From beginning to end, these guys were top knotch! ***, who handled our order was fantastic. He explained everything in detail, extremely helpful, professional, and super nice. *** and *** were also fantastic! They did such a great job installing our tub. Their work ethic is beyond compare and the quality of their work was amazing! HIGHLY recommend this company and their team!

The installer Galkos Construction, Inc. were great, did their work quickly and cleaned up each night! The salesman did not clarify one of the particulars but it was worked out with the company! We love our roll in shower and with modification by the company is working well for us! I learned a lot from the transaction and the kindness of the staff regarding any complaints we had and they were fixed.

Worth every Penney. The people were informative, kind and efficient. From my initial encounters with Jen, Jennifer and Mark to my interactions with the production team of Antonio, Johnny and Joaquin I experienced nothing but true perfection. I especially appreciated the hard work of the production team - it was amazing all that they did. I really liked how they reiterated if there’s anything I’m not happy with call and they’ll fix it!

My experiences with SAFE-STEP WALK-IN TUBS have been outstanding in every respect; from the introduction of the product (walk-in tub) to final installation! This company shines in every respect. I am a retired Marine Corps officer and we as Marines strive for and encourage our subordinates to strive for excellence! This company demonstrates excellence in all facets of their operat ion. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a walk-in tub.

Quick and efficient installation. The crew was friendly and communicated very well. They left the bathroom area in better condition than before, including adding a strip of coordinating floor strip to cover the difference in size from my old bathtub floor. I am very happy with my installation and am already recommending Safe Step to my friends. In addition to the standard tub, I am enjoying the extra jets, the colors, the Bluetooth with my music, etc. A true bathing experience!

Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. The salesman, Dave, had a great and friendly presentation. It was a wonderful experience purchasing our tub. The installers, Pete and Jimmy, were 2 of the most professional and courteous people I have ever encountered. They were on time each day and when they were finished cleaned up to the point that I couldn't even tell there was construction going on. When calling into the office my questions were answered promptly and courteously.

The entire experience from beginning to end this incredibly professional. They accidentally didnt take into consideration that I need to rewire my home in order for the Jets to work in my bathroom. So at no extra charge they cut holes in my ceiling of what you would never know and spent an entire day wiring my home to prepare for the next day installation. I couldnt have been more pleased with the crew. Theres a father from Russia and his son and I believe son-in-lawI absolutely love my walk in tub its even more than I had dreamed of Hoped for!

From my perspective the Safe Step Company represents a model of professionalism. Everyone with whom I communicated and/or met was thoroughly professional, diligent, patient, and gracious. When the contractors finished the renovation and installation each day there was no dirt or debris left. Their work was meticulous. Throughout the process from the sales presentation to the final inspection I was so impressed I contacted the owner three times to convey my congratulation about the wonderful staff: accolades to Safe Step. As a side point, my wife LOVES THE TUB!

I wish I had not installed this. I did not have enough money but I did it envisioning my own "jacuzzi" experience. It was not installed properly but then it was corrected and redone. It looks beautiful even though a bit crowded. Unfortunately the hot water runs out by the time it gets to my knees. I have a one year old 40 gallon water heater which I was told was plenty enough especially since I am elderly and live alone. It is NOT! I still try to enjoy it but I rather take a nice hot shower in my other bathroom. I am not sure what I can do at the juncture as it was installed in Oct 2020. I am not sure if an expensive tankless water heater. Not sure if I can afford to put one of those especially since my water heater is a little over a year old. This is just a warning to others to do their home work and not get talked into by the most charming, kind looking sales man you will meet.

From the moment I called for information when I saw the ad for my Safe Step Walk in Tub, I was met with, I believe Julie, who was quite informative and very cordial. For some reason, I immediately felt a sense of trust. When I jet with Armand, who came to assess my space and look at all of the multiple things that have to be considered in installing a walk in tub, he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and, the clincher, no down payment. Nothing would be paid by me until all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. Everything he showed me was understood by me and true. Jesse, his son and another helper worked feverishly on the tearing out and installing what I don't believe was an easy task for such a small space as mine. I live in a senior mobile home park and I'm 81. At first there were a couple of quirks with the jets and Jesse came out after hours to adjust the system. It is working to my greatest delight. Oh, and the price, I thought, and I mean this, that it would be close to double what the price was quoted to me. I feel safer getting in and out and I don't know what I love more, the jaccuzzi tub or the free rain shower. Thank you Safe Step for keeping all of your promises.

In Dec of 2018 it was a new car or a Safe Step tub for my 84 year old Mom when she got very ill. We opted for the tub, (I call it her Cadillac, she drives it and I wash it after her ride) Mike Wallace the Safety Specialist, was very good at explaining the health features, the warranty, and discounts that we could use that came with the purchase. The installers were very knowledgeable, we had a bit of a drain issue, but they were able to figure it out and still able to complete it in one day. Since then my Mom has been using her tub about 2 to 3 times a week, and her health has improved so much. In Aug of 2020 I called for a service check up, Ray Paz was our service tech. With the Covid 19, Ray showed up with a mask, and was very considerate of social distancing. He took the time to explain to me and my Mom the procedures that I did not know on the proper way to keep the lines in the tub clean, and said if there was any more questions or problems not to hesitate to call. If Safe Step can keep these good employees, and hire, then train new ones that are as knowledgeable, and courteous as Mike, the Installation Team, and mostly Ray the service tech, I can only see consumer confidence for this company. We bought a safe step walk-in tub in September . We put it in and now it's leaking from the door. We called for help two times, sent an email once, and called *** on January 25. They said we have a service ticket, but they want to charge us $395 because we installed the tub ourselves. They never told us about this charge when we bought the $12,000 tub. We have a certificate that says we have a lifetime warranty, so I don't think we should have to pay for service. It's been almost two weeks without being able to use the tub, and we haven't heard anything from them until today when I called the president's office and talked to ***.

We got a Safe Step Walk In Tub in January . We also got the warranty, just in case something went wrong. About 3 weeks ago, the plumbing in the tub started leaking really bad. It flooded our basement and my Father-in-law, who has cancer and has trouble walking, hasn't been able to use it since. Now we have to help him up the stairs for a shower, which is a total nightmare! We've been calling and calling for a repair person to come out because it's covered by the warranty. We're worried they'll cancel the warranty if we hire our own repair person. We spent a lot of money on this tub and the warranty, and we expected them to keep their end of the deal. But so far, no one has returned my calls or come to take a look at it! I have to leave a message every time I call. We're not asking for much, just to have the tub fixed. Please help!

We bought a tub on 2/19 from *** Casino and we already paid it all. They said it would take 3-4 days to install, but it was done in one day. We've had lots of problems with the tub and it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but we're having trouble getting Safe Step to come and fix the messed up job their workers did. We called ***, ***, and *** for service. The doorway got messed up when they installed the tub, and they still haven't fixed it. Now we have a leak, and when the Safe Step rep (***) came, he said the workers did a bad job installing it. On 9/15, we changed doctor *** because someone was supposed to come, but no one showed up. I feel like they're taking advantage of us as seniors. We paid them over $17,000.00 for this tub and never really got to enjoy it. At this point, they need to take out the tub, fix the pipes, and reinstall it correctly, or give us a refund.
