Romaniuk is top notch. Polite and helpful front desk to excellent service delivery. Their extensive knowledge of furnaces is exceptional. That leads to a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem - furnace fan kicking in when not called for. For the great service provided, price is very fair. Have no reservation in recommending this company.

The technician from Romaniuk Heating & Air Conditioning was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. He installed a humidifier and did a furnace tune up. He asked a few times if I had any questions. Willing to explain what he was doing and how things work. I was impressed with the company from first contact to signing the invoice everyone has been polite and professional. I would recommend them.

A plumbing service technician from Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning came to our home on Friday, July 22, 2022 to give us advice on our downstairs plumbing renovation. We showed him what we did and he gave us solid input on what was well done, areas for improvement, and necessary changes. He was very professional in his manner and took pride in sharing his expertise and knowledge.

Hot water to the various faucets still takes a few Minutes of waiting. Never occurred prior to new water heater. Mother-in- law and wife still miffed that the employee tried to over sell bathroom fan compete installation versus just replacing the fan. Still no one has tried to call back on the replacement of the bidet valve(leaks). Service person was asked to replace it!

The sales representative provided the quote and was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating towards my requests. The installers (John, Mark, and Sarah) did an amazing job. My AC unit will be 3 yrs this summer Now it's broken The thermal Expansion Valve is apparently faulty Already paid nearly $400 just for service call And now they want an estimated $600 to just replace the part Disgusting can't sell a unit to last over 2 yrs Total almost $1000 1/3 the price to replace the whole A/C unit May be time to look for a Reliable dependable replacement unit VERY VERY Disappointed and displeased with this unit

They replaced a 27 year old central air conditioner that is located on the balcony of my condo. It was raining and they had to go through the living room to remove the old one and install the new one. They did it in a timely manner and protected the carpet. They wore masks and were aware of my COVID anxiety. They tested and measured the temperature of the air coming out of the vents and made sure the heat was working too. I'm very pleased

The installation of our new A/C unit was a very smooth operation including additional required equipment which had to be special ordered. All our questions were answered and we were provided with a timetable for the work to be carried out. The crew arrived on time, carried out extensive renovations to accommodate the new unit and left the site in much better shape than they found it. We are most pleased and impressed by the whole experience.

Purchased a home in Beaumont and was looking for air conditioner to be installed. I contacted companies and was impressed with Romaniuk sales person who agreed for installation. Within 2 week period conditioner was installed, very happy with installers who were punctual and efficient. Completion of install was in the timeline given to us, installers were professional, clean, tidy and very accommodating. I will definitely use Romaniuk in the future.

Romaniuk Heating & Air Conditioning has been our preferred heating company for a number of years. They replaced all our heating equipment and added an air conditioner in our previous home 6 years ago and had no problems. We've since moved to a new home and had them come out to check our heating and cooling systems. John and Sarah were a great team. I used Romaniuk Heating on the recommendation of my neighbour. I needed a quote on the replacement of one of two hot water tanks, the one supporting my infloor heating. After discussion with the Technician during which my questions were answered, I decided to proceed and had a new hot water tank installed. The installation was done promptly, professionally and as quoted. A minor glitch was rectified right away when I called the next day and I am warm and comfortable in the basement again. I would recommend Romaniuk Heating to those with any household plumbing problems.
