TICKET # [protected]. My phone was bought and paid last September 2021. My phone was well and taken cared of. No physical damage, no water damage. 2 days ago, I saw a SMALL black mark inside the full screen underneath the plastic protective cover. I thought it was just a dirt that went inside but since then on, my full screen get funky. It typed by itself and navigate it by itself. It also froze after a couple of seconds while the screen is open.

They gave me an option to ship it or come to store.

I went to the store and wasted my time coz they told me, they will actually shipped it instead of me and I have to pay for shipping. they also told me that for sure the full screen needs to be open and changed so they can fix the damn wiring inside and I NEED TO PAY AT LEAST $600 for the damage. Out of warranty they said. THey also mention this is an issue ongoing internal issue and damage the phone after sometime.

I shipped out my phone today while I am with your CUSTOMER SERVICE that the only thing they say over and over in the phone is I have to pay even though the phone is not physically damaged.

You guys are not supposed expensive phone (like 3K CAD) if you know that after sometime it will broke by itself. Its like ripping off your customers after you sold them. You know it might not work some time and you know it will be an issue, how come you did not recall it. You cant fix your own technology? I am so upset to the extreme coz I paid so much for this phone. I swallowed your price when it came out coz I know | can take care of those [censored] well.

Desired outcome: I wish my phone returned fix and I dont need to pay for anything. Exhange it or refund. this is your internal technical issue.
