Second time we used Rock Star Garage Door Service. I received a same day service. Prices are great, better than the big nation wide company we called first, (not sure why we called them to begin with.) We felt RockStar Garage prices are great and they got the job done within 4 hours of the initial call. Good customer service. Keep your business local, call these guys.

Called for service, technician arrived same day & on time. Knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good, too. Update: New garage door was installed yesterday by John Doe of Rockstar Garage Door. A very pleasant man and hard working. The door looks and works great. I'm very happy with this purchase. All in all, price, quality and service are all great. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

Outstanding response and work. The old Operator Drive Unit circuit board burned out when we had an unscheduled power outage. Rockstar Garage Door Services responded and installed a new unit and drive rail within 24 hours. Their technician was here when promised and worked efficiently to install the new unit. He finished within the original completion estimate given. Their pricing was great, and they recognized my veteran service. Their name says it all - they are truly Rockstars!

Rockstar Garage is in the name, excellent service, technicians, and very easy to work with. I was building a flat for my mother and needed a one car garage door with very specific measurements and customer requests. Rockstar Garage Door Services was very patient with time and my requests and they adapted to every change. Their team was my final installation technician...went above and beyond to help tweak the final product into a great experience. Excellent job!

My garage door spring broke after only about 3.5 years of use. Rockstar Garage Door Services (RGDS) came right away and replaced the spring with a much higher quality spring which should last for 10 years. They also lubricated the hinges in the door, and while not perfect (not their fault, it's the best outcome short of buying a new door and I blame the original installer for me having to replace the spring so soon - never use unreliable companies for garage door installs or closets!), it's much better than before.

When I contacted Rockstar by sending a message from their website on Friday evening, they were quick to respond. On Saturday morning their field manager came to look at my garage door. He suggested what he could do to fix it and what it would cost. However, surprisingly, he suggested another company that I should contact and what I should tell them. He said I could get back to Rockstar if I preferred their offer. Before he left, he helped me close the garage door which I could not do on my own. Any company that cares for the customer enough to steer them to a competitor deserves praise.

Despite the great reviews, we had a less fortunate experience. The service technician who came out to our house was rude and lacked the courteous customer service skills to interact with us. He was abrupt and unfriendly. Additionally, while attempting to fix our garage issue, he began moving stuff in the garage to demonstrate that it was blocking our sensor. However, he was handling our belongings carelessly and tossing bags around causing them to open and spill out. The service that we requested was complete, but the customer service was unsatisfactory and we do not recommend using this company based on this service call. Please look elsewhere first.

RockStar Garage was very helpful when my garage door wouldn't close. I had already moved to a different location but the company worked with me to repair the garage door at my home which was for sale. They handled a gate code successfully & also entered my home to find a garage door opener. Repair was successful. I also really enjoyed RockStar working for me the year before to install two new garage doors. They were incredibly reasonably priced when I comparison shopped. The installation was problem-free & completed in a timely manner. RockStar is one of the easiest companies that I've worked with during my twenty years in the industry. They are trustworthy & affordable.

They are named Rockstar for a reason! Called Rockstar to have my garage door repaired. They were able to see me the same day. The technician, John, was on time to evaluate my door and give me the way forward with repair. I thought for sure he was going to have to order parts and make another trip out to fix it, but to my surprise he had everything he needed in his truck. John had me up and running in about an hour. I wish all service people were as professional and timely as John was. I will definitely be using Rockstar for any future garage door needs. My garage door has never worked better and quieter than it does now. Thank you John and Rockstar for your awesome service!

We were very pleased with our whole experience with Rockstar Garage Door Services. The representative came out to give us an estimate, and even suggested the option of keeping our old door but putting a new opener on it. His estimate was a little higher than another we got, but when we compared the details of the materials listed, theirs seemed far superior. We were told it could take from four to eight weeks for the materials to come in, but the door was installed just a week after placing the order! The installer did the installation single-handedly. He was polite, helpful, neat, and answered all our questions. He even set up HomeLink for both of our cars. The door looks perfect and we are extremely happy. We can barely hear the motor; a nice change since the old one could be heard down the block! All the materials used seem high quality. It was obvious this company cares about their customers' experience.
