I bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Rocket Town Honda. They told me they had done the water pump and timing belt. The vehicle was delivered to my house, which was over 300 miles away. However, when I parked the vehicle in my garage, all the coolant drained out. It turned out that the water pump had completely failed. I contacted the dealer and they promised to send me a refund check. I explained to them that since the water pump is located behind the timing belt, they needed to refund me more money because the job had to be redone. They eventually refunded me $392.83, but the total cost of the repairs was $1,474.13. This was because of the additional expenses for the missing hardware.
