to sell us more vehicles we don't want. We keep following up for our deposit money to be refunded, it is now June 2023 and they still don't refund the money. I think this is a scam or a fraud. Do not trust Sanuki Corporation whatever you do, they lie to you, take your money and then refuse to refund the deposit when they won't deliver a vehicle. We have had a horrible time with Sanuki Corporation.
This customer made the 2 payments of 1960$ 2700$ on 11/05/2023. We have already done the refund after he requested but he was demanding to get the expenses of his Japan visit. He came to Japan without prior notice about his visit. That was a Saturday and we asked him to wait till Monday to open the office. But he refused to stay till the following Monday. We have refunded 23/06/2023 his full payment except the bank charges as we agreed on our terms & condition. We are very sorry to inform you that we cannot cover his Japanese visit expenses which he used during his stay in Japan. Anyone who needs more clarification please don't hesitate to contact us.
The sanuki company solved the issue immediately after realizing the delay in refund and am happy to report back to you. all is well.
