Dealer sold me a brokin part and refused to take it back. I have the recipt from oaklawn dealer and my credit card company. Was also very condensing towards me and my father. I paid *** cents for a brokin part.

I buyed a 2012 Chrysler Town/ Country from Oak Lawn Toyota on May 1. But on Monday May ,, I had to take the van back to them because it was having some Mechanical issues. The car was starting on its own and the doors were opening on their own too. When I was driving and went over a speed bump, it bounced me back and forth. So, they said they needed to check but came back with "we didn't find anything wrong". But then I brought it back to them on May 4 and told them that I just want my money back. But the General Manager told me that the car was mine. I told him that I spoke with Capitalone, who was supposed to be the finance company, and they said they had not funded the vehicle. At this point, I would like the down payment that I gave, which is $5200.00, back. Note that the General Manager said that I could sell the car back to them. But my answer was no because they would not give me my total of $5200.00 back.

I buyed a new Toyota on 12/4. They made me buy a *** Warranty worth $2,995 because of COVID. They said I had to buy it or go somewhere else. I waited 8 weeks to buy the car. When I saw I could cancel the warranty, I did it on 12/29. I cancelled it through Safe-Guard (warranty company) in writing. I did it in time to get all my money back. But the *** said no. He said I couldn't get my money back. The finance team didn't give me all the papers for the warranty when I bought the car. They only gave me page 1 of 17. I had to call the warranty company to get the full contract. On page 7 it says I can get all my money back. The dealership is not good. They don't tell you everything. They make you buy things you don't want.
