Great Company
Over the years I purchased around 8 ruggable rugs. I like to change out my foyer, dining and kitchen rugs throughout the year. I just had to buy one base system and then the top rug. I've washed multiple times, and they come out perfect. I had one issue with shipping and they shipped me a new rug right away. My kitchen ruggable runner was even featured in an ad in a home magazine.
Recommendation: Yes, buy from ruggable. Great company
Incomplete order
I ordered a Jonathan Adler 2x3" rug. The rug which is only a piece of fabric
came but there was no padding that would complete the rug-system. When I emailed I was told the padding does not come with the rug and that I would have to order it separately. I paid $99 for a piece of fabric that cannot be used anywhere for anything. Customer Service phone is not operating any longer and email and chat produce no results. Very disappointed.
Recommendation: Don't get fooled, this is a very expensive mistake
Not Impressed with Ruggable.com: Misleading Colors and Complicated Returns
So, I ordered a ruggable from ruggable.com and I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed. They got my attention with their slick website, but when the rug arrived, let's just say it didn't quite live up to the pictures. I purchased the beige and green one and when it arrived, the colors were way less vibrant in person and actually looked more like shades of grey on grey. To top it off, they had this weird white trim that wasn't shown in the online pictures. Like what gives?
Now, because of the colour issues, I decided to return the rug. And let me tell you, returning it was a pain in the you-know-what. They don't offer free returns from Canada like other companies, which made it even less worthwhile. Plus, when I got my refund, I only got back about a quarter of what I had paid. Not exactly a great return on investment, if you ask me.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend buying from ruggable.com. The colours aren't what they seem and the return process is way too complicated. It's just not worth the time or money.
Disappointing Purchase: Ruggable's Falsely Advertised Black Rug and Poor Customer Service
I bought this rug thinking I'll finally found the perfect black rug. But guess what? This three weeks of anticipation for my rug to be delivered to me ended up with a rug that ain't even black! I mean come on, this is clearly not what they advertised! I guess I was expecting too much from Ruggable, I believed they're better than this but I was let down.
I decided to reach out to them and their customer service was so rude and useless. They basically told me that they can only give me a fraction of my money back. Wow, really? A fraction? Even though it was their fault for marketing it falsely? I ended up keeping the rug because I couldn't be bothered with their stress, but honestly it wasn't even worth it. I put the rug outside, hoping that it'll last long but alas, after a few months, it faded.
Honestly, I'm disappointed with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, there are way better rug options out there. Don't bother spending money on a product that's not worth it.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service with Ruggable - Not Worth the Money
The rug ain't all that great: it's got some serious quality issues. And even if you do want to return it, the customer service is just as bad. You're gonna have to pony up 25 bucks just to send it back! And honestly, we didn't even bother unrolling the darn thing - it was that bad. It looked like someone took it out of the garbage and tried to pass it off as a legit rug.
So we thought, okay, let's try exchanging it. But nope, no way! We paid 122 bucks for this runner, and the cheapest runner they had when we went back was like 209 smackers. And the best part? They wouldn't even let us exchange the same rug for a different color unless we paid extra cash! Like, what is that about? Somehow the cost of the same rug doubled in less than a week.
Overall, we were super disappointed with our Ruggable experience. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants a decent rug and good customer service. Unless you've got money to burn - then go ahead and throw it at them, we guess.
Ruggable Review: Disappointing Experience with Multiple Flaws and Poor Customer Service
So, I got a Ruggable rug lately and well, let's just say it was a bit of a bummer. It had multiple problems, like some flaws and such. I sent some pictures to the folks at Ruggable.com and they agreed to exchange it for another rug- but there was a fee of 25 bucks for this processing thingy. I was like, "Okay, let's just get this sorted out."
The second rug arrives and guess what? It's not any better, folks. This one had all sorts of issues with the binding, lots of gaps and tangles in the threads. I took some photos again and sent 'em to the Ruggable team, right? They agreed that it was a flawed rug, but here's the kicker: they wouldn't exchange this one anymore. What the heck? They offered me a measly 25% refund out of the purchase price. Not exactly what I was hoping for when spending big bucks on a rug, you know?
It's pretty frustrating to think that Ruggable isn't all that concerned with the quality of their rugs before they ship 'em out. I mean, seriously, I shouldn't have to deal with these kinds of problems after coughing up a chunk of change. So, take my advice, folks. Be careful if you're thinking about buying from Ruggable.com. Maybe try another rug company that has a better warranty and actually inspects their products.
Disappointing Ruggable Delphina Rug: Faded, Cheap, and Unimpressive with Terrible Customer Service - Not Worth the Money or Hassle!
Ruggable, oh boy where do I even start with this one. So I ordered the Delphina rug from them and let me tell you, it was expensive! Almost $400 for a rug, can you believe it? I was so excited to receive it, but when it came I was so disappointed. You know when you buy something and it just looks different than what you expected? That's what happened here. The artwork on the rug looked like it was just printed on with a cheap laser jet printer and it was so faded and unimpressive.
Not only did it look cheap, but it was also thin, the mat underneath made all sorts of terrible noises and the rug didn't even lay flat! I mean come on, it's a rug, that's the one thing it's supposed to do- lay flat! I was so unhappy with the rug that I decided to return it for a refund.
Here's where things got really frustrating. Ruggable refused to refund me the full amount and only gave me a measly $73 back! Can you believe that? I spent almost $400 and only got back a fraction of what I paid. It's just not fair and I feel like I've been ripped off.
To make matters worse, I looked up other reviews of Ruggable and it seems like they're just drowning out all the honest reviews with fake ones all over the internet. It's just not right and I hope people start to catch on to how sketchy this company really is.
Overall, I will never buy anything from Ruggable again and I suggest you stay far away too. Trust me, it's not worth the money or the hassle.
Ruggable Review: Beware of Terrible Return & Exchange Policies (especially for Canadians)
Yo, I just gotta share my thoughts on Ruggable - that rug website everyone's talking about. I mean, I was all hyped up to buy my first rug from them and eagerly awaited its arrival. But when I finally got it, I was hella disappointed. The color and pattern were totally off from what I was expecting and definitely not a good fit for my hallway decor.
Here's where it gets real messy. Their return and exchange policies are absolute trash. I didn't even realize how bad it was until it was too late to do anything. And let me tell you, it's especially bad for us Canadian customers. For starters, they don't even allow exchanges up here! Like, what kind of BS is that? And to add insult to injury, there's no return postage either. So, if I wanted to send it back to their Illinois warehouse from Toronto, it would cost me a whopping $65.08CAD out of my own pocket!
But wait, it gets even worse. They hit you with a $25 processing fee for each returned item. Yup, you heard that right. That means even if I do decide to go through the hassle of mailing it back, I still wouldn't even get a full refund. So, out of my total purchase price of $310.24CAD (with taxes and a 15% discount), I'd only get back $211.68CAD - that's only 68%!
Honestly, it's straight up shocking to see such a terrible return policy from what seems like a big-shot company. I don't think I'll be buying anything from Ruggable again anytime soon.
Not Worth the Time or Money: Honest Review of Ruggable Rugs
Putting together the Ruggable is a big time commitment! You gotta make sure the top and bottom are lined up just right, and you gotta get the grippers to grip. It took me quite a while to do it all on my own. And the idea of taking it apart to wash sounds like no fun at all. Plus, even after all that work, it still doesn't lay totally flat on top of the pad.
Another thing I noticed is that the top part of the rug (the cover) is pretty thin. It doesn't feel all that great under my feet, especially compared to some other rugs I've had. I also wasn't super thrilled with the design - it looked much brighter and more exciting on the website's photos than it did in real life.
I did reach out to the company and they were pretty responsive. They asked for a lot of info about my order and got back to me pretty quickly. Unfortunately, though, it's been over two days now and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not even sure they're working on my issue. It would be nice if they could at least let me know.
Lastly, I gotta say that these rugs are pretty pricey. I'm not sure they're worth the cost, to be honest. There are plenty of other options out there that might be a better value.
Mixed Feelings on Ruggable: My Experience with Their Jonathan Adler Design
So, I was pretty divided about Ruggable after reading some online reviews. However, I came across one of their Jonathan Adler designs, the black and ivory ink drop, and could't resist buying it. I scoured multiple websites to find it and eventually took a chance with Ruggable. I also decided to add a small door rug to my shopping cart. In the end, I was let down by both rugs. To be honest, they looked somewhat cheap. It appeared that the pattern had been printed on a plain canvas in some workshop. The colors weren't as good as the pictures I saw online, and to make matters worse the ivory sections looked blueish.
I remember thinking to myself that these rugs might work best for college kids or in apartments where anyone could overlook the sub-par quality. If you're looking for a more polished look, I'd recommend saving yourself the $25 return fee for each item if you feel unhappy with it. Do not, I repeat, do not be lured in by the trendy designs.
Also, the pads that come with the rugs sound like a loud, crunchy mess. I don't know about you, but I prefer a more subtle rug material that won't distract me with every footstep.
Ruggable Review: Terrible Experience with Defective Product and Frustrating Return Process
I just had a terrible experience with Ruggable and I'm so disappointed. I was really excited to buy a new rug from them, so I spent a pretty penny and bought one for $429. Sadly, my excitement was short-lived. I received the rug in just 4 days, which was weird because I never received any confirmation of shipment or tracking information. When I found the rug on my doorstep, I saw that the box was ripped in multiple places and had been opened. I knew right away that it was a bad sign.
When I opened the box, I found that the rug was clearly someone else's return. There were obvious defects in the rug that I could see without even taking it out of the box. I was so frustrated that I had been scammed by Ruggable, and that I had spent so much money on a product that was clearly not what it claimed to be.
To make matters worse, returning this huge rug was a total pain. The box was so damaged that I couldn't use it for shipping, so I had to go through the hassle of finding a new box and packing everything up all over again. And to top it off, Ruggable charges a lot of money for returns, which is just ridiculous.
I really hope that you read this review and think twice before buying from Ruggable. They clearly don't care about their customers and are just interested in collecting our money. Save yourself the headache and go buy a rug from a cheap outlet instead.
Not Impressed: My Disappointing Experience with Ruggable Rug and Customer Service
So, I recently got my hands on a Ruggable. I was really excited to try it out because of all the hype and great reviews I had seen online. Unfortunately, my experience with the rug was not as pleasant as I had hoped.
When the rug arrived, I noticed that the edges were damaged. I was really disappointed because I had been so excited to unroll and put it in my living room. Despite my disappointment, I decided to give it a chance and followed the instructions to wash it. I have no pets, so it was simply a matter of regular foot traffic that made it necessary to give it a wash. But guess what? The rug did not come out clean as advertised. I was really disappointed.
The next day, I contacted the company for a refund. Unfortunately, they informed me that I would need to pay for the shipping costs if I wanted to return it. I felt that it was unfair for me to bear the cost of someone else's mistake. I bought an 8x10 rug! It would have been way too expensive to send back. However, finally, they offered me a replacement rug. I was hesitant to accept it because I didn't want to go through the same ordeal again.
Then they offered me a 50% refund. But dear me, I declined that offer as well because I did not wish to keep something I was unhappy with. I asked them to pass me the manager's number, I wanted to connect with someone above their manager. Then they finally offered me a full refund (hallelujah!). I was very relieved because dealing with them was such a headache.
Another frustrating experience I had was laying the damn rug. It was such a hassle. Despite my best effort, it refused to lay flat on the floor. I spent hours trying to flatten it out and get it to look presentable. Honestly, I question the validity of the 5 star ratings. I mean, how can so many people love this product that much, when there are plenty of complaints online about it? I'm not saying that the good reviews are fake but I just don't believe that this rug deserves the credit it receives.
In conclusion, I had a really terrible experience with Ruggable. The rug did not come clean and it was damaged upon arrival. Moreover, it was quite frustrating to lay it on the floor, and their customer service was not helpful at all until I finally managed to speak to someone above their manager.
Received my rug and realized the color is not what I wanted, therefore I wish to exchange it for another rug, same size, but different color
Received my rug and realized the color is not what I wanted, therefore I wish to exchange it for another rug, same size, but different color. I tried to login to their Exchange portal, completed the questions ( Order Number and my Zip code) error message popped up. Called Customer Care Number and finally got a person to talk to. He said there is an issue with their website! How convenient! they are able to take orders, but cannot exchange them as they say they do. I am waiting to see if they get back to me as the customer service person said. I am getting the feeling this is a scam and they are not reputable. I'll keep you posted!
This is a company that does not stand behind their products. My pad has degraded and to the point, it was a disaster. Fine black particles have flakes off, causing a major slipping hazard! I recently had back surgery and nearly fell as I walked near the area where rug pad had been, after the rug was removed for washing. I have contacted them 3 times to no avail. I think they should replace this pad. There is a reason they only allow reviews within 50 days. Don't buy this product.
Had I realized how bad their customer service is, I wouldn't have placed an order. COVID is NOT a legitimate excuse to not have a working phone number. No one spending hundreds of dollars should have to wait for an email response when they need to have a conversation.
We bought 4 ruggables. We washed the shag according to directions and the dryer left burn spots despite drying on low. I reached out to customer service and they could only offer 10% off a replacement because I was 20 days past warranty. This is after buying 4 rugs ! They routinely give 20% discounts. I have yet to wash the other 3 rugs but something tells me they will also be destroyed in the process.
I ordered four rugs from Ruggable. E-mailed customer service asking if there is an upright vacuum that works best on them. I never received a response. I tried calling them today and finding their number is non existent on their website. I e-mailed once again, this time getting a response that they are not accepting phone calls due to Covid and I can send an e-mail with my question. I told them to take me off their mailing list if they cannot respond. I spent $1,500 on these rugs and expect a reply. The person who replied also said we will take you off our mailing list. That is not an acceptable reply to customer.
I purchased an area rug from ruggable, and received the wrong order
I purchased an area rug from ruggable, and received the wrong order. After placing the item back in the box I emailed customer service, they made me take the bulky package out of the box again to submit photos of the incorrect item I received. They then told me a new order was placed and they "put a rush on it". Once I received the second rug, I opened the package, to be yet again disappointed because it was the wrong product again. I emailed customer service yet again, it has now been more then 24 hours and I still have not received an email or a phone call back. I would not recommend this company, their service is extremely poor.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Omg. These one star reviews are ridiculous! Sorry your shipping was delayed people, we were in the middle of a pandemic! This rug is not a tripping hazard, there are pockets on the corner of the rugs that the pad fit into plus Velcro. I actually think my rug looks better than the picture. Yes it's thinner than a traditional rug. It's so it fits in a washing machine! Anyway I got mine within 2 weeks and I love it and just ordered 2 more:)
Bought a smaller rug a while back to test it out before I bought a bigger one, it's washable, which is great, but not comfortable to sit on, the pad and rug itself is very thin. It has curled up on the ends and could be a tripping hazard, I move it out of the way for when my elderly father and uncle come to visit. What is most fault of the one star is that they won't stop sending me constant emails, I have asked twice and they said they took me off, but I got another one today, it's frustrating!
Thank goodness I only lost money on the samples! I am an interior designer, and usually samples are free, or fully refundable upon return once we've seen a sample. This product is terrible quality, it's printed on a felt or plastic material and as soon as I saw the samples I wanted to return them for a refund but they don't accept returns. Terrible for the environment and for their own business too. I'm sure that's the only way they make money since the product is so terrible.
Ordered a rug, was lost in transit. Another was sent. Second rug arrived with defects. I kindly requested a return label, they would not supply that due to me living in Canada. I asked if I could return in the USA but they would not provide a label for those circumstances either. This company does not support customers or their product. I highly recommend steering clear of them altogether. I will be contacting the company again about this.
I purchased two ruggables in 2019 ($900) believing the hype on their website
I purchased two ruggables in 2019 ($900) believing the hype on their website. While it's a great concept, the reality is that after washing the edges curl, and the rug will not stick to the pricey mat. The rugs are not pet friendly bc the rug curls exposing the sticky mat which attracts dog hair. It's impossible to get the dog hair out of the sticky mat, I vacuum frequently each week and even got on my hands and knees with a sticky lint brush in an attempt to get the hair off the mat so the rug would stick. I even purchased a new mat. It hasn't helped. I give up... I am trashing mine and purchasing an inexpensive rug and mat from Lowe's.
I work for your company and the mangers are nice but your leads are not good! A lead sitting right next to me when someone walk up to me and told me about my underwear! He didn't say anything! Then Nicki work for your company is very mean! We work hard y'all pay the blacks 12 dollars and the Spanish 14 and they have to be taught how to sew! But I'm standing up on my feet for 11/ hours but you want to give me 12 I work my *** off
Bought two "outdoor" Ruggable rugs marketed as "fade resistant to sunlight & ideal for decks & patios". Within 30 days both were completely color faded. One rug is under a covered porch & the other only gets morning sun. Meanwhile, my Home Depot outdoor rug, purchased for 60% less, has performed perfectly in a full sun Western exposure. Ruggable Customer Service now informs me their rugs are best suited for covered outdoor areas, despite their conflicting marketing. Buyer beware!
They don't stand behind their product. My rig started unraveling at 18mo and they wouldn't help. If you want to replace a large rug every year then go doe it. Otherwise I do not recommend.
The rug I ordered was super thin which I hated and looked darker colour in their advertisement! I had to pay $97 shipping to send it back as they dont pay for returns from Canada! I paid $217 and they only refunded me $124 So they got paid in full and got the rug back! How is that fair?
My round 6tf rug from a ruggable is less than 30 days old
My round 6tf rug from a ruggable is less than 30 days old. All I did was have a recliners front leg rest on a part of the rug. The recliner was stationary. The threads are already worn to see through where the legs were sitting. I have contacted Ruggable for a full refund, but was informed that this was not possible and they can offer me a 15% discount for a future purchase. After this incident I have researched this company and this is consistent in the lack of quality of their product and in the lack of quality of their customer service, which is none. I will never buy another rug from this company and I will not recommend anybody else buying it.
I ordered a rug and the most expensive rug pad the total was approx. $250. Two months have gone by and I have not received the rug or rug pad. I contact the company time and time again. No one will respond. They say that somebody responded but nobody ever emailed me. I am so upset what a scam
False advertising on their website. The website states that the rugs are, Stain and Water Resistant: Made from polyester with a polyurethane water-resistant barrier. Machine Washable: Fits in a regular-size washing machine. Neither of these points were true for the rug that I purchased. It stained just by stepping on it and it did not fit in the washer size indicated by their guide. It was impossible to clean and it arrived stained.
Absolutely the worst, nonexistent customer service. I am so disappointed in this company. Every time I see the rug it makes my blood pressure rise. How can a company hide behind a computer screen? If you are so proud of your product have a customer service center with phones. I hope the folks at corporate have to one day deal with a company like the one they created. Actually, not sure how they sleep at night. Do not buy from this company. If I could give them a negative rating..
Dangerous tripping hazard. Pad smaller than rug which causes tripping. Totally not worth the money.
I bought a Ruggable runner a year and 5 months ago in hopes to avoiding having to buy a rug every year and paid a pretty penny to do so only for
I bought a Ruggable runner a year and 5 months ago in hopes to avoiding having to buy a rug every year and paid a pretty penny to do so only for the rug pad to completely fall apart. Every time I take it off I have black particles EVERYWHERE. I have to vacuum my floors and my washing machine multiple times prior to washing the rug due to this particles. I was told by the company that they will give my 15% off to order another rug pad that will likely do the same because I'm past the year warranty. There is a reason they do not allow you to leave reviews after 50 days. If I was going to buy a new rug in a year anyway I would have spent $50 rather than $150.
I order on line all the time and this is a tough company to reach if you need live help!
I order on line all the time and this is a tough company to reach if you need live help! You have to search for a phone number on line and I finally did and they answer w a recording and do not give you a change to even leave a message before it cuts you off! The email responses are snail slow ! The product looks nothing like the site and if you want your money back you pay $25! It takes forever for the product to ship in first place! . Never written a review before but this is second time. I gave them a chance already! HORRIFIC customer service and product photographs are deceiving ! They look so cheap when you get them in person! DO not waste your money!
I saw these doormats advertised on Facebook and thought they were cute
I saw these doormats advertised on Facebook and thought they were cute. I clicked on the one I liked and ordered 2 of them. When I received them, I only received the doormat covers. I called customer service and let them now I only received the doormat covers and not the doormats. They said I only ordered the covers. I had taken a screenshot of the product I ordered and it said a 2 piece system. I emailed it to the customer service lady and she apologized and said it must have been an IT issue. They would not honor the price that was advertised. I'll be sending the covers back since I don't have the doormats to put them it. This is false advertisement and I felt like they were trying to get more money out of me for the doormats.

My daughter has a Ruggable rug
My daughter has a Ruggable rug. I ordered a cushioned rug pad for her on April 23. Received a message within a few days that the product had been shipped. It did not arrive, however. A couple of weeks went by. The shipper said they never got the package although a label had been created. When I contacted Ruggable customer service, they blamed "poor communication with the shipper" and reordered the pad, promising it would be "expedited." That was May 10. Once again, I got a message that the order had shipped (or was being prepared for shipment not clear). Weeks went by. Emailed customer service again and this time the service rep told me "We are currently experiencing low volumes of Rug Pads and our team is doing their best to fulfill yours and everyone's orders as soon as possible." So now it's June and still no rug pad. I'm placing this review so people who are thinking of ordering from Ruggable will be aware of the shipping delays and that items they want to order may actually be out of stock.

Frustrated with Ruggable: Delayed & Incorrect Refund Leaves Bad Taste
So, I gotta say, I'm a bit frustrated with my experience with Ruggable. I ordered a rug from them, and unfortunately it didn't quite meet my expectations. So, I decided to return it and get a refund. That was about two weeks ago, and I still haven't seen the full refund in my bank account.
Now, I gotta admit, when I first saw the refund amount on my bank statement, I was pretty confused. It was only $27.15, when I know I'm owed closer to $200. So, I'm kind of at a loss here.
I've been trying to find a phone number I can call to speak to someone about this issue, but unfortunately I haven't had much luck. It's really frustrating to feel like I'm not able to get in touch with anyone to help me out.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with my experience with Ruggable. I was hoping to find a high-quality rug that would really add to my home decor, but unfortunately it just wasn't the right fit. And now, the whole refund process has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm really hoping to get this sorted out soon, so I can move on from this whole ordeal.
Ruggable Review for Canadian Shoppers: Great Store, But Be Mindful of Returns
I got introduced to Ruggable through their website, and I have to say that it's a great place to shop for rugs. Although I was satisfied with my purchase, there's one minor detail that Ruggable could make clearer on their website for Canadian shoppers. It turns out that the free return policy, which is a great perk for US shoppers, doesn't apply to Canadian purchases. This came as a surprise to me when I wanted to return my rug. Unfortunately, it cost me $40 Canadian just to ship it back to Ruggable.
It's a bummer that Canadian buyers don't get to enjoy the same privileges as our US counterparts, but I suppose it all has to do with international shipping logistics. That said, I urge Canadian buyers to be aware of the potential cost of returns if you are not happy with your purchase. It could end up being a pricey endeavor.
Nevertheless, I think Ruggable is quite an impressive online store that offers a variety of rugs to suit every taste and style. The shipping process was smooth and relatively quick considering that it was an international order. The quality of the rug was solid and matched the description provided on the website.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Ruggable and would recommend the site to anyone looking for a stylish and durable rug. Just be mindful of the shipping and return policies, especially if you're a Canadian shopper.

Disappointing Experience with Ruggable: An Honest Review
So, on the real, I gotta say, I was super hyped when I first heard about Ruggable. The idea of having a rug that you could easily throw in the wash is legit genius. But after trying it out for myself, I gotta say, I wouldn't really recommend it.
I got two kitchen runners to put on my tile floors, but they just won't stay in place. Like, it's honestly a bit of a hazard at this point. Every time I call customer service, which, let's be honest, nobody wants to have to do, they ask for order numbers, photos, the size of my tug, like what? And even when I do give them all that info, it's like they don't even remember anything from the last conversation.
I gotta say, for the price I paid for these things, I'm super let down. The concept is rad, but the execution just ain't there yet.
Ruggable: Excellent Durability, Poor Customer Service
I've been rocking my Ruggable for a good ol' 1 and a half. Let me tell you, I'm absolutely in love with it. The colors pop like nobody's business, it's easy to clean up spots, and it vacuums like a dream. But now, I'm in a bit of a bind. My rug needs one of them deep cleanings, but it's just too darn big for my washer. I ain't got time to be dragging it down to one of them laundry matts that might have a big enough washer. So, I tried to call up customer service for Ruggable, but it's been quieter than a mouse. Ain't nobody on the other end of the line. It's a real bummer because I don't want to have to get a new area rug, but it looks like that might be my only option.
Rug
I ordered a 2x10 runner from Ruggable. They sent me a much smaller rug that was a completely different pattern. I have emailed them a dozen times to let them know assuming they would send me the correct rug I ordered. It’s been radio silence! They are impossible to reach by phone and unresponsive to emails. Worst customer service and I am out $200. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Desired outcome: Refund
Ruggable is ignoring my emails to intiate a return for a refund
Ruggable is ignoring my emails to intiate a return for a refund. The rug I purchased is very poor quality and a tripping hazard. Hi, I purchased a Ruggable rug and pad system from the company's website, which was delivered in late December. I tried to make the rug work according to their videos, but it refuses to lay flat, and I have to fix it every day by moving all of my furniture off of it to adjust as it is such a thin, poor quality. It also makes an awful crunching noise every time you walk over it. The folds in the rug are a terrible tripping hazard for both adults and my two small children. I tried to intiate a return to Ruggable, stating clearly that I wanted a refund in an email on Jan. 11th. (The only way you can return is via email). In return, the customer service representative completely ignored my request and told me just to watch the videos. I then tried to see if I could log onto their website to intiate a return with my order by myself, to no avail. I requested a password, and the website responded with a page showing a broken link. I have emailed them AGAIN asking for a refund and received an email that it will take them 3-5 days to respond due to high volume.
I ordered an 8x10 sage rug that is pictured as light green. When it came in its almost black the green is so dark. The print is faded and cheap and blank in some spots. I went to return it because it was not what I ordered and they charge $25 to ship it back. Now I went through all this hassle on top of waiting forever to get the rug and I have to pay to send it back when it looks absolutely nothing like the picture.
I ordered doormat for our front door, using PayPal to pay 89 dollars on February 18. I received no confirmation email and after weeks of waiting, I contacted the seller. Customer service apologized for the delay and refunded$12.72. Weeks later, I received half of my order. The top half arrived and for another 89 dollars the company would send me the bottom mat. Obviously, half and order is unsatisfactory and in checking my PayPal records it says I ordered a doormat cover/doormat. Now this particular doormat no longer appears on the website, and after reviewing other available rugs it is no where apparent that ordering is a two step process. I want the rest of the order. Customer service thanks me for contacting them repeatedly, but takes no positive steps to solve the half order.
My Ruggable pad is falling apart. Each time I remove the top rug to wash it, there are thousands of tiny black rubber shards that fall onto the floor. The rug was given to me brand new as a gift. Since Ruggable doesn't have my info in their system they refuse to offer any replacement, exchange or discount on a new pad. We really like the rug, but will not deal with this company. My aunt that gave us this rug has dementia and doesn't remember anything about the rug. I am super disappointed by the lack of responsibility accepted by Ruggable for a faulty, crummy, icky, disintegrated pad.
On 2/17/22 I purchased an 8x10 ruggable system based on reviews from friends & family as well as information on YouTube & their website's information videos. What I thought I was purchasing is not what I received. According to customer service, which is extremely unhelpful, they have updated their pads to multiple pieces for "improved maneuverability". It maneuvers alright. When you try to attach the rug cover it slides, bunches, separates...unlike what they advertise in their "how to" videos which features a one piece pad. Upon contacting customer service I was offered zero solutions. Just a "sorry for your luck, have a nice day". I now am the proud owner of a $500 rug system that does not work & I now have to *** myself to make functional. Buyer beware! Not worth your money & customer service is terrible! They also make it impossible for you to leave a review on their website...so what does that tell you?
Have not process my returns or requested refunds
Have not process my returns or requested refunds. Company has disabled their phones and only email. I have sent same requests three times I over ordered items from this company. When I tried to call they indicate no one is available to speak with. I tried email and no one responded. My order XXXXXXX. I returned my items to the address in *** via USPS on *** I have receipt for my cost of *** My written requests and receipts for items were enclosed. I requested refund for classic rug pad *** x *** for *** ( there were two enclosed) which totals *** I requested an exchanged of the Ironwork *** x *** Natural rug and pad system for *** These two amounts total *** They also said in later email they would pay my shipping costs which brings my total refund to *** However a *** continually asks me for the same details over and over which appears to me to be a stalling strategy in hopes I give up. I did request an exchange of my balance due for an Ironwork *** x 7 rug only. No pad needed as I have this size pad and I only need the rug in the Ironwork pattern. I don't know how much this size rug is as their website gives quote for the rug and pad. I already have pad so only need rug.
Roughly a year ago, I purchased a 6 foot round rug from Ruggable. At first it looked great, but after washing it, it now looks awful. It curls and will not lie flat all the way around. It bunches in areas and curls up in others. I've tried flattening it out and even steaming or ironing it... to no avail. I have two other Ruggable rugs, but they are rectangles and they don't have these level of issues.
On March 5, 2022 I placed an online order for a $459.00 rug. Upon receiving the order on March 10, we discovered that the threading on the rug was coming undone. I reached out to customer service via email immediately upon discovery. The overall quality of the rug was not up to standard for the cost. They continually denied me any option to return the rug for a full refund until I decided to to file a claim through Complaintsboard.com. I finally got a label to returun for a FULL refund as stated on the email, however, I only received credit for $229.50. The email clearly states I would receive a full refund after returning the rug and have the processing fee waived. I wanted to give ethe company the benefit ofo the doubt and make this right, but they have proven to continue their deceptive behavior. I want the remaining amount that is owed to me which is $229.50 to be refunded as stated in the email. I will not be out of that money for a rug that has been returned in the condition originally received.
I ordered a Ruggable doormat that comes in 2 parts. The base part and then a removable rug part that is washable. My order says " Poppy Fields Doormat Washable Doormat Cover / Doormat $60.00" Now they are saying that means the cover only and not the doormat. They said for $154 they would send the actual doormats.
Terrible customer service! Ordered three rugs of the same design. Colour was no way near the same as shown on their website. Fraudulent. Took pictures of rugs which are clearly "grey", not the Hendesi Herzi Cream I was led to believe. Told to send them back at my cost. I realize it says refunds from *** have to pay return shipping and I wouldn't mind if they had given me the correct colour of rugs I thought I was purchasing. Now I have to pay shipping to return them.

Never received my *** e-gift card I purchased a *** e-gift card on the ruggable website on 15 December. I selected the amount of *** "Send as Gift," then "Print." I received a confirmation that my order was placed, but was not directed to where I could print the e-card. I waited, thinking a copy would be emailed to me. 24 hours later, I had a "thank you! your rug is on the way!" email." (I did not buy a rug). I called customer service; lines are disabled. I emailed the support number and have exchanged multiple emails regarding this issue. Each time, "*** replies with the same response that my card has been emailed to my email address. As of today, the only emails I have from ruggable in my inbox (nothing in spam) are promotion emails, a shipping confirmation that says my rug (that I did not order) will be delivered in 2-4 weeks, and the emails with "*** No e-card to print. I have confirmation e-mails showing my purchase, credit card statement that shows the charge was processed, and all support emails. I have attached the customer support emails as well as the "thank you" and order confirmation emails to show that I am receiving ruggable emails and to show there is no e-gift card attached.
I ordered a *** rug on *** The tracking says it was finalized on *** It was never shipped. Order
Purchased 2 rugs from ruggable based on the reviews provided online and all available pictures they provide on their website. Received products and the colors were not even close to the pictures provided...so I had no choice but to issue a return. The expense to have these returned is astronomical! It is the cost of a rug. The fact that they accept customers in *** but do not provide a reasonable return policy for help with shipping suggests they care about the sale more than retaining customers or the experience which would lead to advertising by word of mouth for positive reviews. It is simply wrong that they can't support any returns for such weighted and bulky items that have a huge cost factor if their products cannot be accurately pictured.
I made a purchase from Ruggable and began receiving marketing e-mails. After receiving numerous e-mails, I began clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails but the e-mails never stopped despite at least 6 attempts to unsubscribe. I then sent a complaint to their customer service letting them know that I had been unable to unsubscribe despite multiple attempts and asking them to stop sending me marketing e-mails or I would have to report the issue to the FTC. On February 13, 2022 Ruggable acknowledged receipt of my request. Of February 14, I received an e-mail from customer service saying that I was "successfully unsubscribed" from marketing e-mails, but that it takes 3-7 days to stop. It is now 8 days later and I continue to receive marketing e-mails daily. Th
On Dec 19th I placed an order with Ruggable for 3 rugs for a total of $502.76. PayPal payed immediately. I never received a confirmation email from Ruggable, although it did get me on a mailing list for promotions (sigh.) Their website states 3-4 weeks for delivery. It has now been 2 months with no delivery or tracking info. On Feb 15th I called customer service and talked to *** who stated 2 of my 3 rugs were complete and would be shipped within 2-4 days. The third rug was about a week our. It has now been 10 days with no delivery or even a shipping notice. I would like to completely cancel this order as I have lost faith in this company.

6/11, I purchased a circular rug from Ruggable with the required rug-pad (this pad is required for the rug as is clearly stated on the website). After a few weeks the edges of the rug started curling up which aside for the unpleasing look is a tripping hazard. I contacted Ruggable who immediately replaced the rug. Unfortunately soon after receiving the replacement the same thing re-occurred. This seems to be a known issue with their rugs and is indicated by a quick google search and the vast complaints on Complaintsboard.com's website. I contacted Ruggable again who quickly admitted this as an issue and faulty and offered a refund which I accepted. They issued the refund, but only issued the refund for the actual rug (excluding the tax as well) and not the required and included rug-pad. I contacted them about this and they refused to issue a refund for the now useless rug-pad, stating that it wasn't faulty only the top (rug-cover) is and completely ignored that fact about the tax. Ruggable has freely admitted that there is an issue with their rugs, they have taken steps to correct the issue with their rectangular rugs (by adding silicone corners), but have done nothing for the circular rugs. The entire item is faulty and it was bought as one unit.
I purchased 3 ruggables due to the fact that they are washable. When I initially purchased them I contacted the business and explained that they do not stay in place even with the rubber backing. They did not offer a solution other than return them for *** each return fee but they must be in pristine condition. I purchased carpet tape and placed under the mat to keep them in place- even uploaded detailed pictures of my hardwood floors to customer service (per their request). After washing them one time according to directions and walking on them without shoes in our house, the pattern has faded in heavy traffic areas.. It looks horrible for the price I paid for these rugs. An inexpensive rug at *** would have held up better. These are less than 8 months old, and I paid over *** for 2 small runners and *** in front of my door. Ridiculous! Their claim is fraud. These patterns don't hold up- fade/wear. Hopefully Complaintsboard.com can be of more assistance than ruggables customer service.
After placing an order, I wanted to make a change and have made several attempts to contact their customer service but have heard nothing back. I needed to cancel the current order in order to place another one, but it seems the moment the word "cancellation" was mentioned, they started ignoring my emails. The way they handle their customer service is highly unprofessional and sketchy for a company.
The rug started curling around the edges. I contacted customer support and they stated it was out of warranty due to the time lapse from when I bought the rug and when I reported it. This was one year. The rug was fine until I washed it after 11 months in November according to directions. Once it was washed the edges on each side started to curl. I contacted Ruggable and asked for a solution to the problem. I learned they have no solution to the problem! The #1 attribute Ruggable promotes about the product is the fact it is machine washable. Clearly the company knows about this curling issue after washing. I find their product to be not as advertised and basically a fall hazard.
I placed a order for a sarrah sage rug on Dec 14. I had ordered a 3x5 an a 8ft round in same style. I received my 3x5 but didn't receive my 8 ft round one. I contacted customer service the middle of jan an was told it was still being shipped out . To not worry. It will be there in a week.. Fast forward a few weeks later an nothing. I again contacted ruggable an was told really nothing but said they would have to remake rug an would make me a priority. This *** guy portrays himself like the bosd so I figured it get done. Last week I contacted them an I'm furious as it's still being created. It's been almost 2 month an no rug! The response I was given was vague an still no resolution. I got no real answer on why we r still waiting. No one knows what's going on in that business. I'm so frustrated. All the rugs I've ordered from them are all small but this big one I'm not sure they are going to ever finish it. Unfortunately I have all matching rugs in my kitchen an needed this specific one. I feel like since they have messed me over an caused all this drama I'm at a point where I want a refund so I can find something else.
To whom it may concern; I accidently marked the wrong carpet that was damaged it is the Verena Dark Wood carpet; I sent this email originally
To whom it may concern; I accidently marked the wrong carpet that was damaged it is the Verena Dark Wood carpet; I sent this email originally March 3rd and as of yet have not received a response! I purchased a few rugs and pads from your company in October , I received the products sometime in mid November. I am writing with a complaint about my runner, I have used these carpets for approximately 3 to 4 months and they are curling up and not laying flat as described in your ads. My biggest problem is that the runner corner got ripped by the vacuum...I did notice that the corners on most of these rugs have threads that are not properly secured I have surmised that because of this the vacuum tore apart the edge. To be honest if I would have read the Complaintsboard.com complaints I would have not purchased these carpets. I would like to have the Verona runner replaced and some advice from your company on how to prevent this from happening to the other carpets. Invoice ID I received a response stating they would give me a 25% refund. I have issues as well with the other rugs but I only asked them to replace the one that was ruined by the vacuum. I'm upset as I sent photo's of the problems and I don't feel as I am being unreasonable in my request.
No customer care - no response - unable to leave a msg
No customer care - no response - unable to leave a msg. on their customer "care" line because it hangs up after the prompt. Order No. #XXXXXXX - They sent me the wrong color rug, and still charging & demanding a *** I even provided pics from their site for proof. I get only computer generated answers from *** and *** - "customer care" ? - yet my request #'s for each separate complaint is the same #XXXXXX and the same computer generated answer- with no response to any of my questions or requests. It says to go to "our exchange portal" but there's no way to dispute the *** fee or contact them directly. I tried to call the phone number but the answering machine says to go to the site or leave a msg. - but the call disconects immediately after the prompt so you can't. leave a msg.! I still have the 2 rugs I ordered, and was going to exchange one and return the WRONG one for a FULL refund that was clearly THEIR mistake, but I've been unable to talk with anyone. I have no reason to trust them. In addition there's a time limit for exchanges and returns, yet I can't get anyone to help or reply? It seems like a scam, or at the very least, a very poorly run business. I see that my complaint is a common one on the Complaintsboard.com site. AM from Columbia, SC.
Unable to return items at business expense I ordered 3 rugs of the same patten in 2 separate orders and shipped them to Canada
Unable to return items at business expense I ordered 3 rugs of the same patten in 2 separate orders and shipped them to Canada. The rugs are from different manufacturing/dye lots and do not match so need to be returned. Ruggable advertises free shipping and returns. I was informed via emails from customer care that they do not offer free returns (or any assistance in returning) from Canada (only the US) and that I would be responsible for the full cost of shipping, insurance and custom duties. Shipping 3 large boxes to the US from Canada is ridiculously expensive and almost costs what the rugs are worth. So I brought all 3 rugs to the US (which cost $ but less than shipping from Canada) to get the free return shipping. When I requested a return label, customer care informed me that that since the rugs were delivered to Canada, they could not return them from the US and that I would still have to pay to return them from the US *andI would have to pay a $25 return fee for each rug. There is no way to reach anyone by phone to discuss the matter, only email. Ridiculous return policy and false advertising. I should not have to pay for manufacturing defects that are the company's fault. Warning to anyone ordering from Canada: don't waste your time and money! You won't be able to return the rug(s) without being subject to exorbitant fees.
On august 18 I ordered a *** rug from this company solely due to its claim of being washable
On august 18 I ordered a *** rug from this company solely due to its claim of being washable. Almost immediately upon setting up, the carpet started to show very obvious signs of wear and darkening. The carpet started looking splotchy and faded. I called the company and was directed to their cleaning instructions. I washed the carpet instantly and accordingly to remove marks and absolutely nothing happened. It still looked awful. I called the company again after Labor Day (well within 30days) weekend to discuss and was told that the rug would not be accepted for a return, and that even if I did want to try I would need to pay to ship it and it would need to look brand new. I explained again that I followed all guidelines for treatment of rug but it did not look brand new. A month later *** I came back and left a negative review on the company because no matter what I tried, nothing was able to remove any stains or marks or dark spots. I vacuum multiple times a week, I do not wear shoes inside, I do not eat in the room with the rug, I do not have pets. There is no reason the rug should look so awful after only several months and that a machine washable rug should not look better after being washed and properly taken care of. This is a very expensive rug and I am very upset and frustrated that my living room always looks dingy and dirty.
We have purchased four Ruggables in the past eight months
We have purchased four Ruggables in the past eight months. Two of them have not performed as advertised. After the first washing (washed with pattern out on cold with mild detergent,) they came out looking filthy when they did not go in to the wash that way. I can see where the black color faded on to the white background of one - see black pattern replicated on white background - and the other rug was discolored as well. I sent in nine pictures to Ruggable. Ruggable offered to replace the rug cover; however, I requested a return and full refund instead as I do not see that a new cover will perform any differently. They stated they would provide a *** refund. That is unacceptable for a product that did not perform as stated. The cost of these two rugs were approximately *** I am not returning all of the rugs I purchased from them. . .only the two that did not perform. One order number for reference is XXXXXXX. Here is the last email I received from Ruggable on *** I was able to look at the previous interaction and see that you did not want to receive replacement Rug Covers for this issue, instead you wanted to receive a refund. Although I know how upsetting this may be for you, we cannot offer you a full refund of the two rugs since they are not in new and clean condition. If you'd like, we can offer you a *** refund for this issue since you have declined our replacement option.
I have not received credit back to my **** for rugs that were either returned or never delivered
I have not received credit back to my *** for rugs that were either returned or never delivered. I placed an order for two rugs totaling $33. The first rug was delivered on 1/13 but did not fit the space and I needed a smaller rug. When I went online to attempt an exchange, the web page told me the order no. *** could not be located. I requested assistance with the exchange via email as there is no telephone contact listed on the site, but only received automated responses, which did not help me as the online website could not locate the order. I then decided to return the first rug to the Ruggable address in *** from where it was shipped. Although the return was confirmed as I shipped *** and requested evidence of delivery, I have not received credit for the returned rug. The second rug was slated to be delivered on 1/21, but I did not receive it. I checked with ***, and they advised no deliveries were made to my address on that date. I have a nest cam on my front door and yard, and no one from *** was at my house on that date. Although I have repeatedly sought assistance from Ruggable via email on the return credit to my ***, I have not seen any funds returned to the account. They continue to send me the same useless information on returning and exchanging their rugs, but nothing as to whether they have received my return or any proof from them to demonstrate that the second rug was delivered. I want the funds returned to my ***. Thank you.
I want to exchange rug
I want to exchange rug. Did it once before. Being told I'm limited to one time exchange. Doesn't state this on website. Deducting shipping on return. I purchased the 3x5 Linear Aztec Black Rug (Order # ***) on or around 6/9 for $115.54. I did not like the look of it so I exchanged it and shipped it out on 6/26. I ordered another rug (Order #***) Buffalo Plaid Black & White Rug System 3x5. I requested an exchange on 7/23 and received a link a return/exchange portal. When I went to exchange it I was not given the option to exchange it but only the option to return it. With a return, the company charges you a $25 handling fee. I tried to contact the company via email and Facebook messenger. I was told that I could not speak to someone directly. *** C. stated, 'Unfortunately our customer care line is currently unavailable due to the current stay at home policies in place in California. For Customer calls we require a secured phone line that allows us to record calls for security purposes. However I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have via email. However, exchanges are limited to only one time. I do apologize.' No where on the website does it state that exchanges are limited to one time. Additionally, when I stated I wanted to return I was not told (by customer service rep (*** V) that initially and when I clicked on the FAQs in the return portal link it does not state it there. I am very disappointed by the communication, or lack thereof and the misinformation this company has on its website.
I ordered an 8' Round rug with cushioned pad on 10/04 (Order #*** ) for $364.65, which price reflected a 15% referral discount
I ordered an 8' Round rug with cushioned pad on 10/04 (Order #*** ) for $364.65, which price reflected a 15% referral discount. Because Ruggable's products can be viewed only online, I relied on their assurance of free exchanges when choosing the product. The rug was delivered on 10-24, and was much darker than I anticipated, though I was otherwise pleased with the product.. Within 48 hours of delivery I initiated an exchange for the same rug in a lighter color. There followed a series of frustrating emails (including but not limited to 'The return period has expired' and two emails containing broken links to a printable shipping label.) Finally, a representative suggested that this exchange be accomplished manually by cancelling the 'exchange' in process and initiating a 'return', (waiving the return processing fees) and repurchasing the rug in the desired color. I agreed that this was an acceptable resolution only after receiving explicit assurances that the net cost for the replacement would be exactly what I had paid originally. I was offered the choice of returning both the rug and pad, or the rug only, keeping the pad for use with the replacement rug. Thinking that I was being conscientious, I chose to return the rug only. I received a refund of 87.28. The price of the replacement rug only is $200+$11.00tx = 211.00. Ruggables will no longer acknowledge the requests for explanation. I would like an additional refund or account credit of 123.72 so that I may complete this promised 'exchange'. (And an apology for an awful, protracted experience.)
No response from customer service emails & discontinued phone #
No response from customer service emails & discontinued phone #. Ruggable sent wrong item, no way to return and receive refund. Order# XXXXXXX I ordered several Ruggable items on 9/26. 2 of the items I need to return. The *** Rug 2.5x7 rug & pad system *** came in the wrong color, *** (I would just exchange for the correct color however upon receiving the rug was too wide for the area we had planned to use it so will need to return regardless). Also the *** Rug 3x5, rug & pad system *** I also need to return. These rugs were purchased for use in the same room, however since the runner is too wide and Ruggable does not sell a rug size I can utilize both will need to be returned. Ruggable does not provide any return info to print shipping labels or provide return address location. They also do not send return shipping labels in their boxes or return instructions. I tried to call the number I found for Ruggable online, it leaves a message their call center has closed. I utilized chat on their website, I was directed to reach out to them by email. I emailed Ruggable on 10/7 & received an automated return email response same day that a Customer Care Team member would reach out to me "as soon as possible". I have yet to hear from anyone and after reading online others have experienced the same issues. I paid with my Visa Card. I would only like to be charged the return fee of *** for 1 of the rug systems since Ruggable sent me the wrong rug system on my 2.5x7 runner. I would like refunded to my credit card. I need return shipping labels from Ruggable.
I purchased a rug from Ruggable
I purchased a rug from Ruggable. I took it out of the box and let it sit for a bit to settle. I had just purchased a large rug from them with no issues so I didn't think much of throwing out the box. I put the mat into the spots of the rug and the corners were folded, but I allowed a few days to settle. The corners would not go down and the rug itself was stretched and looked worn. I notified Ruggable and at first they told me although it's defective, I still will have $25 taken off my refund. They then said fine. I emailed them to ask if they can send a box as I was expecting the same quality as the first rug. They respond 24+ hours later and tell me after the fact it must be in a specific box to fix the mat & rug rolled up. I had to fold the mat as that's the only box I had as they said they won't send one. I informed them as both items are defective, why does it matter? Why would the customer purchase a box for the rug as they're expecting a specific box. I informed them I believe it's unethical to knowingly send defective items without notifying the customer and then once the customer notices it, they try to still enforce $25 deduction AND force the customer to purchase a box to roll. This is a defective cover and mat. It's clear as day in the photos and videos. As I said, I had purchased a large rug from them and no problems. It seems unethical and misrepresentation of goods what they're doing sending defective items and attempting to punitively hold customers responsible. Amazon notifies customers of "open box" and the description with a discount, it appears Ruggable isn't doing this AND attempting to rip off the customer as well. It's unnecessary and terrible customer service.
