Dear Readers, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Ador. I had high hopes for quality items, but reality fell short. The products were a far cry from the descriptions - poor materials, inaccurate sizing, and unfit for purpose. Seeking a refund was a nightmare, with burdensome return costs and lack of responsibility. Customer service lacked empathy and solutions. My advice: steer clear of Ador for accurate products and better service. Let's prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction elsewhere.

The products are great and the people answering my questions were clear in the answers.

I sent an email inquiring about my package and they replied to me so quickly! Very professional and when my order arrived, the quality was superb. So satisfied specially I didn't pay so much.

I ordered a jacket for my husband, the picture we saw was absolutely stunning. The jacket was nice and puffy like a puffy jacket should be. Not what we received, the jacket we received has absolutely no puff and looks nothing like the picture on the website. Aweful, I had items in the basket to order for myself but not now. I’m afraid of what I will receive.

Their web site advertises linen shirts. I ordered two XL and received cheap, thin cotton blends that were barely size Medium. The quality is terrible as well. I've blown my nose in more durable fabric. Not worth the BS involved in returning them.

Learn from my mistake: when you see this many negative reviews, pay attention and don't be fooled by the positive ones.

I just gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with Ador. I ordered this shirt in a 2x and what I got was the size of a dang medium! It's like, come on guys, are you even paying attention to what you're sending out? So then I try to return it and get the right size, but it's a real pain in the butt and cost me an arm and a leg. Seriously, if I knew it was gonna be this much of a hassle I would've just gone to the store down the street. I don't think I'll be ordering from Ador again anytime soon, and you better believe I'll be telling all my Facebook friends to steer clear too.

This website Ador (ador.com) is pretty low quality. Not worth your money, trust me. If you do buy something, I suggest you inspect it real good because they won't take it back once you've got it in your hands. That's if you don't want to pay for the return shipping cost, anyways.

Now, when I say low quality, I mean it. The stuff they sell is so cheap, like it feels like it's gonna fall apart any second. And don't even get me started on the materials they use. It's like they found the cheapest fabrics and then made clothes out of them. And I don't think I need to go into the shoes they sell. Those are just...shoddy.

But! (and this is a really big but) if you do happen to keep the clothes and shoes you bought from Ador, they'll give you a credit to their website. Yeah...not really a great deal since you're still stuck with their low quality stuff, but I guess it's better than nothing?

Overall, I really wouldn't recommend shopping on Ador. Their items are just not worth the money, and returns are too expensive. So yeah, buyer beware!

I just got some bomb-[censored] threads from Ador. I ordered my old lady's dress a couple weeks ago and it finally rolled up today (just like they promised) and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! My mother-in-law was over the moon about it and, honestly, so was I. I think I might have to grab a few outfits for myself now. This shop is definitely getting a good word of mouth from me. No complaints whatsoever.

I made a purchase on the 10th of May from Ador, and it's been over a month and still no sign of my items arriving in Indianapolis, Indiana. They took the funds right away, yet no package. This has really got me bothered as there are no phone numbers or direct ways of contacting customer service. Every time I attempt to connect with them, I'm requested to produce a ticket. Now, let me tell you, their ticketing system is quite frustrating. Whenever I try to reply I get kicked out, and it claims there is no order found to raise a ticket. Please tell me, how can I create a ticket when your system doesn't recognize my order? I am extremely disappointed with the level of help I'm receiving. It's getting me stressed. Ador.com's customer service is probably the worst I've ever encountered. I attempted to exchange a perfectly good product, but was denied this option as they claimed it could not be refunded or returned. I was surprised as they offer customers the option to return or refund items, and even have representatives who contact the next day to assist you. However, when I raised my concern with them, all I got was a chat showing me what I can and cannot return, and it turned out that more than half the store had a note that they can not be returned.

The whole experience was downright ridiculous and frustrating. Not only do I have two items of the same thing, but I have to pay for both, and it's just $80 out of pocket that I didn't plan on spending. This kind of terrible customer service is unacceptable.

So, let me tell you about my experience with Ador.com! I was on the hunt for a dress for my upcoming summer wedding. I searched high and low and found some really lovely dresses online. The only problem was that I couldn't seem to find anything within my budget. That is, until I stumbled upon Ador.com. Honestly, I had never even heard of this website before, but I decided to take a chance and browse their offerings.

What I found was a truly extensive selection of dresses, in all sorts of different styles and cuts. I was immediately drawn to quite a few dresses, and was pleasantly surprised to see that their prices were very reasonable. However, I still wanted to be sure that I could really afford one of these dresses for my special day, so I decided to take some time to really think it over.

Eventually, I decided to take the plunge and order a dress from Ador.com. I made sure to measure myself very carefully, and gave them my personal measurements so that they could create a dress that would fit me like a glove. I will say that it did take some time for the dress to be made and shipped to me - we're talking about a month here. But honestly, I had anticipated this from the start, so I wasn't too bothered by the wait.

Finally, in May, the dress arrived. And let me tell you, it was perfect right out of the box! I didn't even have to make any adjustments to it, aside from keeping an eye on my weight - haha! I am so glad that I took a chance on Ador.com. If you're in the market for a dress and want to find quality at a great price point, I would highly recommend checking them out.

Oh man, I gotta say, Ador was a major let down for me. I was so hyped to order this thing for my Halloween costume, but it ended up being a total nightmare. First off, the website said it would only take four to seven business days to get to me, but it actually took a whopping eleven business days! Like, what even? That's almost twice as long!
And don't even get me started on customer service. At first, I was just getting automatic responses, which were no help to me at all. And then, when I finally did get a real reply, they tried to tell me that I'd "misunderstood" their order procedure. Excuse me, what? How is it my fault that they don't know how to give accurate delivery times? And speaking of delivery, why would they even give a timeframe that starts from when the item is shipped, not from when it's ordered? That's just confusing and misleading.
But the real kicker was when the item finally did arrive. It was obvious that it had been rushed, because there were parts that weren't even finished! Like, the straps of the dress weren't even attached to the dress! That's just downright sloppy and unacceptable. And on top of all that, the quality was just abysmal. There's no way I would even wear this thing, let alone wear it out in public.
Overall, I'm super disappointed in Ador. The product was a hot mess, the delivery was a nightmare, and the customer service was just plain unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Ador (ador.com) is a company that sells clothes online. From my experience, I can say that their clothes are not up to the mark. They are NOT as advertised and NOT as described. The lead times are also NOT as advertised. I received my order after 45 days from the date they quoted for delivery. This was already a major disappointment for me.

However, things got worse when I inspected all the items. I quickly identified that they were not as described. The quality of everything was terrible! There were incomplete stitching, threads hanging out everywhere, low quality fabrics, mismatched colors, and stains. I was totally disgusted and wanted to return everything.

But, the return policies of Ador are a JOKE! Their customer service department required me to measure each piece of clothing, photograph it, and explain their incompetence and incorrectness for each piece of clothing. I even had to show them how they incorrectly advertised each item. This was such a tedious and unnecessary process.

To top it off, Ador makes the buyer pay for shipping from the USA to China prior to providing a refund! This is just ridiculous! They do this so they can avoid giving you a refund because shipping from the USA to China takes like 2 months. On top of that, they require you to photograph receipts of shipping and then FAILED to provide a refund.

If this was not enough, their customer service was also not helpful. They were rude and unresponsive. I feel like this company should be shut down!

In conclusion, I had a terrible experience with Ador. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are planning to buy clothes from them, I suggest you look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. I hope someone takes action against them and they improve their services.

I recently placed an order on Ador.com for some summer clothing. I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately when the box arrived, it was packed so tightly that my summer hat was crushed. The clothes did not fit me properly either, except for two pairs of pants that I decided to keep.

I immediately started the return process, but I ran into some issues. Every time I filled out the required information on their website, I never received a return ticket from their Customer Service. I noticed that there wasn't any customer service phone number listed on their website either. I decided to send an email asking for help, but I never received a response. I tried several times to get a return address, but I was unsuccessful. I even went to UPS to try to return the items, but they encountered the same problems as me.

Ador.com does not list any contact information or address for their company on their website, except for mentioning that they are based in China. However, they don't provide any specific address for returns. I was well within my 14 day return policy, but because I didn't receive a return ticket or any contact information, I wasn't able to return my items on time. In fact, I still have one more day to return them, but I have no information on how to do so.

I spoke with UPS representatives, and they informed me that returning the items to China would cost me over $200 for their box with return. I have never encountered such a scam of a company in my life. I ordered from them in good faith, but now I am out over $350 with only two pairs of pants to show for it. Ador.com took my money and kept it, with zero options for me to return my items. It is extremely frustrating that nothing is available on their website except for the return ticket, which they never sent me after filling out the required information. They also never responded to my emails or requests for help, stretching out the process on their end so I would go over the 14-day return policy.

I would not recommend ordering from Ador.com. From my experience, their lack of customer service and difficult return policy make them a risky option for online shopping.

I recently had an experience with Ador that has left me feeling frustrated. After browsing their website, I came across a shirt for my husband that was a perfect fit for our upcoming baby shower. However, upon receiving it, we quickly discovered that the sizing was different than what we were accustomed to in America. I ordered a bird stone necklace on November 2nd.. I never got a confirmation number and I still never received the necklace.. My name is Tammy Shafer 174 Samuels Avenue HAZLETON Pa 18201. I have sent them numerous emails about my order and no one has responded back. I ordered this necklace for a friend for her daughter as a favor and I have received no information about this necklace. I screenshot all information for the friend, and sent it to her. When I screenshot information for her I cut off the ending order number, so now I can't track package, with no confirmation number. The order number that I got, is, [protected]. The grand total of the order is 47.80. Can someone please help me get this straight or I would like my money back. It said 7 to 10 days and still didn't receive the necklace.. Email address is [protected]@yahoo.com phone [protected]

First, I got a product that does not match the description, and therefore i would like to return the product and be refunded for it.

Second, it is not possible to submit a Return or Refund through Ador's webpage because it does not work. I tested this dozens of times in different times of the day, and it never finishes processing the information submitted (image 5).

Third, not only I was unable to give a review rating of Dissatisfaction, but i was only able to classify it as Excellent, which is suggestive of the bad Ethics of the company.

The product received (images 1 and 3) does not match the product in the website (images 2 and 4) because:

1. the colors of the product received and the product on the website are different.

2. the neckline has a different v-shape and smaller opening than the original.

3. the buttons are white instead of brown.

4. the interior is white instead of light or dark brown as the external colors of the t-shirt.

5. the stiches are black or white instead of matching the colors of the t-shirt.

Ador, this online store is a no-no! You better take your money somewhere else, like AliExpress, it's way better. Seriously, the quality of items is cheap and honestly, it's just not worth it. Oh, and don't even get me started on refunds. You'll be lucky if you even get one. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with Ador.

I ordered from Ador a few weeks ago and I gotta say, the experience was not great. First off, the website is a bit confusing to navigate, it took me longer than expected to find what I was looking for. Also, the prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, but I went ahead and placed an order anyway.

After placing my order, I received a confirmation email, but it was very generic and didn't include any information about shipping. The tracking information was not very helpful, it just showed that my package was in transit and gave me an estimated delivery date. I waited patiently and on the day of the estimated delivery, I saw that my package was out for delivery. I was excited to finally receive my order, but to my dismay, the delivery driver never showed up. I checked the tracking information and it just said that there was a delay in delivery.

I reached out to customer service again and they were not very helpful. They just told me that the package was still on its way and that there was nothing they could do. I was starting to lose hope, but a few days later, my package finally arrived. It was a huge relief, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I would say that Ador is not the best online retailer. The website is confusing, the prices are high and the shipping experience was not great. If you decide to order from them, just be prepared to wait and don't expect great customer service.

Update on my experience with Ador: I recently gave them a try and I must say, it wasn't the best experience. Some of the items I purchased didn't fit right - I don't know where they got their sizing from! And it took a whopping 17 days for my items to arrive. Not impressed.

But the real kicker was when I tried to return a couple of items. They made it such a hassle and even worse, they required me to pay for return postage all the way to China! Who does that?

Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend Ador. Their products might look nice, but their customer service was lacking and the return policy was just plain unfair. So, if you're considering shopping with Ador, just keep in mind that you might experience some hiccups along the way.

Ador is cool, but I gotta say, their sizing chart is a bit confusing for us big girls. I'm a size 14 in the UK or 40 in Europe and I'm struggling to figure out what size of trousers to order from here. I mean, I got a tape measure here and tried to measure myself but it just doesn't match up with their chart. Maybe it's just me being a dum-dum, but I wish they had simpler instructions for us gals who aren't exactly experts at this fashion stuff.

Aside from that, though, Ador is pretty dope. They've got a solid selection of some cute clothes that I wouldn't mind adding to my wardrobe. Shipping seems to be pretty reasonable too, so I might just have to take the plunge and place an order. All in all, if you've got the patience to figure out their sizing, Ador is definitely worth checking out.

On May 4, 2022 I purchased this dress from www.ador.com. On May 19, I received the dress. Upon receiving the package, I opened it up and tried on the dress to find that it was not as their website advertised. The strap was on the opposite shoulder, the slit was on the opposite side of the leg, the color was not as described o their website as well as the flowers were not proportioned as described. There were black spots around the shoulder area that are not part of the dress design. Upon receipt of the returned dress, I requested a full refund of $39.56 back to the credit card the purchase was made from. As suggested on their website to return products, it was suggested to fill out their return request form. After having done so, I received several denied access walls to prevent me from sending a return/refund request.
