was very professional. He was patient and understanding with us. He was extremely helpful filling out computer signing of documents. He is an asset to the company.

I was impressed with the time *** took to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I felt that time was taken to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.

I looked at several different ways to do this, selling, reverse mortgage, 2nd mortgage, and this seemed like the best of the bunch. The entire process was simple and easy, a very pleasant experience.

Truehold is terrific. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with their staff and believe they are a business that actually cares about the services they provide as well as (you) the customer. I trust them.

Very easy to work with. Truehold allowed me to access my equity in my home when all other options failed. Truehold hold made it easy to sell and stay in my home. They offered a very acceptable price for my home. They didn't try to take advantage of my situation.

I have had a great experience working with the TrueHold team. I wasn't sure if this would be the best option for me, but after looking into several options and talking with the folks at TrueHold I realized this was the best thing for me and I'm glad I went with them!

I received mail from this company. When I tried to call the 866 number, it wasn't in use. Tried again the next day, mesg said the number was not assigned. I would be afraid to do business with a company who doesn't have a phone nor an address on their mail. Sounds like another scam to me...

Do not trust this company! They told me they were buying my home as is and even signed a formal contract and waisted hrs of my time filling out paperwork and meeting with a inspector. They waited till a little over a week till close and completely canceled on me and cost me a lot of money. They are liars and scam artist!

Great Concept, smooth quick process, very transparent with show me the money values. I mean Intro email sent, then Offer almost seemed like hrs. Then Doc signing, Then Inspection. All in less than 5 days, so no drag out. 5 days to know if you'll be moving forward; is a *** imagination. Truehold defiantly don't waste no ones time.

So far, the experience has been great. I am still in the inspection/closing process. However my experience with the initial contact and real estate specialist have been exceptional. They have gone out of their way to answer any questions I have and guide me through the process. Would highly recommend them. More to follow after the inspection and closing process.

Truehold was amazing and professional every step of the way, I can't even begin to explain how awesome this process was, so smooth and 100% what they say they are as a company, this is such a huge help, I have such a story to tell but I don't have the time and words to write it out here but I want to say a big Thank You and we look forward to staying in our home for years!

If I could give them a zero I would. They gave me an offer, we signed formal contracts, had to take a vacation day to have an inspector come. There were very minor, easily fixed issues found yet they cancelled the contract. Didnt even offer a change of price! Completely waisted all my time and money dealing with them I could have had the home sold in that time! Not worth your time, money or hassles to deal with this company! They are liars and a fraud!

For the right situation, this company can be a solid solution. I have completed the transaction and am now the renter, who has cash in hand to be a more attractive buyer going forward. I do not have to go through listing my house, showing it and getting my dogs out for potential buyers. Now I have time to concentrate on finding my best house, and move as I feel free to do. This is a very comfortable way to make a big move and not have so much on you. We all take risks and this is one I feel good about so far.

The experience flawless! From the initial call to the closing! Being transparent was the key for me and the relationship I established with *** was an added bonus! There are still companies that exist beyond just making a profit or having high hidden or unexpected costs. It wasnt the old bait and switch a lot of these companies do where they have a sticker price then tack on fees at the end. It was a market value offer less the 5% and that was it. No haggling, no if/then clauses just a straight transaction with typical considerations that any seller on the market would go through with a buyer just without having to do 100 showings and keep the house looking exactly as the pictures. This way allows my wife and I the flexibility to do what we want with our future as we decide to build our dream home and not feel rushed or pressure to sell. It was very calming to be able to sell a house the same way I would as on the market without all the extra overhead!

Truehold has the correct people on the frontlines that are in communication with clients.Those folks go out of their way to be kind and understanding. The positivity ends there however. The process began with a valuation of our house. Granted our house is older, however they lopped 60k off the price based on the inspection. One of the issues cited was our four year old deck that was built by a licensed contractor and approved by a county inspector. We planned on doing the leaseback program so I asked if the rent could be made lower since the house value was lower. They said no because the work would go back into the house. So then we counter-offered. We needed *** more for the deal to work for us so that we could pay off our debts. They seemed agreeable to that, but the next thing we know they wanted is to sign an agreement to pay a years rent in advance. We were going to have to come to closing PAYING them 7k to buy our house. By the way, my husband is a veteran. I felt like he deserved better. In short, the communicators were exceptional, which is why I gave two stars. Maybe this deal works out for someone with a better house but it didnt work for us. We had hoped it would be a good deal for us.
